more monoculturing bodies

Speaking From Felt Experience

Enjoying Earth's promised land
of compassionate
multicultural communion,
we share a preference for deep
rich soil
and fertile green-blue
resonating surf

As our bodies adjust
to rocky and prickly

or not me space

through gooey both "me"

peace searching times

ReCentering Domestic NonViolence

This brisk, sunny March morning, I return from delivering my son to his adult daycare van.  

Upon opening The Norwich Times, I delight to read the new Center for Safe Futures "will be taking a huge step forward in how well we can serve the growing number of our neighbors who need help with

The Senior City Center

When I entered the City Senior Center
with my Open Mic proposal
to increase resilience
and decrease apartheid dissonance

I could hear no music,
see no dancing.

The quilting room
and the game room,
even the pool tables,
were as quiet as the library,
which at least held four contemplative people
scattered in their own secluded spaces.

Like visiting a sad monastery,
without tai chi,
chi gong,
walking meditation,
and/or yoga

Choosing Love

I feel victimized
by the commercial success
of what was once a silent,
waiting,
watching
for Emmanuel,
Allah WithIn Us

I wonder
when I become red-faced angry
about not being able to CONSERVE
sufficient power to have my sacred way
right now

If this is entirely different
than when I feel disempowered by fear
of losing what
and whom
and when
and where
and why I have chosen
to love too LIBERALLY

Without restraint,

Healing Systemic Trauma

Can you make any sense of
systemic racism?

No more common sensory sense than
too much patriarchalism--
all leftbrain-rightwing dominance
oppressing sacred Earth's
polyamorous win/win systems
promoting resiliently wealthy
resonant polyculturing health

Care given
as kind received
in fruitful wombs,
like apple cores in transition
from refuse
toward rebirth

Maybe an EarthTribal positive prejudice
not associating Yang courageous energy
with evil supremacist paternalism
and ugly post-survivalist machismo,
chronically sad
and historically bad
and even critically mad

Why Is It

Why is it?
the louder
and more ballistic
my self-righteousness
offensively becomes

The more
at night
I feel self-loathing,
when all is quiet
except dark ruminations
filling my silent bedroom
overwhelming my mind
and body.

Why is it?
we RightWing worry
that nonviolent communication,
too lovingly applied,
would leave us defenseless
against colonizing predators?

And do not worry enough
about LeftWing social anxiety
chronic worrying trauma tales
of violent communications,
too profoundly
ubiquitously applied,
leaving us offensively polarized
by inside fascist

Restoring Health

Yang+Yin optimal health economics
fueling wealthy cooperative politics

Leads to less survivalist
Yang v Yin
Also,
Yang x Yin
multiplies SunLight x EarthPower
cooperative empowerment
fuels enlightening reiterations,
integrations,
creolizations

As Yang/Yin divides
separates
disintegrates otherwise win/win 
healthy systems.

So, just a quick restorative justice question--

Let's imagine a homeless adolescent (Yang)
and an angry and resentful parent (Yin)
left behind
at what used to pass
as their peaceful white picket-fenced
house
home
habitat.

This LeftMind dominant
viral virtue 
of practicing RightBody patience 

Is a coverup 
for feeling deep impatience.  

Feeling impatient is not as hopeful 
as exploring active curiosity. 

Curiosity 
about why someone, 
including my own anthro-privileged self, 
would default to live win/lose 
competitively 

When our healthiest, 
and safest 
economically enlightened
