Premium MemberWhy Man Was Created

I have often thought
Why did God create the universe?
Surely not simply to be adored,
for what do I want of my own
Children?~ no need to worship me,
just go out and be good citizens
of the world, and if anything, have
more, and do greater things than I --

Then I realized, God is all Love. Love
that is Love. “I Am” – But love always
needs an object and referent. One needs
something else if to love. Whether external
or internal (both substance-realities) –
One cannot love without a reference independent
of one's self. God created us, for need to love
another. The only way He could be, Self-fulfilled.

"Let us create man in our image..."
A singular and cooperative all in One.

Tis the Season

Coming from one family
and taken by another
many can relate to this actually
it's not a curse or other
it's comparable to Marie Antoinette
only different
given to some other country of fret
so it says in history's referent
if it takes work
to find your place
and you must shirk
then create some space
for that's where we're supposed to be
God has a reason
and we learn of life's journey
especially in this season

'a' Less Museless Poem

“A” less Museless Poem
        (a lipogram)

How is to be without;
the use of my muse?
Will it be the bedrock
of future thoughts?
Would it be foreboding;
or be more-or-less just.
To shorten this penury;
of my written text.
I need thoughts to flow
from both hemispheres
to the mighty pen.
To be delivered upon
This folio of one sheet
Printed with electronic ink
referent to the book; no
criterion to the tome; no
The proto-dossier; yes
Of mine on going discovery
To plot and etch written
To-morrows upon this my
One sheet of electronic vellum; is
The conundrum to use only 24 letters;
Should be quite the simple feet.

Choices

With parties abounding
Why stay home alone
Your Mon and your Father
Can’t see that you’ve grown

No talent or accent
Are you really quite plain
No thunder or lightning
Just a 13 year rain

The pressure to join in
It’s really intense
Obtain the right symbols
On any pretense

No flash zoom or dazzle
You’ll not make the grade
Until you’re prepared
For the great masquerade

Trade referent for symbol
And true wealth for cash
Make failures flamboyant
And cultivate dash

Just live for the moment
It’s all that you’ll get
Don’t think back or ponder
You’ll only regret

That what you must lay down
Exceeds what you’ll be
Just wood in a sawmill
Not a lush growing tree
