Sanctity

“To bring about change, you must not be afraid to take the first step. We will fail when we fail to try.” — Rosa Parks Faded dreams, feelings, Blessed by faith who believes, When the shadows despair, And the heart grows weak, Dew drenches the morning in reflections, Graceful as the fragile sun, rays Softly flowing, erasing the silence Of night’s lonely storm, Breathing a peace that only love Could have drawn… Stars, in a midnight sky Revealing the ache that bleeds From the enormity of a nocturnal Prayers fading, falling from tongues, Who praise, - so grateful, He is the soul’s abiding grace, He is the warmth and the way, He is alive in the heart, to stay, Forever pray… Starlight’s glimmering, like new Shadows who whisper through the forest Oaks and maple, stunned and gracious, Examples of breathless dreams, Falling like rain, from a heart who sees He is alive, a joy inside, Coloring the entire life with music, Broken rhythms of blessings, Poured out from the hand who protects, The hand who is grace, stirring Hope and faith… Brilliance of a peace Far more serene, teasing Away the past, with all its lonely Sighs, engraved on the spirit, In images who need healing, Brave feelings penetrating, Lights whispering over the heart, Silencing the dark, Worries gone, fear beneath faith, Where there is pure grace, Grace lasts… In my spirit, where I can see, Beyond the shadows, To the soul’s soon to be victory, Where I believe, Just believe and you’ll see, He is the love that made me, He is the love that saved me, He is the love that brings me… Through the fear, Beyond the tears, To the moment in time, When I’m certain He is the light and He is mine, Forever I will find Hidden inside… the joy That comes from knowing, This love that stills the doubts, Never hesitating, always brave Bringing love to those who believe, Bringing joy to those who see… He is alive and He is living in me! This is the assurance of sanctity!
