Key Verse – Deuteronomy 17:19 And it shall be with him, and he shall read therein all the days of his life: that he may learn to fear the LORD his God, to keep all the words of this law and these statutes, to do them.
FAITH IN GOD WHO INSTILLS IN US HIS WORDS
God instills in us His words of compassion
As He secures us in His eternal salvation
Surely driving our faith toward His direction
To enjoy His inheritance brought by His redemption.
God instills in us His words of authority
As He lets us dwell under His caring sovereignty
Surely leading our faith toward His certainty
To live in His truth against deceit and falsity.
God instills in us His words of holiness
As He keeps us within His righteousness
Surely bringing our faith toward His works’ productiveness
To conquer slackness and slothfulness.
God instills in us His words of wisdom
As He teaches us His counselling freedom
Surely instructing our faith toward advancing His kingdom
To proclaim the Gospel that radiates genuine Christendom.
God instills in us His words of victory
As He triumphs over us against misery
Surely prodding our faith toward service-territory
To exalt His name for His glory.
God instills in us His words of standard
As He enables each of us, being a steward
Surely pushing our faith toward soaring upward
To optimize His granted opportunities for heavenly reward.
God instills in us His words of revival
As He strengthens us against mere survival
Surely increasing our faith toward prayer-upheaval
To fulfill His will while waiting for His arrival.
