Consciousness Correction

Like a blood-red moon on the zenith of the summer sky
Like a crimson bindi on the forehead of a bride, shy
I place you, O anger, within my core consciousness realm.
With agitations of cogitations, within I whelm...

My voice raises; my entire physique trembles; my face frowns.
My fist clenches; sweat cumulates; there’s a curve in my crowns.
Wherefrom does, like a monster, arise this strange aggression?
Hurting myself and others, I fall into depression.

Hatred springs up like a mushroom from a monsoon muddle.
Both, one in mind and one in heart, as long-lost friends, cuddle;
Pessimistic moods threaten, like protruding dagger tips,
Within, often occurs, the exasperation eclipse...

You, combined with malicious thoughts and words, are in my blood.
Within, feelings of absurdity and emptiness, flood
Like cobras in Coitus, you passionately amuse.
Like alcoholics in full booze, ultimately, I snooze.

To get rid of your clench, for me, is a constant struggle.
This is because our intimacy is like a snuggle.
Rooted in it is the short pleasure I merrily draw.
I'm, like a chick in an eagle's inescapable claw.

The Divine intervention, at such a juncture, I plead.
Within unseen realms, as though wounded in battle, I bleed.
Crying, weeping, screaming, and screeching I come before God.
The consciously conscious who, with love and respect, is awed.

The havoc you caused in me during your satanic reign
Makes me understand that these hullabaloos are in vain
Sooner or later, like catharsis, you come to an end.
Towards freedom and sanctity, merrily, I transcend...
