A curious case for Judge Judy

Your honor, I have a squatter whose lazy as can be,
for four years now he's been living Scott free..
He slept away the winter, awoke in late spring.
I know I never gave him permission to move in..
Once my cat got curious and went to check him out.
He bit her on the paw, felt entitled no doubt..
I'm truly surprised that he appeared in court today.
A monetary judgement?
I'm sure he'd just run away, and in exactly what
sort of currency could a fat ground hog pay?
