TOTAL FICTION WRITE FOR CONTEST I’d attempted a home birth but your life was in danger Sirens wailed, blue lights flashed as the ambulance arrived at hospital Paramedics and nurses buzzed around me like a swarm of flies No time to lose; I’m wheeled straight into the delivery suite Anesthetic is administered and a sense of calm sweeps over me A screen is placed over me, minutes later I hear crying Finally my tiny baby son is placed into my loving arms TOTAL FICTION WRITE FOR CONTEST Contest Seven for Chaos and Order Sponsored by Nette Onclaud 01~28~17
