Loosen now his tight valves.
You do nothing by halves
Not like you've bruised his calves
While he's not got what salves...
His tube deflate through valve:
With six-inch nail hit valve,
The air in tube to halve;
When cops into it delve,
Say "A case of mad valve!"
Ask me my opinion:
It's a heart cast- iron:
A daring to pinion
The arms of one's union,
Dues slicing like onion
In Crowned Lion's Union.

Christ-proclaimers are the worst punishers
In self-righteousness, little mercy, no Grace
Should one perchance fall into their "church"
Hindu Gandhi, "terrorist Mandela" compare better
Jesus is not honored by phoney pastors,
Church "leaders" and therapist-advisors!
In Africa, my GURU was hard, but not like them!
Among other "religions" grace shows its face - not here ...

Saint D of Adelaide only advised a breakup
Isolating the lovers, adults over 40 years in age
Then groomed the woman as he thought best
She lost her dignity, mind, control
When she disobeyed his least "instruction,"
He recalled her fights with ex-lovers - got his way -
Not the Jesus way: punish them, no let up --
Never reminding couple, forgiveness is step 1
In healing and living like Jesus (or AFRICAN Mandela)
Basic Christianity (John 3:16) exists only for Dean

I decided to punish myself
So I took away painting
I would not allow myself to dance a step
I wished I had another leg
With a third leg I could perpetually kick myself.
I deserve whatever happens I told myself
Angry that I had made the mistake
Wishing I had longer arms
SoI could stab myself in the back

Ideas bark and growl
One of them bites her
But still she persists
Punishing herself by not writing
Not painting
Not doing anything she likes to do
She deserves to be flogged, whipped, and beaten
She made a big mistake,
She is determined to ruin the rest of her life if necessary
Why don’t you write something? Another encourages her
He has no idea what she has done.
She withdraws into the small place inside her heart
Where she can drag in her soul and paint it an ugly gray
A hideous brown place with thorns and prickly pokey things
Her enemy has a name
But she is too angry to use it now
She is not human; she is a mistake.
Punishing herself gladly
Not giving herself one ounce of relief, hope or encouragement.
The soul sighs, remembering other times like this
Hoping this time will be different.

A birth is always delivering a good soul and character like a mould the environment around makes him a good or bad character,a man responsible for punishing his own soul if it’s bad!
