A hand pass out of the pack
Without needing to look back
Holding the premiership cup up high
A banner proclaiming God to run by
Four Margery Medals around his neck
If he was playing a sure fire bet
Six best and fairest for Port Adelaide
A club that bred success that couldn’t fade
Russell Ebert was a legend of South Australian sport
Who shared himself with us without a thought
For he is one for the ages now
A beloved player who knew how.

It was my first time back since covid
to my home town Kilmarnock by name
over recent years there's been changes
few for the better but what's to blame?
The town has deteriorated, so many closures
it's so sad to see this great decline
remembering my teenage years now fat gone
would never have believed then down the time
Covid has had its effect there's no doubt
so many mote shops top let or for sale
no incentive to move back for any reason
becoming a ghost town such a sorry tale
Now the soccer club has been relegated
from the Premiership after twenty-eight years
the fans feel frustrated and let down
but these things happen no matter the tears
Let's hope in the coming decades
it'll all be turned around again
maybe the next generation brings hope
in the present hour all there cry when!
(Just so sad an experience last weekend visiting my old home town which I left all of 31 tears ago, to see its sad decline. I have just written these words hoping it will mean something who have experienced a similar situation or even maybe some former Kilmarnockonians looking at our old town.)
She finally left
She has left her premiership
This ungainly woman displaying her diabetes
On her arm like a diamond-studded decoration.
She has wrecked the consensus in Britain
And that was the plan, everything to make life
Bearable for Jeremy Coburn.
The working classes used the referendum as a protest
Against austerity, the rich leavers for opportunism.
The Tory party has done everything they can
Stopping Britain becoming a socialist party that
Will take transport, water, gas and oil back to
The people and give NHS founding to treat the sick
In our society, and equal society where no one is
Left behind and sleep in the streets.
But suspect the conservative, and the rich will do
Anything to stop this madness they have much to lose
And no newspapers are telling you the truth.
THE Big Con of a Peace Prize
And there they are the leaders of EU receiving
a prize they do not deserve, the only thing they
have rescued are banks and the people are
paying the price. I´m listening to Barroso, he who
abandoned the premiership of Portugal when he
was offered better paid job in Brussels and left
the country to its own devise.
Millions of unemployed people lines stretching
for miles, Barroso says everything is fine while
Tucking into caviar when not speaking f Europe
in a fake upper class English voice and sounds like
a servant, of a big house, with great ambition.
And now they are brining, in Kosovo, a gangster
led country to complete the skullduggery .
the EU is a capitalist construction that gives them
security to exploit people. The people of Europe
have been betrayed by their leaders and I know
when a man speaks with fork tongues the game is
up… a democratic EU is a good idea but it has
been betrayed by the elite…the prize giving in Oslo
is a disgrace, they couldn´t even stop the war in
the Balkan with US A´s help. So let them dance when
Europe goes hungry.
Charming I am,
helpful in many ways.
Articulate is what I strive for,
rising above all problems that I face.
Aspiration for more in this life,
creative is who I am.
Thoughtful in every way,
erratic I tend to be.
Rational on many levels,
indignant when things go astray.
Snivel is what I do occasionally,
thrive for all I accomplish in my life,
illegible is my premiership.
Characteristics that fit me to a tee.
