Powers Of Darkness Poems | Examples

Prayer Has a Wonderful Story

The prayers of all saints are a perpetual force
Against all the powers of darkness
Therefore, do not divorce yourself from God
However, enforce your position in order to
Understand the simplicity of prayer!

The wonders of God’s power are to be kept in your life
Therefore, this ability has never left you
Prayer has been robbed of its majesty,
What a tragedy when you do not understand
The history of prayer!
Prayer has a wonderful story
Hence, miracles are God’s ways of acting,
At times, you need to retract yourself
Into a corner because there is glory in
Being a mourner especially if
You are torn apart in a particular situation!

Prayer brings to us blessings
That we need that only God can give!
Read Matthew 6 verse five and understand
Why you will arrive at your destination!
Man makes the plea and God makes the answer
Therefore, there is no reason to ‘flee’
Brothers and sisters you are dear
Do not fear but get near to Christ and discover
How willing He is to help you!
Great is the Lord and don’t forget
That the wonders of prayer have not ceased!

Those who stand their ground...
Their sacred ground...
With their backs against the wall.
Making bold their full intentions
While the slings and arrows fall.

Laying waste an air of happenstance
Permeating sick and feeble minds...
Caring not the monstrous odds
The powers of darkness have aligned.

I fear not this mass of troubled souls
Who demand their pound of flesh.
I contest every foot of treasured Earth.
I contest every loathsome wretch.

I give not an inch to those who dare
Make dark the light of day
To preserve such sacred wanderings
Where the meek would have their say.

I will lift my voice in praise and song
To evince the veracity of my cause
Displaying a knightly measure of gallantry
To give the hapless minions pause.

But sweet victory demands some sacrifice
As a judicious Death may set me free.
Knowing this... would you be at my side?
Would you rise and stand with me?

When the Rich Wage War

When the rich wage war
Power is intimidating
To the head low
If not his ego
Will rise his shoulder
Higher beyond his
Fears
Then the disabled
Is able to look at
The world and see
Their Shadows in reality

When the rich wage war's
The poor die
Either in silent
Or violence
Shadow speak then
But for who
Is it for the dead
Is it for the fire
Is it for hell
The grave will
Also say a lot
When we are finally
Ready for the war
Of the rich

When the rich wage war
They turn evil
They breath like the
Fuel of hell
They suddenly becomes
The twins to devil
They no longer feel
Cos they taken
Taken away by the
Powers of darkness
How can the blind
See in the dark
In this state of the mind
Confusion Is equal to madness
That why they wage a war
Of no reparation

Premium Member Mist In the Woods

From a distance the mist covers everything
The magical woods is hidden behind this
Walking through this gruesome woods the fog does sing
Powers of darkness encompassed by the mist
Sun tries to pierce the hollow of the center
But can’t make it through, ranting on its banter
Beating off its own light, mist carries onward
Feeding on the cloudy scene closing toward

Fight the Good Fight

Watch out watch out
There's an enemy within
It came in unaware
Motivated by sin.

Its covered in darkness
Yet seen as a light
This enemy within
Man alone cannot fight.

It wants to control us
And enslave us in sin
But as David killed Goliath
With God we can win.

These powers of darkness
Will challenge our faith
Removing our freedoms
Our forefathers gave.

This enemy within
I warn don't embrace
Lets stand on God's word
And not fall from grace.

Jesus defeated
When He died on the cross
All the powers of darkness
There Satan lost.

Be strong christian friend
And stand in God's light
Trust in your faith
And fight the good fight.
