Mist In the Woods

From a distance the mist covers everything The magical woods is hidden behind this Walking through this gruesome woods the fog does sing Powers of darkness encompassed by the mist Sun tries to pierce the hollow of the center But can’t make it through, ranting on its banter Beating off its own light, mist carries onward Feeding on the cloudy scene closing toward Russell Sivey

Wonderful imagery Russell. In the Isle of Man the sea mist is known as 'Manannan's Cloak' I think this is a perfect way to describe how the mist envelops its surroundings. Jan xxx

How fascinating. Mist...It does have an eerie feel to it which you have captured well with this write, Russell. Very intriguing. One can almost picture the scene.
