Premium Member When the Going Gets Too Tough

‘Tis a monumental struggle
Getting up and out of bed
With those voices always screaming
Trying to break out of your head
And you’d kill for five more minutes
But it’s never near enough…
Let it go. Let it go
When the going gets too tough.

All the traffic passes by you
And the lights all turn to red
And the radio drones on but
You don’t know what’s just been said
And your thinking’s still so fuzzy
Man, last night was really rough…
Let it go. Let it go
When the going gets too tough.

The day’s not getting better
And the clock is standing still
Once again your mug is empty
And you haven’t got your fill
You can’t put two thoughts together
‘Cause your brain’s so filled with stuff…
Let it go. Let it go
When the going gets too tough.

No need to lose your cool
Or walk off in a huff…
Let it go. Let it go
When the going gets too tough.

Brighter so than burnished Gold, Is the spirit truth be told..'
Where around the haven home, riches are beyond knowledge shown..
Enheartning though despair stands by..' The possibility's all; under Gods good
sky,
Where hearths are polished, by loving hands; there faith and perserverence
stand!
The time of the flesh a passing tide, till we go on through to Emmanuel's side
Where no corruption there will be, under the boughs of the living tree.

Perserverence

Young lilies in spring
innocent, strong willed, fearless
blossom brilliantly.

The Perserverence of Pansies

a smiling face
fall planted pansies blush
spring blossoms

Wiped Tears

Crying deep within all that matters.

Held high above the bitter chatters.....................

Cry's Perserverence.

Crying Tears

Unwilling grudge, tormented and judged
This purposeful trade of feeling
Souls we admire, unwanted desire
Ubiquitous burden with meaning
Wiped and forgotten are stories begotten
Erased like we are all the time
Factual concussion, glistening repercussions
Gorged hearts once dim now shine
Minds entwine sensations divine
Exempted functionality
Memories archived, reborn, alive
Splits fiction from reality
A heart that bleeds, minds that feed
Existence defined in the soul
Luxorious exposure, comforted disclosure
Emotions released when we roll
We long for that day when people will say
Perserverence won’t mean our demise
Emotions aside, when someone has cried
we can’t, but we pamper their eyes
