Resonance

Brighter so than burnished Gold, Is the spirit truth be told..'
Where around the haven home, riches are beyond knowledge shown..
Enheartning though despair stands by..' The possibility's all; under Gods good
sky,
Where hearths are polished, by loving hands; there faith and perserverence
stand!
The time of the flesh a passing tide, till we go on through to Emmanuel's side
Where no corruption there will be, under the boughs of the living tree.

I have long admired the flow of your poetry. when I read nothing seemed forced least of all the rhymes and it all follows the same vision with out any break in imagery or thought. glad to be reading your work again. best holliday wishes for you and yours.

I like the "living tree" idea coupled with family in this one. The metaphor is, for me, universal. Love, daver
