Maybe 06-09-23

Maybe the sun was destined to rise from the East,
Maybe at the end of the book there is just one character.
Maybe at the corner of the street some flowers are scattered,
Maybe a lonely peron sits on that curb.

Maybe the southern sun shines on a notherly wind,
Maybe there is a drunkard at the local pub,
Maybe a lost person leads the way,
Maybe there is a sequel to the book.

Maybe a wind gale sweeps up the leaves from the ground,
Maybe a new soul leaves the hospital.
Maybe a string of lanterns lead the way,
Maybe there was a forgotten prequel.

Maybe we need to believe in something for it to become a maybe
and maybe that maybe will become real.

Argentinian Tango

Argentinian Tango

The night had been crying of icy tears on the window glass
I kissed the glass a thousand guitars played in Buenos Aires
the night Eva Peron died.
From ignominy to a famous mistress, it takes a high-quality tart.
Sentimental fools had lost an icon, a dream, a fairytale princess
who would give the shirtless hope?
She screwed her way to the top and said, all right, Jack!
A grand mausoleum where we can walk around and spin into a golden calf.
In time, sanctified, and padres will tell of her of greatness
the pope will give her sainthood and include her in his prayers.

Premium Member The Fields of Peron

What corporate oligarchs can dream
Against all human betterment
Creating the grotesque extreme
The lack of equal settlement

People rise against machine
Gears will grind them til they’re spent
Crooked legal mischief whore
Peace of Justice will prevent

What man can right his broken vessel?
Foreign seas henceforth he drowns
Pirates poison manic plunder
Man no longer can be found

Do you know how hard it is,
to go thru ike with one person ?
one person you trust,
one person who won't judge you,
one person who knows everything about you,
one person to tak to,
one person who you can open up too,
one person to catch you when you fall ?
and sometimes you still wonder,
if that one peron even cares..?

Like a Movie

this is the part where im supposed to cry
but those glands are dry.
you wont ask why.
I doubt its crossed your mind.
your just another peron
living in this world
Im just another memory
just another girl.
but your my never ending chapter
who my dreams are chasing after.
even in the daylight
those thoughts are in sight.
but Im your eternal victum
though you havent got a clue.
I watch you like a movie
I know all the things you do.
