Looking out the window of the train
I noticed a beautiful woman waving.
Everything in me wanted me to get up and wave
at her: but in my mind I said
to myself why, the distance and the odds of her
wishing to meet me would dwindle my chance.
I then jumped up from my set and ran to the caboose
and tossed my phone number and name to her
begging her to call me.
We had arrived in Ryes Town and I went to my
hotel room. My phone rang and it was her! The beautiful
woman that I noticed waving at the train as we passed by.
I was to sing in the Ampitheather that night. I had been having
trouble stay on key: I had noticed
myself going off tune quite often. My "Circle of merry friends"
didn't want me to meet the beautiful lady. We had planned to go boating
and have lunches in the summery heat: but I found
meet this woman more exciting and prayed I
was right because not only was she beautiful she was smart.
and any chance for me to be happy. Knowing someone would
rather me sad and blue. I found myself beliving if
she would ally to me I could
be married
if she outreached to someone I call freind
I would be doomed!

On specific night, the moon shows part a story
With sliced light's slant on key rock,
By at odd interests' solarity—
The cold rock fires back
Through lumped scars mixed in as minerals;
From behind, dark side's show, light lack.
Haunted angles
Sun spangled
Rankled
On specific night, the moon shows part a story
Through lumped scars mixed in as minerals,
Rankled.

Song of My Heart
Heart song,
Midsummer dream,
Intones sweet poetry,
Love notes resolve in harmonies -
Vespers
Music,
Weaves themes of joy,
Transposes dawn and dusk
Tableaus of half-notes bind lost chords -
In tune
Verses
Winsome lyrics
Tempos sing in duets,
My song breathes in stanzas of sighs
On key
Refrains,
Heart arias,
Beat with mercy’s cadence
Laughter chants a prelude to peace -
Pure pitch
Heartbeats
Sing like love songs
Strummed upon taut heartstrings
Breathless choruses of downbeats -
Heart songs

My dog is as laid back as Bob Marley.
I smiled at the thought.
He dresses like him too, the old hippie said.
I had to meet him now!
He is a giver, the old timer admitted.
And a singer – a howler, but on key.
I had no comment.
Not understanding this but wanting to.
His wife ushered me in.
He’s crazy about that dog, she told me.
The dog was dressed in his Bob Marley costume.
I got a photo with him, for I could not resist.

Good morning, folks...John Doe here
Live- from Channel WXYZ-TV
Bringing you today and tomorrow's weather forecast...
And how the weekend's weather just might be
Saturday morning starts off very nice
Sunny and warm with the high around thirty-one
Mixed with some rain and a possible chance of snow
A good day to go out and have some fun
More sunshine in the early afternoon
With thickening clouds heading our way
A beautiful day for a picnic party, possibly
Or...a boat ride on the bay
The sun returns by mid to late evening...
With a chance of a severe thunderstorm
A wintry mix of sleet and hail- maybe, possibly
Right on key with today's norm
Tomorrow's forecast looks a little better
With a fifty percent chance of weather...
And the low around thirty-one
You just might see a floating feather
Hoping you all have a safe, warm, cool weekend
Enjoy your picnics, or boat rides on the sea
John Doe, here...

A divergency of sorts.
Breaking away from the norm.
I’ll never conform.
A harmonious verbiage full of love and hate.
There’s no reason to segregate.
Planetary arrangements spoke softly to you.
As the crowd of constitutes walked away.
From a Texas governor that may not see another day.
As his own party perceives his hostage taking as a sign of discouragement in what’s free.
True Blue , right on key.
True Blue, I’m right with you.
True Blue stand by me.
True Blue stand up for what is free.

Colors living in my head,
paint pictures bold.
My soul receives the mystical light;
art in an etheric paint tube.
My soul, it mixes blues and greens;
a palette only God and I can see.
Wisping loaded brushes here and there;
alive they come, painted dreams.
These are the songs of my soul;
painted in my own life view.
An old master I am not;
my cosmic coloring book doesn’t care.
Soul-songs are vibrant and rarely on key.
Some art collectors,
prefer little imperfections,
like me.

if they'd only comb their hair on key

Oh how I wish we danced
what a sight it would have been
the dance I took from him,
you
floating on air, without a care
angelic wings adorned,
music swaying at every soft turn;
me
stepping on your toes
unsure of which step should flow,
teetering on the edge of the ballroom floor,
the sad-faced klutz moving toward the door.
What magic interlude would play a tease
as you hummed every note on key
then broke into soft melodic ease
setting the romantic night moods free.
Just a dream, that's all it was
wanting my love
to fit you like a glove,
but I was always the wallflower that sat
on the sidelines feeling gawky and fat
and in hindsight, looking back
I regret not having trying harder to act.
Wish we danced
had I only taken the chance.

Singing gently sneaks inward
often taking us unaware with
unusual new tones and nontones.
Note how wild wind flutters leaves
driving ears to stand and snatch
soft sounds of cool air tapping.
An unexpected blast booms when
boiled water readily rumbles
on key, sputters and splashes.
Uncap water’s playful plop
near full faucets or its wet
dramatic gush from hoses.
All without traditional
lyrics, these symphonies do
lull us into high humming.
A peek at a fire’s frenzy adds
radical sizzles ending
our samples of timed tempos.
Understand that to some mere
noise causes headaches, cringes
and inner storms,
but others recognize airy,
drowning, liquid and burning
compositions.

As I lie and I listen
To the crickets legs twisting
They play loud, a long song
Throughout night to dawn
Like a choir on key
They sing loud just for me
Their tunes hum, through my head
While I’m sleeping, in my bed
When I twist and I turn
Their tunes by heart, I’ve now learned
Their tunes echo from the rear
Causing tingling, through my ears
Not a switch to turn them off
Sometimes annoying like a cough
The crickets choir, plays tranquil melodies
Peaceful soothing night time remedies
Their choir music, puts me at ease
From my window, I call out, I ask please
Sing crickets, twist your legs
Twist them fast, twist them slow
Perform for me, a well rehearsed show
All cricket members begin to play
So I may sleep my night away

The best way to win a race,
Is to race as fast as you can.
To know the better lines to drive,
And be the better man.
To swerve right on key moments,
Then to speed up when it's right,
To know when to battle for position,
And to know when not to fight.
And to repeat these moves, this line and grit,
Every lap of the entire race.
To be the consistent driver,
And never lose your pace.
The best way to race a race,
To have the right to brag,
Is to give every stage the best you've got,
Then you'll get the chequered flag.

Hello all! This next poem is a very special poem because it was written by my father when I was very young and because of him, he has passed his talent to write poetry down to me. This poem is called "Sapora Rifka" or Hebrew for "singing bird" (Yes, I new fact about me is that I am Jewish :P) Anyway, please enjoy "Sapora Rifka" by my father!
Despite the Chelsea,
Ever arrayed and a keen,
Sapora Rifka soars high above the world she lives in.
Childlike in her disposition.
Sapora Rifka finds joy in harmonizing what she sees.
Sports Rifka, my little fatal;
On key to sing her many songs of praise.
