Premium MemberA BUOYANT FEEL

The wind cold and cutting,
The rain razor sharp,
A lonely Willow tree drips sadly on a
Bench in the park,
The sky dances with flashing lightening,
My heart pounds as nature’s power
Begins unleashing
Thunder so frightening,
Its raw beauty howling
In my ears, my spirit crying
In defiance against this squall,
And nature’s gall.

The dark black clouds dissipate, a dull cloud
Cover appears, then as suddenly strays,
To reveal a star bright sequined sky.
Earth and its wonders intoxicating,
In my minds eye, my imagination soars,
I See turquoise turtles, stripped unicorns,
Fantasy flowing,
From my veins and pores,
Such a delightful, delicate ethereal reality,
A collection of the unbelievable, which seems to
Clash with rationality.

Spring, the most most delicious, picture perfect
Season of the year,
That brings a childlike calm and nulls the mind of fear,
Reveals a magic that seems not of this world,
Let every being enjoy this buoyant feel,
When disbelief becomes believe, and clear skies
Clear one's mind and takes the wheel.

Avocado God

that was a rough day
with their aggressive cars
heavy sky of electrical threats
I came back scared from these thorny streets
I need friendly things
through the crack in the window
I saw the static grandeur
of the avocado tree that reigns quietly near here
he watches indifferently as the days crumble
occasionally throws up leaves in the wind
and soon returns to rule the world
like a divine and green organic colossus
always blind I didn't realize
but today I know
it's the trees that matter
and we are vassals viruses protozoa bacteria
minuscule small nulls so don't be amazed:
we're here to feed the trees and nothing else
stop hysteria

Widely stretched landscapes are her asset.
Gurgling streams and rivers are her bulged vessels.
The pristine form is losing charisma and in acute threat.
The rocky glaciers are going down to increasing sea levels.

Roaming wildlife are her loving mates.
Astounding extinction and merciless killing of them lead to debates.
The talks about those innocent should be earned true weights.

Just wait and think, ‘Do we really need two Suns?’
An unanswerable loaded question posed by many tongues.
Priceless resources are diminishing in tons.

Let’s stop the blame game and join hands to reset
Don’t be childish; we will become nulls, if she rebels.
Sense the alarming bell that resonates,
Let’s pledge to be loyal daughters and sons.

A RATTLING RHYME

“Few things are more delightful than grandchildren fighting
over your lap.” – Doug Larson (and I add laptop or tablet)

WHISPER SWEET NULLS

Up the steps. Here them roar -
here they come with big smiles.
These two brothers at odds
in short race to the door.

Their short grandmother tall,
she leans down to give hugs,
but must wait for the bell -
has great ring - what a ball!

Off fly shoes and then socks
And each boy has one thing
on their mind: to be first
to put thumbs to the box.

Other toys left idle.
They’re no match for the fire
of the games that conspire -
That do whisper sweet nulls.

Off they run once again
after filling their tums.
They do tear off their shirts
off to fight - see who reigns.

The old box - it stays cold
for their sight, it is set
on the same old new games
and the ads that are bold.

Their behinds, they are warm
in their grandmother’s chair
and so likely to say
when bell rings, “it’s not fair!”

They are forced to go home.
There are chores; and some odds
and their ends for their school
but no games! That’s not cool.

Let us not singular sinfiltrate our

Premium MemberClosure

Words dry up,
Ink stains tell;
A full cup,
Love now dwells.

Thoughts of pain,
Dig deep here;
Such loud strains,
Flood these spheres.

Gone too soon,
Words unsaid;
Death at noon,
Bills unpaid.

Too late now,
A dream dance;
Don't ask how,
Death nulls chance.

A sad fate,
A torn page:
Much too late,
Empty stage.

Rest in peace,
Dear good friend;
May deep ease,
Greet you grand.

Where Are the Christians

Today we live in dreadful days that truly test our faith,
When all about the truths of God men try to negate.
When leaders rule in governments and make lies into laws,
Where are God's people? Are they mute, won't fight His righteous cause?

Where are the ones who call themselves the living saints?
There's no protest that nulls the lies that Evil paints!
Is it that now Christians hide and just cower in fear
Safe in their comfort zones, let Falsehood reign, appear?

Christians would just sit in church but cannot speak out
When sin's made right and God denied, there's nary a shout.
His Word tells us we'll take account when we must testify,
And yet because we fear backlash we'd rather live a lie.

To him who knows what he must do, and yet he fails to do it-
There's reckoning, the scales could weigh and his reward forfeit.
Men will hate us because of Christ, for this we make a stand.
His truth must march in us, that's what our time demands!

A Friendly Hug-

A Friendly Hug

Friendly hug to an enemy
Rips bloated egos of hate
It needs bold courage but
Eases heart and soul
Nulls the wall of
Divide that
Lasted
Years
