With a glint in his eye
A mind like a steel trap
Don't mess with Ronny
He won't take any crap
He is a fine fellow
A good friend to choose
With his sense of humor
Ronny's sure to amuse
Still his family comes first
Sweet Tea and Jeanette
You better treat them right
Or Ronny will be upset
A man of substance
He'll treat you with respect
Be prepared for anything
You never know what to expect.
Today on his birthday
We're honored he's a friend
He is the real deal
Ronny's not one to pretend.
Dedicated to Ron, September 7th, 2014
Of COURSE I am not in the least insecure
My selfish-image? You bet, peerless and pure
Negative thoughts I avoid
Paranoia? Null and void
But you were talking and pointing I am sure…
For Susan’s contest
Jack
Mind like a steel trap, woodsman, skiier, lover of books
Brother of Vic
Lover of wild storms, dawn swims and justice
Who feels sadness at disappearing natural beauty and beloved parents now deceased
Who fears computerized worlds, families crumbling and indifferent neighbors
Who would like to see museums that delight children, more blue birds and flourishing gardens
Resident of Minnesota piney woods
Anderson
