This is really bothering us about
fear and mistrust.
It is becoming a pure case of
politics between Democrats
and Republicans and females
and males.
Trump has gotten away with
a lot of things that he was
not supposed to.
He has become his own fan
club supporting the home
team. When the home team
won everyone was happy and
congratulatory. When the home
team has lost, losers will only be
dissatisfied and skeptical.
We do have a mayoral versus
city manager type of government.
City Manager was designed to
take the place of politics which
a mayor represents.
What Benjamin Franklin said
was when we will have a
democracy keep and maintain
it or will lose it.
Listen to what voters have
to say and react accordingly.
You will win every time.

Local, and Mayoral, elections again,
time to cast your vote, time to have your say,
from 7 am, until 10 pm.
Though you may well opt, for a postal vote,
it’s personal choice, it’s your decision,
but make sure your registered, please take note,
check out the electoral commission.
Democracy, is everybody’s right,
that’s why it's important, let’s not forget,
those decades of struggle, the hard won fight,

The news anchor of NBC2 is lying on the sidewalk, laid out.

Where the lies are plenty, and carnage is brutally carefree
Facts don’t mean anything to our anchors any more.
You can purchase alternative facts at the store next door.
The hillbillies in the south only listen to their one station.
They don’t even bother with news when on vacation.
The haughtiest rich ones in the north don’t believe anything at all.
A shooter? No worries. There will be more in the fall.
Besides, it might be a rumor. We like to throw stuff up quick.
buying into rumors, lies, and gossip, we Americans lay it on thick.
Chet Huntley and David Brinkley would have a huge fit.
If they could hear what comes out of the normal TV anchor nitwit.

But campaign over, winner declared -- Let's move the city in a new direction
One of pension funds solvency, of lower taxes and reduced expenses
To accomplish that requires political moxie, mending fences
Can Mayor Lightfoot do it? Will she? How?
It's time to act boldly, Lori, and the time is now

Go out and vote each first Tuesday in November.
Each American citizen has a voice.
We go to elect the candidates of our choice.
We democratically seek to find a solution.
This right is give to us by the Constitution.
It usually comes down to a Democrat or Republican.
The majority of votes determine who will be in.
Each ballot is confidential once we close the curtain.
In debates, they sling mud at each other.
This year’s election is the same as another.
Political issues usually amount to a plethora.
It is no different here in Philadelphia.
A mayor is to be chosen in the City of Brotherly Love.
I say, pull the lever at the bottom, “None of the above”.
