Marionettes Poems - Poems about Marionettes

Marionettes

Here, have a spectacle.
As suspected it's devoured in manner so predictable.
Still hand reared, full force fed all poison is delectable
Consumed, perpetual puppet shows punch drunk and dependable.
As long as you are at the other's throats you're indefensible.
We thank you all for losing, such an effort is commendable.

Oops, another table scrap.
Shackled to the catalyst you

Premium MemberMarionettes of Pied

You motormouths, that pull the strings of life,
Marionettes of Pied that seek confusion.
Your piper teeth are chattering with strife,
Like a Jedi, with wave of hand delusion
“Come one! Come all!” the ringleader twists knife.
The press buries the truth, besets illusion.
The circus clown smiles whilst Hans-ing fairy whales,
Marionettes of Pied with Moby-Dick-sized tales.

Your compassionate empathy, envelopes all of me
Eyes dark like the night, yet only one star do I see
My eyes are raining from your souls sensuality
I want you to know you own my sentimentality
The waters mixing between us are purifying perpetually
Honoring who you are is not founded in any complexity
Cut the strings, in sharing presence we

Marionettes

layers of a personality
apple cheeked marionettes
acting evil and good
soothing smooth smiles
and blood curdling stares
sometimes the arms drop off
with clattering noise
clothing will tear
or succumb to linen rot
but heroes and villains shine only at night
so ordinary in the light

Demons have fallen, Angels have cried
the Earth is spinning, death is alive

Blood drips always and makes flowers bend
They lose their petals, to the ground they descend

Hope is cherished by the poor and down trodden
Bones we dig up from ancestors we've forgotten

Life seems a passing world to remember
Until it's gone to leave a memory's ember

The mind

Marionettes

Never forget, your a marionette.
Just a marionette on a string.
Don't dream to try,
To flee or to fly,
For marionettes can't take wing.

The hand that controls you is good it it's play,
For restrained by it's strings you cannot disobey,
So you jump and you dance and run circles for it,
Only able to act as the hand will permit,
Your

The Marionettes

A drop of tear like dew drop did fall,
with pain in the heart like a sinking star.
Like eyeless moths on the dark horizon,
the looming image of sorrow drifts.

The bridges move as I in stillness stand;
time flies by and so doth the distance.
Scramming like a ruthless vagabond,
bonds of restraint seem to have no bounds.

The world
