Sipping on all of my stevia sweetened canned cola soda.
Thinking how for him I'll improve my metaphorical moda.
Painting him a heart-shaped astrological mandala.

the sands
a practice in patience
as they shine inner
tranquility
the sands
mystify with colour
a minds silent
solitude
the sands
shines a light inside
shining on the jewels
of truth
the sands
opens the door to
nobility, love and
harmony
the sands
a creation of the universe
they have a beginning
and an end
the sands
lift the mist then
float in calming
waters
the sands
a symbol
of life

ancient spirit healing, Asian artwork.
adapting mandalas around the world.
Abstract designs articulate self worth.
Hindu and Bhuddist monks used mandalas
in creative, meditative, teaching -

Today’s artists use the same principles
line, color, texture, shape and symmetry
adapting mandalas around the world.
A personal transformation occurs
coloring in my book of mandalas.
Abstract designs articulate self worth.

Is created by us......... but we forget this and fuss.
Our noses in our neighbors, worse another nations' business.
We forget love and compassion, how unique, we are.
Ah, striving to be number one, to be the outstanding star!
How easily humanity falls off track.
Don't you get that you are perfect and that's just that?
Some days are up, some are down.
Unless you have zero integrity, then you prance about like a clown.
Get you are great, your mind will say NO.
Just jump into the canoe of life and go.
The Mandala of your day, created in beauty and kindness.
It's your umbrella of conscious mindfulness

Grogged, split into holographic shards:
Hypnogog reveleations reflect
One dreary dreamer. Divinity
staggers to recall Itself
in matter.
Is God like peppermint? I think him
more like meade caressing
a breeze – just beyond
the fresh whore.
Bands of succulence
orbit a soaked mind.
The mandala, stony gravel out-stations
brilliantly placed in the Logic,
oddly so.
In the centre the most divine Creation.
The nipple more proud than unassuming
more mirage-producing
than drought.
And all around the nipple children skip
chasing fairies in the smoky glow.
All around the nipple dance children, go.
More ancient than childbirth. The cheek
of Isis swirls itself into a Promise. Food
was later, grown men (and women) don’t know.
The milk erodes its own palace. The screen
remains; like the silence in a scream.
Art only, ever in the making. The sacredness
of a breast more than Nature produces.
Some on the outer, independent scriptute.
Some more honest, after some lost inner elixir.
I say: the world would not last long without a breast.

What should I call myself?
A fugitive or a voyager
Driving in a car with a full speed ahead
Looking for accuracy from incompleteness
I'm a fugitive
Dying for inspiration
Escaping from this insecure life
And try to find what is right
From the crime of broken hope
I'm a voyager
Eager to believe in a dream
Gain guts and looking for a chance
Even it takes a wide ocean to dive
I’m on my on again, always go round in circles
Holding faith that can fade away sooner or later
I’m a loner in this lonely road, driving in loneliness
I wonder if I can survive
Mandala,
I hold you in my heart
Visualized you in my head
I won’t buy a lie or got strained
Accuracy is all I after
Even when the world decided to go slow
Allowing me to lift up the low
Letting me to collect the missing puzzles
Driving me to the right direction
Mandala,
You spiritualized me
You won’t leave me in vain
I won’t get trapped in a dream
And when I’m awake, I will feel complete

Gazing at the sun
in the very core,
I feel my body
release my soul.
Staring at the rays
and tongues of flame,
my eyes are soothed
with my exhales.
The whisper of the breeze
and the bamboo flute:
with the song of chimes,
ignites my mood.
Suddenly aware
of the voice of my heart,
like a long lost friend,
it starts a chat.
A touch of jasmine
in the scent of grass
has slowly seeped
his fading musk.
The wind unleashed
my burning tears,
washing away
his memories.

Daydreams need to be housed in a safe environment.
Whilst relaxing, meditating , bathing and pottering about....
A daydream raises and floats out like a thought cloud...
Comfortable, secure surroundings nurture these bubbles
of dreams , hopes ,wishes inspirations........ Designing
A protective animal border on the outer edge of the mandala
Concentric boundaries evelope the core like tree rings
Your labariynth mandala framed with flowers on the outside.
Then layered with precious stones and metals in the middle
More borders of flowers and herbs, inner borders of jewels
Your heart and soul cross centered with the sun sings songs.
Layer upon layer of protection the maze is refreshed with
a brilliant white light descending from the crown charkra to
the center of the earth and back up from the earth to the crown.
