Down in the dark, they patiently wait
Whatever the hour, whatever the date
And if it’s required to wait a bit longer
They’ll service their Queen to grow ever stronger

These keratin creatures will eat their own kind
Rather than leaving their fallen behind
They'll eat anything that’s remotely organic
But if they sense ‘sweet’ they’re blindly satanic

A human race claiming an intellect great
Will err, which is human, and seal its own fate...
They smell it, they sense it, they know it’s around
And they spew from their caverns through cracks in the ground

From under the bushes and over the fence
Through open windows and in through the vents
They drop down the chimney and crawl out of pipes
Immune to our anti bacterial wipes

The under sink cupboard is swarming as well
And inside the fridge its like something from hell
Open the microwave, they’re in there too
And upstairs there’s more coming out of the loo

A creeping black mass turns the lounge carpet black
They swarm up the sofa and onto his back
Relentless, attracted by sugary charms
They split and rampage along each of his arms

He’d raided the kitchen for something to eat
He could have done worse than choose something less sweet
For ants are indifferent to tagliatelle
His fate was decided by strawberry jelly

.......an end.......

But in English English (and being pedantic)
Two last lines for humans across the Atlantic...

For ants are indifferent to Marmite and ham
His fate was decided by strawberry jam

Embodiment

Judge yourself as if life is contest
of who can embody
the most truth
Our experiences are fool proof
so forget the expectations
of those considered
wise
My eyes are fully free so all
I see are things that
have been eaten
by the whole of me
This life is a soliloquy & it vents
each and every thought
most perfectly
This symphony is orchestrated
by the one that creates
with boundless
intentions
So creative that its made
innumerable extensions
that connect
all throughout infinity
I've developed an affinity
for the mind
body
soul & spirit peaks
The holy spirit of which we
religiously speak or mention
is found in the words of those
that tirelessly seek
Be mindful of the wickedness
that arises under the guise
of false praise
It materializes to the lost
offering mountainous peaks
but don't be fooled
by words or light shade
The convolution & curves are
meant to misdirect so subtly
that you agree
with the confusion
Free yourself from the illusion
of self & dissect
with utmost respect
to who you came to be
Forgive yourself unapologetically
even if not seeing the truth
is unforgivable
tragedy
Earth is a masterfully woven
experience blanketed by
interchangeable realities
Its falsities are so real that even
you have come to believe
that you were born
to be a casualty
We're all soldiers in a war
casually shooting ourselves
down without
knowing
Remember to never stop
growing even if the battle
is hard & the thorns
won't stop poking
Those that eat lies will start
choking when they
regurgitate
Don't throw up but throw
down the inconsistencies
before they digest
& it's too late

Premium Member A Fiery Lick

Something about paint
I absolutely adore!~feeling more
fluid-thinking when wearing an
old smock, branded with dashes and
blobs, to my mind each
one a stripe of rank with starry
splashes my medals –

like coral reefs

like florescent algae

a new canvas primed, runny
with liquid motion; I thrust
my igniting brush...somewhat
sad when all is dried and
framed; yet the good ones
remain tacky to the touch,
delightfully smeary to
the eye~like the wetted
hands of children, bringing their
innate patterns into active focus --

I think, when it comes to poetry
the ocean will never be entirely
emptied: what mysterious lyrics
lurk in such black, unrhymed depths –
by the magma-vents, like moths
writers are drawn to eerie glows,
shadowy forms~dauntless, ready to
risk even death for fiery licks
and rapturous cuddles....

~PIDGIN ON THE ROOF

Holler ya voice git down
Talk to me roost, nest, and dance.
Talking rooftops their height, providing a safe vantage point
Speak out potential threats moral sources.
Rest of the outside world understands not their voices
Roofs offer shelter from elements speaking nooks and crannies.
Speak compassion commandment reactions they ain’t no Jim Dandy
Talk to me for suit, pidgin on the roof
Here's a more detailed look what pigeons do on roof
Gathering voices protesting choices in languages from urban hoods
Use rooftops as resting spots, elevated areas ledges speak aloud their virtues
They build steps in various locations, dance under eaves,
Scream into vents rafters, and window sills,
Dance on materials like ground twigs N leaves.
Talk to me for suit, pidgin on the roof
Swoop down to ground level ta dance and voice their intentions,
Especially if there are nearby people formal gathers
Utilize rooftops to look down on citizens
Observing Predators atop shouting obscenities
Telling the world they don’t belong to these
The height of a roof offers a good view surrounding
 Area spot potential predators
Git down git loose Pidgin on the roof

Moist Smoke

                    Flickering light of
                      chandelier dims,
                         timid blinks
                           become audacious,
                            fragrant whispers
                             intermingle in crevices,
                            fingers orchestrate
                           enchanting invites,
                            blazing a mystic
                              smoke that escapes,
                                vents of love
                                  in raging storms
                                    of night,
                                     to envelope mists
                                     of hushed union,
                                     beads of Aurora
                                   sparkle at dawn

Premium Member She's An Angel--

You know I'm just a lonely man
Walking down this here loney road
Lonely Street and as I walked past many fine women
Many fine foxes all walking in line
Straightened around I turn the corner
Dodging brothers, them militant brothers blazing about time Looking for a woman to put on the streets
Then it hit me thinking about you darling
You and I passed love affair
Sonic heartedly and blinded by the memories
Of you and I bump into this wonderful woman
This lady who's the matched curves vents and wrapped Around her body like the oceans waves
Her beauty that of a nightingale
What you are
Lord have mercy I pray this woman
 I keep at bale
Couldn't match your ways
Right then darling I thought of you over the pain
And the grief right and I remember just where I was just where I am
I remember our last love affair
I remember it as if you were still there
Two people making love
Do you remember
The kissing booth and holding of hands
The melting and collaborating about minds
The taste of sweet honey from your lips
The warm and tender children we had plans two after marriage
Your now
And always be mine
You're an angel
She's an angel my, my, my girl
My world she is my angel
Girl you brought joy to my heart
Security a loving home
And family never no, no, no misery
A private phone
For when you want to be alone
Queen size bed
For you sleeping with all the tapestry and trappings
All this love and affection
Is just to give you protection
The man who will trade you in
Love your friend, came home all the time late
And you're asking him
Where he's been
Well I know it's not my mother
I know it's not my mother
And I know it's not my sister
And I know it's not my sister
She's not his lady no not that his woman
A white streak from the sky
A question to your lover why
If you left her would she cry
She's not a magician nor a clown or miracle worker
She's not some kind of backstabber
He's trying to put you down
Nevertheless I found she's an angel
She's an angel
She's an angel, yeah she's an angel

The garden abounds flowers tumbling down
from the trellis roses sweetly scented
delicate pots strewn with colourful crown
groaning tables are with flowers crested

Plates filled with delicacies await
vol-au-vents and laden pastries sit
hungry mouths will eat and evaluate
leaving behind scattered crumbs of wit

Romances will flourish under the hot sun
dalliance or two with consequences
that appear in nine months to the ton
causing aslant glances at the lapses

Still the flowers bloom with vibrancy
colourful petals gleam all waxy

Grease and Pickles

A thousand vents for blowing grease
the burger bleeds and trickles.
The stove tops way of frying meat
to sell their grease and pickles.

A greasy slab to clot your blood.
The hamburger's inflection.
A special sauce to fatten up
the liver from protection.

A heart attack to fear aloud
you come to feel the hurt.
Your senses blind to feeling pain
your swearing has to blurt.

A paramedic standing by
with paddles out to shock.
The ventilator turned on low
in case you start to gawk.

A hospital for calculating
service for your wealth.
but don't forget the morgue is there
and that could mean your health.

“we woke up early one morn, ego shorn
it felt as though we were in form reborn
nodes within stirred, boundaries blurred
our head and heart, with love concurred”
(line of inquiry)

Tears fell upon a senseless blank page,
as self-pride suppressed dark vents of rage.
We become silent when words don't engage,
until we are touched by verses from a sage.

Some arrive as a mentor with a mystic gaze,
save us from being misplaced in ego's maze.
As silver serpent skin begins to shed,
we learn to walk a path where the sincere tread.

With poetic expression a tale adorned.
In the early dawn ink's ego was torn.
Quill's rebirth reflecting a radiant sunrise,
evolved the mind to portray sapphire skies.

An alchemist's heart spoke of love's sweet strings.
A melody mutating like butterfly wings.
Vanity cast away, as a cold heart warmed.
A rhapsody of roses with white petals formed.

Emotions weaved words through the veil of time,
in a fusion of metrically composed rhyme.
With each beat, a rhythm of stanzas poured.
In the canvas of life a masterpiece concurred.

In union, poetry whispers through the air,
cosmic swirls only honest poets share.
As ego dies, speech become a divine exchange.
Souls ignite when toxic thoughts begins to change.

Burgcity

around were they planned to build a new city they
designed a perfect place to fool novice people and to
enlighten the brokenhearted. One designer said when
people look to man to create he should speak of inspiring
people to believe in the trueness' of resolve. they wished
to build a hollow mountain that inside woul house industry
and people. The mountains surface would have holes
to catch water and store it and filter and recycle it and send
it to underground pipes(aquifers) and manmade welling systems.
before the first homes are built we want to create this mountain.
Steam engines inside will vent into a sub area and the steam will
be condensated and the water gathered. water storage. 57,000
units will liter the areas around the mountain a train will
travel in a circle with stos in four stations. A beautiful place to
be and visit. Smaller hill like structures will be inplace to be
housing for livestock. the vents will catch the odors
and store them as fuel. a system will be designed so that
cleaning the area will be only an assignment instead of a task.
artifcal trees will be used to create electricity. Trees which barks
and limbs which will be solar mirrors and pours that are equipped
with filters to catch water from rains and snows. Water that are sent
 to underground storage tanks.
