Tell her you love her,
reassure her
Hold her close and cuddle her
Treasure her
Go see her,
no matter how far away she lives
Always make an effort
let her know she is worthy
Let her know
that she is beautiful to you,
worthy of your love
Hold hands and kiss her
Be unpredictable
send flowers, love cards
tokens of love, letters
and appreciation
Repeatedly
visit her when sick
Be there for her always
Hold her when sad or upset
Do not be afraid
to show your feelings
Nor share your hearts desires
Share secrets with her
Spend time together,
relax, have fun and laugh
Give up your seat,
tidy up and play your part
Open doors for her
Guard every word and breath
Make sure she gets home safe with a call;
better still see her home to the door
If you’d give your life for her
die for her, defend her, protect her
Then wait for her,
however long it takes
The sex can wait
Man, if she could be the one
with whom to share a life-time together
Respect her …
I've been falling for someone so many times!
And that really makes me so upset!
A week or two, or three , four!
Relationship won't last...
And that is not so fine
I tried to keep relationships so private.
Trying not to expose it...
Trying not everyone knows it...
Hiding everything like you're playing an old game...
And that is not so fine!
Coz everything that I do is wasteful for you!
Coz everything that I do is useless for you!
Guess love isn't my thing? And I'm not playing your game!
And that is such a shame!
I'm not ready!
I've been dating for someone so many times...
And that really makes me so upset
A week or two, or three , four!
Relationship won't last...
And that is not so fine
You said I'm childish stupid guy who works at school.
No no time for love! No time for you!
Try to check this one out! Thanks! :)

When you were born you were so tiny.
I was already taken with your charms.
We both began to cry until they put you in my arms.
I think I know what made us stop.
It was easy for me to see.
We both could hear the music of two hearts in harmony.
When you were born you couldn’t talk…but to my surprise
You seemed to say so much to me…when I looked into your eyes.
When you were born you couldn’t walk.
You didn’t have a clue…
but that didn’t matter because anywhere we went…I would carry you.
When you grew up…began walking on your own
I was there to guide you
and as you became more independent…I was proud to walk beside you
When you grew up…you didn’t stop talking
but, to my surprise
I still found so much meaning…when I looked into your eyes.
Even now, when you’re upset
If I hold you close to me
We both calm down when we feel…two hearts in harmony.
And after all these years and all life’s changes
I’m still just as taken with your charms…
as I was the day when you were born
the day they put you in my arms.
As I was the day you began to crawl…
the day you began to walk…
The day you smiled at me with your eyes…
the day you began to talk…
And even though we’re not as together
as we once used to be
In quiet moments I still feel it…
don’t you?
two hearts in harmony.
The American Way
In every neighborhood
There are problems that arise.
Some never get resolved
No one that fact denies.
However: the other day
A big story was in our paper.
Of a group of upset neighbors
Pulled off a “real-estate” caper.
It seems the lovely development
Was being constantly harassed.
By big money development folk
Looking to make some cash.
It meant to change the character
Of this lovely street of homes
By building big condos out behind
Till someone got on the phones.
Alerting all the players
Who’s home backed up to the mess
We need to band together
If we are to ward off this ugly pest.
I don’t know the many hours
These folks spent in meeting
But saw each other often enough
By first names would soon be greeting.
I don’t know the details
It wasn’t happening to me
How “huge” a problem was it?
Just how serious could it be?
I don’t have facts to share
No details to finish my rhyme
But I know enough to tell you
Big business didn’t win this time.
These families grabbed this “bull”
Soundly by the horns.
Soon a co-operative process
With “cash” backers was taking form.
They pooled their limited resources
Each homeowner would pay a share
They’d show these roughneck players
They weren’t so easy now to scare.
They bought the land behind them
Set a plan for moving on
There may still be hurdles to jump
But for now the war’s been won.
My hat is off to each family
There may have been some glitches
But I saw no personal belongs
Out on a porch or in the ditches.
I can’t believe it’s really happening
It’s so the American way.
If a group is being harmed
All together they enter the fray.
So as the days and weeks
Progressing with plan A
Don’t lose hope or get upset
Plan B may be on the way.
Written by oldbuck Nov. 7, 2017 to tell the story about some great neighbors that joined together to ward off big business and the government process.
He did just enough to barely squeak by
Other would poke fun at this slovenly guy
Fun to fry him because he was indubitably shy
His ideas at work were never going to fly
For a guy he did not aim extremely high
Some said he came from the River Kwai
His sandwich was always PB and rye
Most of us said hi, as we walked by
Many tried to pry; I will not lie.
They wanted to know where he got his pie.
It looked scrumptious, exactly the right chi.
Always wore a suit and a pretty bow tie.
Hair naturally curly, perhaps a snitch of a dye.
He moved away one day, we never found why.
No one was upset, for his office we did vie.
How bad can it get, don't ask me that question
I'm on the 97th floor terrified,
hanging from a window, gasping for breath
You want to know,
how bad it can get
On the phone to my wife, saying I love you please never forget
Bodies burst in the street below me, certain I am next
you still want to know,
how bad it can get,
My throat has just been cut, on some passenger jet
Leading my ladder up a stairwell to die, drenched in sweat
Your repeating that question,
how bad can it get
Searching through rubble, unsure if there's a fingertip left
Vaporised into nothing, just a photo for the bereft
Disturbing nightmares wake me, shaking and upset,
stop asking me,
how bad can it get
I go to Afghanistan, an IED rips open my chest
About to be beheaded in Iraq, as a warning to the west
Back on the 97th floor you ask me again,
how bad can it get
Do I agree with Guantánamo extraordinary rendition,
you bet
How about collateral damage, they posed no threat
Whatever it takes, this fate I'll never accept
I'm a civilian too, now I jump burning to death
This poem is to remember,
some have already forgotten
just how bad it can get

I was walking the streets
Of magnificent city with elegant
Skyscraper buildings and sidewalks
Enveloped in the veil of colorful
Blooming summer flowers all over
I was window shopping for unusual
Pretty things that I couldn’t afford
And I saw the most beautiful shoes
Behind the glass on a dark pedestal
They were sitting on a throne dignified
Like a royal couple during coronation
Elevated high with the light behind
Echoing an impression of sunrise
I stared at them frozen in awe
I could feel soft brown leather
To the touch of my fingertips
I was devouring them with my eyes
Alluring color and texture as pure
Perfection of shape and elegant form
I was glued to the window for long
Admiring the shoes and etching
The image of beauty in my soul
I desired the shoes more than I
Desired anything else before
But I knew I couldn’t afford them
Anger boiled down my throat
I hated this unfair petty world
That gave so much to some
And almost nothing to others
All I could think is the leather
Softer than a baby’s feet
That never walked before
I strolled away sad and upset
Overwhelmed by the feelings
Of misery anger, and despair
I crossed the major square
Suddenly I heard a loud scream
And a squeaking noise coming
From the tall building corner
I run towards it and just before
I reached the edge of the street
On a black asphalt I saw
A pool of blood and the shoes
The same ones I admired
Just a few moments ago
I was taken aback by the power
Of the image in front of my eyes
All I could see were colors
Bright red color of blood
Pitch black matte of asphalt
And soft brown silky leather
I stood there hypnotized
but then I was awakened
By something else
That have not noticed yet
I saw a young man without legs
Laying on a dirty dark cement
A few feet away from beautiful
Soft brown leather shoes soaked
In blood in dark gothic pattern
I saw a man who will no longer
Need the shoes I desired so much
I walked away quiet and ashamed
I no longer wanted the shoes
I cried and tears run down my face
Sad for the man, who had no legs
If only you knew how upset I get,
going into bathrooms with just air machines.
I have not figured out how to wipe up water off the counter,
with just air machines.
I have not figured out how to dry my eyes,
with just air machines.
I have not figured out how to wipe a baby's butt,
with just air machines.
I have not figured out how to wipe food off my top,
with just air machines.
I have not figured out how to take invisible towels,
with just air machines.
Because sometimes we can't say,
what angers us from day to day.
I have not figured out how to get paper towels put back,
not just air machines.
I have not figured out how to get choice put back,
not just air machines.

If Only You Knew How Upset I Get
See my heart stopped today and I felt it drop to my stomach,
where 2 babies lay, Except now there 1 wasn't.
I went to the doctor today and they showed me a screen,
Of an empty pit in my stomach where my baby had been.
I was having twins just 2 weeks ago and Baby A was just fine,
While Baby B had a low heart rate and needed some time..
I Still have my daughter and I still have a baby inside.
That doesn't stop the hurt that a part of me has died.
She lit up the screen and showed me two sacs,
One with a heart beat and the other.. Just black...
I shook my head and I cried and cursed feeling broken,
I knew the odds but still I was hoping....
I have no words to comfort my sorrows,
I know that nothing will change come the sun rise tomorrow.
"High Risk"
That's what the nice doctor told me in person,
Until after the first trimester where the odds weren't certain.
I feel defeated.
I feel hurt.
I feel angry.
Like somehow being this way, could save a lost baby?
I'm lashing out because I don't know how to make it stop!
I am furious and I'm heart broken,
This rooms too hot.
My mom held me, That's what mothers do,
She rocked me and reassured me,
Would you believe I'm nearly twenty-two??
I want to write about it, I want to get it off my mind,
i want to be able to grieve without the "Give it time"
I feel ashamed?
I know that Nothing could have prevented this,
I know sometimes "it's just not meant to be"
Right now, I'm upset, and i know it didn't just effect me,
I'm trying to see your side of this but right now i just can't do it,
I can't see past my selfish thoughts or who's body is going through it.
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry that I need time alone...
Theres a hole in the pit of my stomach,
As hard as I'm trying, I can't rise above it.
I'm sorry... My love...

I will lose many friends when declaring I root for Trump a train load of muck is sprayed his way; a frugal woman, democratic and with long unadorned hair accused Trump of rape, she lost the case, but for some unknown reason, Trump had to pay a fine for, one assumes, hurting her feelings.
Trump's name rhymes with trumpet, the man is loud and brash, uses fake tan and a mysterious hairstyle, all of
The above is criticized relentlessly by those who harbor
vitriolic hatred of the man.
We mock him the why he holds a bottle when drinking water, he's a non-smoker and doesn't drink alcohol This remarkable fact appears to be viewed as suspicious behavior.
I think it might be true that Trump tried to upset the election, but the evidence against him is circumstantial at best, consisting of he said and they said.
The Election he lost, was due to immense propaganda
of lies and skulduggery by the leaders of a party that
has lost its direction given us a president too aged and, we learn, a corrupt man who has bought and sold his
services his whole career as a politician.
Let a new election commence with Trump as a runner
Let the American people speak, If lucky, we the rest of the world, might see a president who stops the stupid
the slaughter caused by NATO and smaller countries, like puny Denmark, flexing anemic hands, like a bully who hides behind a bigger brother and says;
Up yours, Putin!
