Her

after each sip of coffee
her lipstick stain blurred and deepened
just like her untold stories
fought for, finding ways to
come back to life,
reshuffled.

scars she had inside,
scratches she sealed with a pinch of salt,
were the silver shadows coming back
to taunt, to haunt,
to suck her soul to the bones?

oh, to smell hazelnut fragrance
again and again and again;
did she find solace
through the masochistic pain?
little did she know
she was the remaining teacup water slipping into a drain
after a rain.

drowning in the void,
trees scarred by a lightning strike on a purple night.
the fire beside her
looked extra orange,
stairs looked extra grey.
the voices inside her head
kindled a new trembling fight.

same old disgust,
forming a heap of rust,
here, there, and everywhere
feeling a force of upthrust.

was it windy enough
to scatter her into dust?

shall she
discover herself buried beneath
the twirling tides,
leading to roller coaster rides?

no ifs,
yet remaining buts,
splicing the even thoughs
with discarded thoughts like driftwood.

only,
only if she had the audacity
to turn the rock into
thirty shades of blue and blue.

only if
the chlorophyll-less leaves could photosynthesize,
the vacancy,
perhaps,
wouldn't crash like tsunami waves.

she's just her,
her and full of her;
quicksand blooming beneath her feet.
up ahead,
the melancholy hill
whispered,
she owed herself
a meeting with the stranger wearing her skin.

Premium Member NIGHT THOUGHS

a day so fine - no ill in mind
a day spent free - nothing haunting me

now, I lay me down - they come around
those bad night thoughts - those night bad thoughts –
spun off devils carousel to show me twisted hell

they come at night - they enter my head
when out the light and covered in bed -
lay down content then it is spent
with such darkness my good is bent

i fight fears madness to keep my joy
that bedtime covets like a favorite toy

good is erased my sleep chased
when in bed sorrow hits my face
grows in my head clutches my heart
heaves my chest steals my breathe
and stabs to nab senseless tears

the devil seems fit to test my grit
more and more the older i get -
he speeds his carousel to grow fears well
it is a night battle i thus far handle
but remain unable to totally dismantle

come morn come internal joy
come night come devils decoy

Money

Money grows for thoughs who have it.
There are too many people who barely see it.
It comes in and flows out like the tide, financial burdens in a constant ride.
You have more going out than ever comes in, lost in pound signs hoping your bet comes in.
Scratching away at cards to gain. Nothing again, they're all the same.
Life on the dull is boring and grim, no opportunities so you turn to a life of sin.
One man's loss is another man's gain, nothing in a poor mans life but hunger pain, a shock to the system that's let you down. Your short lived smile ends up a frown.
Lost and drifting left on a government shelf.
There's no help for you anywhere, you're lost in a system that does not care.

Love Letter From the Soul Xxxvi

Y,

Upside-down, backwards
worlds weep and burn
tried or true pulling into blue
the abandoned, the fright,
the flight
the silence whispering in my mind
taking hold of a long and lonely night

weary as the witch's brew
warning/warming the soul
we ball
we wither
destroyed
amongst it all

sink with the shiny coin
to the bottom of the abyss
or swim naked
to a portled bliss

blackness swans her heartless call
knifes and daggers
ripping vision's past
books bleed their final thoughs

I can't hold on
I can't hold on

running with the bulls
headstrong towards the headstones
frightened by the grizzly of the bears
the midgets holding mirrors
life too soon, can it disappear

and the coffee swirls
I see pain in that smile
swimming with my cream
deep in a heated cup
lusting to get out
loving to get out

the glass, it only cuts if you break it
come look at the impossibility
a cut above colour
curving/craving
the breast
the beast
that is me

“feeling not thinking, soul with love linking ~
we attained God consciousness unblinking”

                                   Quote by _Unseeking Seeker

mind of the heart has dimension
scope, compass and expanse
it contains all our feeling, our thoughts
emotions, responses, temperament,
and consciousness
it is an endless stream of ideas and stories
creating an abyss for the heart to cross
our mind separates us from them
even creating imaginary problems
along the way
and through spiritual meditation
I have attained the awareness to handle
the heart-mind dimension
most of the time

but, somedays I feel empty of thoughts
unable to generate ideas
forgetful, in a brain fog and have difficulty
gathering my thoughts
I see myself from the outside looking in
floating with no emotions
living in a dreamworld disconnected
from reality
feeling without thinking

once in awhile I make a soul connection
so deep and eternal
it is a bond palpable
mysterious,
beyond mind and beyond time
an infinite connection of respect
of soulmate forever
that will remain untouched by years
in the form of love for a lover
or love for a friend

and using my vision of God
with meditation, prayer, chanting
I connect with God consciousness
and enlightenment is my reward
and I peel away the layers
of false ego to find without thinking
my perfect soul connections
