From my soul and spirit I hear..."Whispers of tangent dream s nightmarish screams hologram images of emotion invisible pain pains of hemorrhaging brains starry eyed youth witnessing the truth did I mention dementia I forgot I can't remember I am just an idle thaw been bought criticized and accused and righteously abused by settle for naught I've been bribed I've been bought physically emotionally tatted and torn I'm a witness of the atrocities of man humanity I've been reborn, I am just a sinner saved now rebirth apart set apart caught up now I'm part of a rebirth saved from a ride humanity"

Fruit smoothies
Peculiar notions;
Forget-me-not
~~~~~~~~~
Mimosa carpet
On the grass verge;
Violet orbs greet
~~~~~~~~~
Floral bouquet
A lover's gift;
Joy escalates
~~~~~~~~~
Odes and sonnets
Words in-sync;
What's the occasion?
~~~~~~~~~
Date with fate
Don't be late;
A full plate
~~~~~~~~~
April intervenes
Abrupt endings;
Motley stuff
~~~~~~~~~
Old lovers here
Vintage furniture;
Clumsy clutter
~~~~~~~~~
Those sad eyes
Staring at me;
Lost for words
~~~~~~~~~
Old sepia prints
Time mellows stains;
Ancient memories
~~~~~~~~~
Nightfall cicadas
Creepy cacophony;
Frogs croaking
~~~~~~~~~
Sums and tangents
Spreadsheet items;
Profit-and-Loss
~~~~~~~~~
Spring serenades
Cherry blossoms flaunt;
Mystic magic moments
I belong in rings
circles of my whispering
each chant at tangent—
across the diagonals
charting my awakening
I use rhythm to draw
compass lines on virgin ground
breathing a mantra
to recite faithful sketches
that arc over the dome shroud
triangles of doubt
erupt within the echo
edges turned inward
yet this sharpness finds its place
when confined in the circle
what would shapes become
without their opposing sides
a square needs four sides
a soup bubble shape trembles—
balance born in symmetry
in the polygon
of opinions gathered there
angles speak at once
each playing a vital part
swayed by the container's form
within the circle
infinite as mandala
voices radiate
from faith as a central star
blazing signals of pure light
Our world is aligned with deep fervor,
time, and shared geography: a constant
value of random variables where
beneath moonglow, he and I relish soft
cuddles along evening’s byway,
as we awaken to heightened energy…
the pull from dotted stars and clouds
grows buoyant, eclipsing the limits
of a skyscape when dreams
and laughter rise like towers…I breathe
his wonder, radiating in glorious flow
while dragonflies swerve; unable to decode
our language whispered ever gently…
At times, we fumble over trite errors,
still, we connect through waves
of affection’s frequency which expand
into countless probabilities: that no matter
how I spread the width and breadth
borne from reasoning, the way quantum physics
tries to explain life's equation, its exact tangent;
the more intangible this soul behaves…
for love is an undefined divine worth
much like the mystery of a spirit song.
In service my heart as it cries for love;
What shall I do I am in remorse mode;
Beating ever sweetly covered in blood;
Tangent dreams of ever falling implode;
Eyes catalyst broken in heartache blind;
Heart can't sight where my malignant head is;
Those screams of brazen swollen eyes inclined;
Heartbroken beating no wise appears gives;
Solace passionate joys flooding over;
Challenge burden promises sprung loveless
My heart beats of joy laugher full closure;
Promise to you together we shun less;
Ourselves let us excuse and unlearn this;
May we congregate come ad-lib let's kiss;
Law abiding citizens nurturing our safe community
we live in a universe of rules written by pencil pushers
Seeming offensive to some and boring to others
gives birth to an underground parallel world out there
Somewhat of a by-product off on a tangent that’s gone astray
it’s the night to the day of our structured monochrome society
Onto shady streets the law of the jungle reigns supreme
its pulse has a raw might that’s visceral and palpable
Theirs is a culture that speaks a foreign language
dark entities settling differences with machine guns
In some concoction of violence chaos and survival
forever keeping score their way etched in blood
Drugs and overdoses every day in every way familiar
jiving on the wrong side of town where we won’t visit
Intertwining realities as normal to them as ours to us
we can’t relate to theirs and they can’t to ours
In their brutal arena the law is an eye for an eye
their justice is savage merciless and unforgiving
Empires built on vengeance of what you want you take
violence begets violence hopefully our worlds never collide
We try to stay blissfully ignorant in our little familiar realm
there’s no reasoning with rebels once the line is crossed
At least in this world our corruption is underhanded
and it’s much easier to maintain the illusion
with our manicured lawns and white picket fences
Talking apple and oranges may deliberate,
wondering to what has been considered.
Different things altogether just multiplied,
losing the string of thoughts refined.
The extended version by lots of Fish in the water,
poachers have no mercy taken stories broader.
Incidentally to go off in tangent moment,
not having the right kettle for Fish component.
To have a kettle that fits the Fish,
is the secret in this gastronomic dish.
The stealing game and the show to manipulate,
changing to another kettle of Fish accurate.
Pique-nique and rural feast conversation,
perplexed affaires as general sensation.
One can still make a fine kettle of Fish with it,
having a surreal perspective permit.
Give it a break, the truth is simple,
squeeze that focus pimple.
Then the Fish needs its kettle,
getting a particular topic to settle.
Winding necks and astonishments,
the art of appearance in dare relevance.
Minding ones business in different speech,
who is who in the kettle of Fish.
Other days as metaphor situation,
different kettle of Fish declaration.
Misfits in places have to transform,
making easy accent the norm.
Everybody knows the questioning reach,
who dare is, another kettle of fish.
In the hallway of legends and ghosts
I wander aimlessly in dream
Talking with the dead of Brookhaven
The rope burns are still fresh on Helen's neck
A sickly scarlet mark upon her throat
In this corridor, I pace, a key in hand; lost
Forever the sojourn of quietus in keeping
Before a door numbered two, I stand
Silence a silver web with the muted sobs of angels
It is not a key I hold when she at last comes upon me
It is only the dark tangent of lost souls and vipers
And a blind man staggering upon a battlefield as
Cannons roar and the blue turban leers
The rains come like Jacob Marley's ghost
Riding the coach forever
On a sand less stepped on
By many, I drew a square
Whose side is twice my height.
I lay on my back in that square
With my head tangent to its side
And with my feet on the intersection
Of the square's diagonals.
Temperature rose in the place.
My body melted.
My head turned into a magnet
And my feet into a pivot.
On each vertex of the square
Emerged a magnet
Which is polar with mine.
They beckoned me
To join them in their play.
As I approached one of them,
It moved away from me.
The next did the same.
Again I approached another,
Hoping that it would be
Different from the previous,
But I failed.
They were all the same!
They had planned it?
I thought of stopping their mischief
Until I felt that some
Mechanisms on my feet
Were giving them motivation.
