I am the universe
Before I was, did my "I" exist?
Atoms danced in cosmic streams,
Born in stars, billions of years past,
Nuclei forged in supernova blasts.
In my parents’ cells, DNA entwined.
A code of life, billions of years refined.
Then, in my mother’s womb, I formed,
Cells dividing, channeling a form
No thought, what’s to come unknown,
A spark of life, a parasite with cords,
I ceased to be that embryonic core,
Born to this Earth, a womb yet bigger,
A world of senses, mind’s new light,
Neurons firing, 'I' getting charged
Each stage evolves—new faculties unfold.
From single cells to tales retold.
Here, too, I’ll fade, my atoms free,
Recycled through Earth’s chemistry.
To a greater womb? Will I know,
Perhaps the stars, whence It all began,
Energy derived from cosmic pool,
From Big Bang’s pulse to life’s last breath,
Forms transform, energy never dies.
Evolution Not just species, but life’s design,
Evolving through time’s endless line.
From unknown voids to known’s existence,
I am the universe, seeking its face.
Blackberries to me are one of natures fine treasures
Fruit jewels that give many culinary pleasures.
The berries are versatile with nutritional health benefits
And wildlife safe haven under densely grown thickets.
Nature gives plenty for us all to share
But be aware and pick them with care.
Covered in thorns over each entwined stem
Defence of its own blackberry briar realm.
Nutritious, low calorie and naturally sweet
These are a favourite fruit that I eat.
Now that I have a large ample supply,
Time to decide which recipe to try.
The popular apple and blackberry pie
Ah, just the thought makes me sigh.
Next - apple and blackberry crumble
My tummy agrees with the sound of its rumble.
Jars filled with luscious blackberry jam
For dinner blackberry-mustard glazed ham.
Blackberry juice or homemade wine
Both very tasty and simply divine
Cheesecake, cobbler, trifle, cupcakes,
Ice cream, muffins, puddings and milk shakes,
Tarts, flapjacks, sorbets, pavlova.
The latter being my sugar rush supernova.
So many recipes from plenty to choose,
Oh what the heck! What have I to lose?
Only the weight that I will probably gain
And removing the odd blackberry stain.

Pushing the liquid, pleasure deep
into electric veins n wires
feeling the rush of white light
burning out
all fading imagery
searing memories
all neurons fire
transcending transforming
pushing beyond the cold n dark
feeling the supernova
blossom of fire in brilliant liquid divinity
deep within electric circuitry
& silicon desire
rush of fire
pushing the liquid
the liquid pleasure
deep into my spires
feeling it crawl up my spine
the becoming of white
understanding undefine
what never was
never seen, serene
all a wash in electric light
a hum of quiet, a machine
Pushing, pulling,
transcending, transforming
All are suspended
into the cold, bright infinite supernova
reflecting in the eye of the beholder
No one can see the steadfast force
guiding me toward infinite peace,
an untroubled and limpid sea...
with glittering, foaming waves!
Some call it faith, I call it strength;
and somehow leads me to believe in destiny...
that the spirit cannot be broken easily
when the foundation is built on courage!
I strum my guitar and sing Alleluia, and as
I carefully walk...I can't ever stumble
on a smooth road, where evil is not present...
to give a sign of premonition to an ever-faithful!
I go past the pear' orchards in a remote farm,
and the pheasants sit in the golden branches;
the fruits look so succulent inviting me to taste them,
others have wished to savor such a sweetness!
A surge of sublime joy swells inside like that of songs,
and gracefully I sing them by allowing sustenance...
the steadfast force guiding me to enjoy the supreme moments
as if sighting a supernova, which will not lose its brilliance!
An oath of obedience I have made to God,
and being humble, I will honor Him repeatedly...
in all kinds of prayers and proclaim Him Lord
whose hand is the steadfast force guiding me!

A hollow shell, a vacant space
A candle wick, devoid of flame's warm face
A book with pages blank and white
A life without a heartbeat, lost in night
I'm the anomaly, a puzzle piece astray
A magnet for the broken, the dark of day
I attract the shattered, the flawed and worn
Like a moth to flame, they come, and I am torn
My heart, a supernova, expansive and wide
A cosmic curse, in a world where love won't abide
I'm blind to flaws, seeing only light
A naive fool, in a world that's lost its sight
I'm a seeker of the good, a collector of souls
But like a lighthouse, I guide the lost to my shores
They come for shelter, but bring the storm inside
And I'm left to wonder, why I'm the one who'll bleed and hide
A heart so vast, it swallows me whole
A reservoir of love, in a world that makes me cold
I'm the whisperer of secrets, the keeper of the pain
A collector of broken hearts, a graveyard of love in vain
My heart is a battlefield, a war zone of emotions
A place where love and hurt go to collide
I'm a wanderer, searching for a place to belong
A stranger in a strange land, where love is a foreign tongue
In this heartless world, I'm a relic of the past
A reminder of a time when love was real, and hearts didn't rust
But still I hold on, to the flame that flickers within
A beacon of hope, in a world that's lost its way, and can't find its kin
Before you
Before you
there was
nothing...
No life...
No light...
Just shadows
of an existence
vanishing
in the distance.
Then you appeared
and I was caught up
in the eye of your
hurricane.
My dimmed starlight
was consumed
by you and then it
exploded into
a supernova
Then a sudden calm
set in...and
the universe
took notice.
The eyes that
were once blurred,
are now
clearly in focus,
and you are
their soul
possessor.
Peace and
harmony
now eclipse
each other
as their orbits
unite as one.
Now...
after you
my existence
is satisfied,
as the
atmosphere
is rarefied
because of you...

Milky Way dream spots
and other-worlds engaged me
this earthbound urchin
science fiction plots might stir
a pure childhood fantasy
But golden aura
folks can sense that Christmas treat
their pearl orb tot craves
“sight for sore eyes tinsel rapt”
“galaxies galore.” Mum beamed
My peepers wept dams
at magic flight revery
cosmic distance bridged
telescope a nod to star
bright clusters in the heavens
Family ring glow
spark and madcap stellar oomph
cached image-laden
supernova vault’s gem horde
that souvenir I treasure

In dream's embrace, I hear sweet music play,
my arms filled with your temple so sublime.
Your beauty shines across God's timeless sea,
within the star's brocade my brightest light.
Come waltz with me betwixt eternal stars,
love croons its serenade within our hearts.
Come dance with me across this stardust floor,
in swirls of love we’re waltzing in the stars.
The distant stars are here within your eyes
in luminary love I am entranced,
you sweep me up within your rhythmic sway
and stir me with your breath upon my cheek.
Warm lips impassioned whispering my name;
your craving lights me up with bliss tonight.
We rise and fall amidst soft moonbeam’s muse
enraptured in our waltz among the stars.
Within moonglow, our spotlight in the night,
to heartbeats of desire we dance in time,
my love, we are aflame in passion’s heat,
in soulful heart to heart our love does sing.
Within your goddess presence I am lost
so deep within the dance that binds our joy,
we whirl in Luna-light your lips on mine
in fervent love we’re waltzing in the stars.
Ethereal and lyrical we are
our magic on this night is heaven sent,
what wondrous thrills we glide on melodies
oh, lustrous love is here within our reach.
We strum each other our sweet music lush
our beings are the instruments of love,
ascending heights your touch is taking me
in supernova waltz among the stars.

I’m a wild tulip, bending but
breathing beneath
a star-burnished breeze,
skimming the blazing
silk of supernova dust,
as sirens ricochet through
honeyed silence,
as though no dream has forgotten
the music of my muse,
whilst I sip from
the sky of ethereal ink:
his skin ~ my orbit,
his eyes ~ my ocean,
his lips ~ my universe,
pulling me to the
depths of desire,
for our light sings amidst
stillness that floats through ~
like an aquatic garden,
where water orchestrates
tides of temptation
and trembling tercets,
composing currents
of careful devotion…
O mystical moon,
must I serenade the sparks
that bloom beneath
your cosmic gaze?
I feel the astral frequency
of galaxies within veins,
like whimsical waves touching
the shifting shades
of shimmering silver,
whilst I remain apologetic
for the erased cadence of charm,
unlearned in quietness
amidst unseen constellations,
quivering in sync
with the quintessence
of quenched vows…
I was never a promised island ~
but a forgotten home,
with walls aching to be heard
beyond avoidant acrylics,
framed in rhinestone regrets.
So take me ~ twirl me,
like a swirling sapphire
carrying chaos of celestial flickers,
twisting and teasing
through traveling time of tornadoes…
Forgive me, as I relinquish
the mythical waterfalls,
their addictive affections
falling too fleetingly
for Capricorn captivation.
I am more than a mere vanilla version
of a vision illustrated in loneliness,
sugarcoated in rose-ruffled mists,
when dusk itself
drowned in drumbeats of disarray…
When I gaze into this realm, I see more than the dazzling array
of golden starbursts floating in a cosmic sea of blue-green-gray,
photoreceptors painting post-Impressionistic explosions of colors,
fibers and dilator muscles servicing your ocular aperture.
I see distinctive melanin patterns of a truly original individual -
a retinal scan of exceptional singularity,
each nebula unique, every supernova peculiar,
no quasar like any other.
I passionately absorb with one brief glance
an infinity of nuance,
an eternity of historical archives,
a heaven and earth of emotional journeys.
I am reading your autobiography, the encyclopedia of you.
I remain a student of your sclera,
a pupil of your pupils,
a Vincent of your irises,
going half-mad with the dizzying vastness
of the starry night within your eyes.
