Protected Sex

They eloped guided by the moonlit night in hot pursuit
of change love passion desire embrace of communion
Homeless they were apart from the tattered old banger
and a journey unfolding from paradise no seat belts
no hazard lights reclined unrestricted in seminal flow

A wild ride ensued by the side of the ground-breaking
road ahead when skin melted into skin and piquant lava
grapes from heaven and oysters intermingled their fuse
lovers of the Universe and the moment showing the way
as destiny’s mandala and Karma had it Nelson Mandela’s

residence was just down the passage of time and place a
revolution peaceful resolution guarding sparks quakes and
delirious shivers in the pushing and pull of reaching the top
peaks summits made headway directed in mind souls and
physical essence sourced and sprang open flooding the ocean

When luminous sparks from torches shone in their eyes
romance was guarded exploded by dazzling torches and
the smile of security dressed in uniform’s treasure box
Kalashnikovs in hand to defend and protect should danger
ensue but the soldiers passed on from the orbit of peace

Making love on the road of freedom firing home and away
into one giant ecstatic rapture unfolding cascades tidal
motion of a new life beginning cleared the air from under
the steaming dashboard and signposts led to new meaning
of hungry frenzied fever and protected sex in a very new light

Recalling Traipsing Thru Valley Forge National Park Under Full Moon

Lunar radiance this small hour
June fifteenth thousand and nineteen
(very early morning errand
to fuel 2009 Hyundai Sonata)
at Zieglerville, Pennsylvania Wawa
found gaze tugged toward

infinite celestial vault
luminous neon phosphorescent
quintessentially, punctually, outlandishly...
radiating, scintillating, treasuring
untold vast wonderment
since time immemorial

tremendous headlong rush
remembrance many moons ago
guiding yours truly
along beribboned multi use path
said bright discobolus lunar object
casting rooted silhouettes

courtesy Gaia illuminating
terrestrial dark shadows
ambling, gallivanting, traversing...
long ago trod terrain,
where George Washington headquartered
particularly during severe

winter of 1777-1778
encamped with restless
weary Revolutionary soldiers
subjected against
punishing great travail
for the American army

cursing, inditing nonchalant
mother nature regarding trial
stronger words than
"shivering me timbers"
within crudely built huts
quite inviting to this Earthling

refreshing to slumber
those brisk summer forays
me totally oblivious
versus endangerment
to mine welfare,
quite the contrary
relishing feeling protected

cocooned because absence
of madding throngs, viz
crowd sourced tourists
safe and sound within
respective hearth and home
solitariness analogous to

return of native son
imagining journeying far and wide
sensing rustling patriots ghosts
catching sight, yet unseen

screened by dense foliage
bedraggled troops ghosts
glimpsed while entering...
the twilight zone.

Premium Member The Apple of My Eye

The apple of my eye is a one for
An Amazon of an all in one
Being sourced from the Almighty’s Blessings
A paradox in discovery by Spiritual vision
Unsearchable among the highs and lows
As more precious than earthly
A glorious heritage with more respect for the reward
You are the Apple of my eye
I can never let you go away
Even when you are far away
From my heart you never go away
When our story will be told
Anthony and Cleopatra shall be kindergarten’s tale
My heart billows of love
Continuously being expressed
My deep affection for you
Resounds over a thousand hills
The more at your being I gaze
The more your fondness I develop
My love for you is mountaineering
Above the mountains resonating
You are my apple of ardor
I have crossed the Rubicon to love
Your tenderness as the gentle breeze
Blowing over the Mediterranean Sea
When I remember we are flesh
As a wisp of smoke
As roses wither in the garden
I must seize the precious moments
Of your exquisite love
Pure and so true
Undefiled so Divine
To carry you in my heart.

Premium Member In Some, It's Greater

The typical human cell is made of a hundred trillion atoms, give or take
Every second things conjoin, repel, attract, and then break
Exchanging hundreds, of millions, of molecules by the clock
Between membranes where thousands of genes lock and unlock

Ribosomes and organelles all go to work
Electricity rising and surging and falling
Generations of generators, a quanta of quirk
Make motors which turn, pumps that churn, calories burn
All happening in just one of your cells, by the way
Joining 100 times more than the stars which make "our" Milky Way

We contain a mere 60 elements out of 132
Less than half the potential make up me and you
70 octillion atoms whizzing about
Comprise electrons, protons, and neutrons on and on, in or out
Which team with quarks and gluons and other invisible (so far) things
In miraculous non-mechanical soup, a weight with no springs
All energized in waves that are rippling in space
Making up 99% of what sends you to this place

And when we come to what we all know as rest
All those things are still up and doing their best
To keep us from heading to that final place
Where resting is supposed to be that state of grace

But even when our walking and talking and thinking is done
The stuff of our stuff goes right back to where it's begun

All is one, one for all, all for nothing in some
Makes the some of what's coming and summing us all

Premium Member Careless Tosses

I cannot drive from my home to a grocery store
without choking back tears that threaten to spill as
sourced from my bruised heart. The gifts of earth as
lovingly bestowed from our Father to us are trashed in
sad quantities upon the roadsides in ignorant, careless
tosses that I cannot understand and refuse to accept.
If man cannot comprehend all that earth’s wonders offer
us on even a basic, selfish level then what hope is there
for man to understand anything at all that would lead us
back to Eden? How are we to globally comprehend the
benefits of goodwill when we fail to understand the good
concept of trash cans?

trash throws vast blessings

GREEDY POACHING

Rhino poachers often hunt at night
When the Rhino has poor eye sight.
These prehistoric creatures
Cannot distinguish human features.
But with a well-developed sense of smell
Fortunately they can always tell
When danger or a poacher is close,
Thanks to their sensitive nose.
Every horn that they take back,
And Rhino body that they hack,
Is yet more money in their belt,
To which no sentiment is felt.
Subsistence Poachers who randomly
Kill, fit a less important role,
Their profit cannot compare,
To syndicates with international flair!
These professionals are sourced
From a military career,
Using weapons and tactics that
Inflict unimaginable pain and fear.
Rhinos are darted from the air,
Without hesitation or human care.
Some Rhinos are found still half alive,
And veterinary surgeons rush to help
Them survive,
But could these same people perhaps
Be involved and accept,
These horrific acts, could they in fact,
Be suspect?
Will Rhinos become extinct,
This is a worrying fear,
Statistics do indicate that this scenario,
Is realistically near!

The Found of Iragbiji

The town was founded by a king hunter
Brave enough to kill elephant, lion, etc. on his own
He was the fear that feared the fearful
Animals in the fearful bush

On this day he founded the town
His legs walked him for hunting
He reached a fearful bush
Where he chased a group of animals

Within a big hole, the animals hid
He lay on siege, till his gun drank red water
Sourced by animals,
Like stream sources water
Probably, the wish to kill more animals
Bewitch him to build a hut

Beside a tree called IRA
His hut was built
As days embarked on unreturned journey
People came, settled with him.

The area was becoming a town
'what name should this infant town
be christened
their heads could not think
yet the IRA tree kept spreading it hands
It spread it hands over the huts
And shaded (iji) them against the sun
The dwellers thought this IRA plus IJI
Yes, this infant town should
 be Christened Iragbiji.

Iragbiji is a town, it was located beside Oshogbo State of Osun

Iji means shade.

Ghetto Paper

Oh paper town

Oh ghetto

Who's first lick of paint is a
crumbling off and from each wall
beside rising damp in children's
bedroom

With colourful murals and graffiti
clinging onto it's exterior mud
brick facade

An esthetic attempt to butter up
and raise the plight and spirit of
it's broken remnants

Restoring life to the residing listless
dull and sallow faces dwelling in such
grubby unlit spaces

Because where window glass once
lay and sourced light is now boarded
up by cardboard tin or wood in order
to block a draft so cold from
bellowing in

A splash and dash on the outside
to quell the qualms for if not just
a second before one steps over
the threshold

A fighting mantra stating that
even someone as lowly and
forgotten by life as i

Can even have his or her life
and name emblazoned in light's
on a wall for all the world to see

And though in reality or actual fact
it may be only seen by the poor who
reside so to in these ghetto paper
town's

As to me when i say for all the
world to see

This is in fact the world that i
reside in and so to are the people
who mean the world to me
