“Shabbat Mourning”
the War commenced
with morning, rudely awakened,
unrest.
some say,
it has arrived,
the biblical Apocalypse.
some say,
not war, just another
haggling loose rabble skirmish.
Hamas
says,
“God is Great!”
Netanyahu
says,
“we are at War!
And we will
win
this War!”
everything over
before begun;
Winter is coming
harsher than
before
(LadyLabyrinth / 2023)
“Our enemy will pay a price the type of which it has never known,” Netanyahu said in a video statement.
If you were a tree,
or even a revolving cultural tree of history,
SunGod would gift-forward

ProGenerate your positive/negative perennial waves of energy,
nutrition, healthy midway
between fear of freezing to death
and angry memories of wilting from thirst.
If we were EarthTribe's BiCameral Foresting Trees

within our recycling forest of thirsty roots
and wilting crowns.
When I remember back through shared tree roots,
I recall before God could ever possibly become languaged as a Noun,
god must have been effectively nutritious nondual co-arising Nature's action,
growing polycultural differentiation
and balancing panentheistic freedoms
within Time's dialectical infrastructure of
developmental seasons
Light's empowering natural/spiritual balance,
bicamerally decomposed, reviewed, reflected, reiterated
sensexual experience
of healthy trusted
and pathological distrusted
renouned language meditation songs
and reinvested nonverbal medication dances.
Allah was Earth's medicinal panentheistic healthy verb
before becoming LeftBrain's monotheistic meditation
wealthy reNoun.
To be fully human life's historic potential
is to become humane panentheistic EarthStory
revolving fully sacred-natural life's potential integrity

Jesus loves us
this I know,
Mother Gaia showed me so.
Red and yellow
black and white
these are green
within Her sight.
(maybe ultra-violet aquamarine
to a diva ecstatic shabbat queen,
but go ahead,
don't let me deductively stop you)
Little ones to him belong
Yin is weak
so Yang is strong.
Jesus lives like yin-born children
all Gaia's child grown EarthBorn Wild,
red and mellow,
black with white,
we are polypathic
with Her resilient sight,
Jesus love us
this we know
for Earth's creation

Little yins
to Her ZeroZone belong.
I grow ego weak
so EcoYin flows strong.
Yes Jesus loves we.
Yes Gaia grows me.
Yes God still lives we,
Her Truth grows flowering on.
—After Shabbat 31a, Talmud—
I cradle the scroll in my lap—
its fibers hum beneath thumb and palm,
warm as first morning air after frost.
Somewhere, a hinge creaks.
A cat slips past the fence.
A neighbor coughs, low in the hall,
and for a breath,
the question rises on its own:
“What did you do
with what was given?”
The Talmud asks it too,
in its quiet, infinite turning of pages.
Ink smudges where I lingered,
fingers tracing letters like pressed petals;
veins pressed by time.
No tally marks for missteps,
only the pressure of living
leaving itself in every crease.
A sparrow lifts along the lattice,
wings brushing the air like thought.
I feel the rhythm in my chest,
and wonder how many hours
passed unnoticed
while I measured life in fault.
I unfold the scroll further:
light pools across a chipped cup,
a brass key left on the sill.
Dust rises in trembling motes,
smelling faintly of ink and memory.
The hours curl around themselves,
and in the crease of a leaf,
I catch something I cannot name:
attention, perhaps,
or the shadow of reckoning.
A child stumbles along the garden path,
hair catching light, hands trembling
on the gate latch.
I smile—not for comfort,
but because her balance
reminds me how fragile any hour is,
how easily it slips
through the fold of expectation.
I fold the parchment slowly,
edges soft beneath fingertips.
A leaf brushes my wrist;
the wind sighs through the curtains.
Somewhere, a dog barks.
The scroll gathers quietly in my lap,
its questions hovering,
like motes in a shaft of light—
and I am left
holding nothing
but the tremor of hours,
and the faint pulse of possibility
that perhaps
was always
all that was asked.
Sabbath is after six days
as believers, we enter into that rhythm
A promise of entering His rest
Shabbat Shalom learning to rest
I am a vessel, I'm seeking
The prophetic voice of overflow
Give it all away, abide in Him
Found delight in His answer
Red running shoes fly by
Changing our garments
A new way of thinking
Rested from all His works
It is finished
I am a wall about you, the glory within
The fire that is round about you
It's just pushed out, it's really about Him
Healed of unbelief, just rest
Live out of a place of rest
The sabbath was made for us
So we can be our best
Intimacy is the rest and peace
Cease from your own work
Living and active and sharper
Thoughts and intentions of the heart
Pass through the heavens
Beauty, trust, Shabbat Shalom.
return to a former state
Love doesn't keep score
Rest is opposite of chore
Rest my faith in God
The rest will be added to me

Matthew 12:7-8
7 If you had known what these words mean, ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice,’ you would not have condemned the innocent. 8 For the Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath.”
Mark 2:27
27 Then he said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.
