Shabbat Shalom
Sabbath is after six days
as believers, we enter into that rhythm
A promise of entering His rest
Shabbat Shalom learning to rest
I am a vessel, I'm seeking
The prophetic voice of overflow
Give it all away, abide in Him
Found delight in His answer
Red running shoes fly by
Changing our garments
A new way of thinking
Rested from all His works
It is finished
I am a wall about you, the glory within
The fire that is round about you
It's just pushed out, it's really about Him
Healed of unbelief, just rest
Live out of a place of rest
The sabbath was made for us
So we can be our best
Intimacy is the rest and peace
Cease from your own work
Living and active and sharper
Thoughts and intentions of the heart
Pass through the heavens
Beauty, trust, Shabbat Shalom.
return to a former state
Love doesn't keep score
Rest is opposite of chore
Rest my faith in God
The rest will be added to me

Matthew 12:7-8
7 If you had known what these words mean, ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice,’ you would not have condemned the innocent. 8 For the Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath.”
Mark 2:27
27 Then he said to them, “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.
