Freedom is not a mere concept,
nor a philosophy, nor a political
opinion – it is what drives men
to revolution, and masses from
religion: The want of freedom
turns children from parents, and
spouses away from domineering
mates.... Freedom is why God
deplores sin, and why Jesus did
not run, chose being nailed to a
cross, rather than propagate the
the control of Mammon – Freedom
is why authoritarianism has its appeal,
and also why it ultimately fails....
Freedom is Christ! Freewill the
most misunderstood concept in
the Universe. Freewill means,
all is created by our minds,
hearts and wills – the world
around us, our very physical
bodies, the manifestation of
a shallow, self possessed consciousness,
driven by the fearful lie of limited
existence. Freedom is not what you
think you know, but what is real,
all creation the expression of the
omnipotent, immortal Body of God.
Death~is a survivable illusion!
To merge my art with lonely drops of rain,
And enslave thunder rolling from my breast.
Where storms are formed by a lover's pain,
And each breath heaves deeply, self-possessed
To render her face drawn within the storm,
As its shades are etched by loneliness.
Where darkness covers, the welling tides form,
They bring rain to dark places that confess.
Alone in my drawing, without a sun.
Drowning by storms dark, my head now creates.
Tethered to my sadness, I cannot run.
I crumble and fall by my own dictates.
This ghost of her face I've drawn, now tore,
Haunts me as I draw it, forevermore.

Dark glowing eyes, a hazel bun, well tucked
and neat. Lips curve like shells in porcelain,
Awaiting to express, her brave conduct
That I could sense audacity, back when
Ladies bowed to men, such common duty.
Yet she possessed an ardent fire, heated
by graphic flair; sultrily chaste to be
among lords of glory. Oh, brushes red
Spill on fabric; If I could but explore
Her sprezzatura dripping lush oil, while
I breathe her strokes. My heart needs not of more
from galleries that hide a face beguiled.
My own dark eyes will memorize her hands,
Sprayed by palettes of brilliant renaissance.

*~ Though all of Anguissola’s self-portraits reflect
her dignified essence, her work, "Sophonisba Angusola
virgo seipsam fecit 1554", mirrors her deep desire to blaze
a new trail in the world of arts and new feminism.
I looked into her eyes and they spoke
of some smouldering need to fulfil her destiny
as a self-possessed, creative woman way ahead of her time
when male artists ruled during the Renaissance.

There needs to be vanity,
Or a dark twist to the story.
A demon angel, Michael
Basking in his glory.
Then there must be a
Wicked witch from the West.
She is beautiful, evil
And self-possessed.
If you delve deep into the
Family history, a hint of incest.
Its genetics altered
And unprocessed.
A deranged and crazy
Mother-in-law.
A daughter that dances
In the raw.
A crazy, twisted step
Mother.
A perverted, baby making
Older brother.
The cousin who has six kids,
Baby's daddy's unknown.
This is more twisted
Then The Twilight Zone.
We cannot forget about
A monster or a beast.
The older brother confessing
His sins to the local priest.
A young prince, dark,
Handsome and tall.
We need a gypsy lady
With a crystal ball.
This tainted bloodline,
Estranged family diversity.
Generations its riddled
With scandal and perversity.
The young prince, his father,
A man of color, a peasant.
It makes family gatherings,
A little unpleasant.
The queen ran off with a
Carpenter who has only one leg.
He is 67 years old, his seeds
Can't fertilize her egg.
The young prince is not
Like the rest.
He has aptitude, class and
A touch of finesse.
The young prince has a chance,
He must break away from the clan.
I need to hurry before,
The changing from boy to man.

When the tick at last loud enough that my clock did knock
I got a dog
I saved and I readied and I searched with my gut
And I found you
You most spectacular mutt
You taught me
You changed me
In a way brought me up
Such a challenging intelligent self possessed pup
I was in awe
Adored you so daily
Absorbing each moment of every walk
How you glowed in the moonlight of our late at night jaunts
And sat with me watching what was there to watch
You were there with me when my life fell apart
I thought too often about you
About me
Without you
That too soon inevitable death do we part
Spent too much time worried about a pain in my heart
When the time came
You were noble
I was by your side
Adopting my next dog
Three days after you died

“The vision of spiritual wisdom finds the portal open
to the sanctum of profound bliss” – Quote by Poet
I hold three magic rocks, in my hand
rolling them over and over and over
leaving this reality behind, far behind
I embark on a dreamlike notional journey
in the pale garden and in the brown pasture,
across the spread of starless onyx nights,
and the smoky span of the dismal days,
steering spellbound life in the mist of maze.
The assigned road to travel is naively long,
the time I get to reach its end is fully finite.
The restless mind loses the focused vision
and the innate wisdom for deep insight.
In magical spell the path turns into a river,
carving the meandering course of its own,
I sail self-possessed to the decreed destination,
where the river meets the sea, not yet known.
I don’t measure the space, and count the time,
follow subservient the inescapable route as set
across the stardust-draped sequined nights,
and the sunburst days of exuberance, I get.
I don’t ask the purpose of the ordained journey,
for I won’t ever know the intent of the creator.
So, I travel entranced in the dale of acuity flowers
and in the verdant topography of mental meadow.
I don’t drown hope in the deep abyss of despair,
but detached from realism I travel covertly content
in the sanguine segment of the new mystic pathway
I pave under spell in the captivating time present,
kindle in my soul the divine beacon of introspection.
In the glorious glare of the thousand suns I see
the alley inside illumined for the spiritual journey
to the abode of bliss to reside at the end of my time.

Delicate drapes tattle on growing winds,
silk skirts a marbled artisan tiled floor,
sunlight choreographs shadowy halls,
crystals entertain self-possessed pupils.
Silk skirts a marbled artisan tiled floor,
mid-eastern carves o'er vivid mosaics,
crystals entertain self-possessed pupils,
mezze centerpieces a well-placed spread.

I KNOW;
I CAN BE STRONG,
I KNOW;
I'M OFTEN WRONG.
I KNOW;
I CAN BE CRAZY,
I KNOW;
THE TRUTH CAN BE HAZY.
I KNOW;
I HAVE A LOT OF PASSION,
I KNOW;
I SEEK SATISFACTION.
I KNOW;
I CAN BE SMART,
I KNOW;
I CAN BE OFF-THE-CHART.
I KNOW;
I CAN BE TOUGH,
I KNOW;
I CAN CALL YOUR BLUFF.
I KNOW;
I CAN BE BOLD,
I KNOW;
I BLOW HOT THEN COLD.
I KNOW;
I CAN BE OBCESSED,
I KNOW;
I CAN BE SELF-POSSESSED.
I KNOW;
I CAN BE A FIGHTER,
I KNOW;
I CAN PULL An ALL-NIGHTER.
I KNOW;
I CAN BE LOYAL,
I KNOW;
I CAN BE HEMROIDAL.
I KNOW;
I'M A BELIEVER,
I KNOW;
I CAN BE A DECEIVER.
I KNOW;
I CAN WALK THRU FIRE,
I KNOW;
I CAN BE A LIVE-WIRE.
I KNOW;
I CAN FIGHT THE BATTLE,
I KNOW;
MY CAGE YOU CAN RATTLE.
I KNOW;
I'M FULL OF EMOTION,
I KNOW;
I CAN MAKE A COMMOTION.
I KNOW;
I CAN BE A FRIEND,
I KNOW;
THAT THIS IS THE END.
TURBO1904
Yesterday,
when conscious slept,
anger was my shield,
fear my faithful sword.
When hatred contaminated my heart,
tears ached for tranquillity,
polluted in guilt from selfish greed.
Life can be a disaster waiting to occur,
leaving you in despair gasping for air,
suffocating your sighs with crippling changes,
due to disorientation in imagining reality.
I've always been in an internal war,
fighting the two voices in my head.
You can't kill someone who died before birth,
so not every battle is worth fighting for,
yet I was always in envy of peace.
I want to disappear sometimes,
bid a secret farewell to the shadows that pursue,
but I'm afraid of diving into the unknown.
Maybe I'm an imposter,
maybe I'm just a Gemini
everyday, I am different,
a multitude of personalities,
a creative charming chameleon.
In times of fragility and frustration,
I wish I was a secret to society,
but I don't want to be alone tonight,
so I'm soul searching for a love unspoken,
not cursed with deafening screams.
In solitude, overthinking is a poison,
so I turn to unfulfilled prophecies -
to bring me back to life.
I've always had an aversion for perversion,
become a nemesis to prejudice.
Spirits taught me to 'be my own universe.'
to fly to the sky, wave ego goodbye,
so my flaws make me shine more.
There is no shame in vulnerability.
No embarrassment in slaying pride.
In the angst of anxiety,
paralyzed by self-possessed sadness,
I set out finding sincerity,
my coincidental half -
but you have always been inside me.
When I finally opened my eyes,
I felt alive.
Lust is a mute assassin,
a terminal sickness.
Love is like a fever,
it leaves you speechless.
I used to idolise silence,
but now I'm a slave to consciousness.
Oh my sentient soul,
we are unrhymed verses,
our lives a living rough draft.
Decorate me with your ink,
complete me with your conclusion,
as you are the music playing on loop.
Let them say we are mad as we dance,
lost in lyrics only we can hear.
Always on the top
Marching like storm
Full of forceful strides
Strong and overwhelming
Unified and powerful
All rosy and glowing
Life was a bliss
Arrogance crept in
Oblivious of humility
Devoid of modesty
Ignorant of restraint
Self-possessed
Captive in conceit
Kicking the world
Crash came from the blue
Unwarned by misfortune
Times changed
Perils are perpetual
Future is uncertain
Destiny rules
Keep it in the heart
