Lunch at Scheherazade's

Delicate drapes tattle on growing winds,
silk skirts a marbled artisan tiled floor,
sunlight choreographs shadowy halls,
crystals entertain self-possessed pupils.

mid-eastern carves o'er vivid mosaics,
crystals entertain self-possessed pupils,
mezze centerpieces a well-placed spread.
