I Would

I would
If I would meet the girl I was
So many years ago
I would sit down and chat with her
And make sure that she’d know
I’d let her know that she was smart
Courageous and delightful
I’d tell her to be sweet and nice
And never to be spiteful
I’d make sure that when I’m with her
She feels appreciated
I’d give her reason to believe
She won’t be underrated
I’d warn her about thoughts and moods
That ruin self-assurance
To be alert and fight them off
Each time, at each occurrence
Another thing I’d tell her quick
For there is no privilege greater
She must become a servant of
The Almighty Creator
And I’d teach her to be gentle
To be courteous, to be real
She must become a lady
With a mysterious appeal
So I’d give her all my wisdom
I’d share without restraint
I’d teach her how not to become
The person that I ain’t
And after a good many years
I’d look her up to see
If she grew up and turned into
Nobody else but me.

Premium Member Self Confidence

Watching the movie "Wizard of the Oz”, what do I see,
Cowardly lion does not have courage,
"Courage! What makes the flag on the mast to wave?",
'What others have got that I ain't got with lack of self-confidence? '

'What others have got that I ain't got with lack of self-confidence?'
Whenever I tried to create my image,
I felt ignored, lonely, and found no one listening to my nervous voice,
Fearful and hurt, I was losing my self-confidence.

Fearful and hurt, I was losing my self-confidence,
Till I heard the voice, Look over your audience,
Speak your heart out, let the people hear in silence,
Think of the ways to build your self-confidence.

Think of the ways to build the self-confidence,
Overcome the despair with the visions of hope,
Overcome the fear with acts of self-assurance,
As a last act, think you are as superior than anyone else.

You deserve connections that don't require you to walk on fragile eggshells to reveal your heart,
where words flow freely like a mountain river, carrying truth and simplicity within them,
without needing to bend your soul into unfamiliar shapes just to protect egos,
and your inner peace to be an inviolable sanctuary, a place where your true self breathes freely.

You deserve connections where peace isn't sacrificed on the altar of unspoken expectations,
where dialogue is a dance of sincerity and mutual respect, without masks.
In this universe of open souls, you are a blossoming tree on the plain of freedom,
with roots deeply anchored in the soil of self-assurance, growing towards clear skies.

You deserve connections that don't ask you to distance yourself from your essence, to break from your core,
but which embrace you as you are, a mosaic of dreams, thoughts, and pure emotions,
where each encounter is a celebration of authenticity and self-discovery,
a place where souls meet in dances of light and shadows, sincere and free.

In this world of true connections, you are an explorer of the heart's depths,
traveling on oceans of understanding and compassion, not losing yourself, but rediscovering.
You deserve connections that fulfill you, that reflect you like a clear and pristine mirror,
where each conversation is a bridge of light between hearts, without distances or walls.

Between these verses flows a river of secret desires, a song of the liberated soul,
and in this uninterrupted flow of thoughts and emotions, you rediscover yourself, you find yourself anew.

On Turning Sixteen

On Turning Sixteen

At sixteen seconds you cried
And so did I

At sixteen minutes
I held you and you held me
by the heart

At sixteen hours
We were heading home
and our family now
numbered four

At sixteen days
Our family was conflicted
Our little man now had a
problem; daddy had another
child in his life …

At sixteen weeks things
Were getting crazy
Long nights, loud nights
Son and daughter now
Starting to find companionship
Comforting.

At sixteen months
little sister stare,
her hero brother.
Steps becoming strong and sure
Beautiful golden-brown hair
The skin, the smile on waking,
Umber eyes

At sixteen years
Driver’s license
Self-assurance, doubt
Edge of womanhood
Brother and sister BFF
Fleeting childhood
Undying love
Happy Birthday

To Ceci from Dad on her 16th birthday (7/01). Much Love.

Premium Member Resurrection

Religion is about ideology; Resurrection is about The Christ.

Empty words; empty ideas; empty religions; Empty tombs.

Satan was totally clueless about the resurrection.

Unity with the Father was often mentioned by Jesus.

Reckless actions and self-assurance doomed Satan.

Roman nor Jewish law could have prevented the death of Christ.

Execution by crucifixion was the exact prediction of the prophets.

Christ rose from the grave on the third day and ascended after 40 days.

Thirty pieces of silver were the price paid to Judas for the betrayal.

If Peter denied Jesus and repented, why did Judas not also repent?

Overreach is a perfect word that fits the actions of Satan against Christ.

Never has anyone claimed to have found bones of Christ in the tomb. Why?

TO WALK IN FAITH NOT FEAR

to walk in faith, not fear
I've come to understand
I must develop the daunting Spirit
like that of the Son of Man

to walk in faith, not fear
Is God's intent for me
He gave me love, power, a sound mind
not a spirit of timidity

I desire to walk with the fortitude
of the Holy Ghost
with an attitude of self-assurance
which I need the most

to walk in faith, not fear
Is God's intent for me
He gave me love, power, a sound mind
not a spirit of timidity

the Holy Spirit doesn't operate
In a state of depravity
It calls God's children to move, to groove
with spiritual bravery
Intrepid, level-headed
exercising a boldness of faith
not in fear, not scared
forging a god-driven gait

to walk in faith, not fear
Is God's intent for me
I now have love, power and a sound mind
Instilled in me

Now basking in God's perfect love
with a persistent faith unheard of

to walk in faith, not fear
Is God's sole intent for me
I now have love, power and a sound mind
which He instilled in me

to walk in faith not fear

The Time Is Now

Jesus is calling come my people come for the Kingdom of God is at hand.
Arise out of your spiritual graves, look into me and make a stand.

There was a Super-natural move of God. When He parted the Red Sea giving Moses the self- assurance of power to stretch forth his rod.

These signs will be accompanied by those who have the faith to believe.
Somethings are only caught than taught then you can abundantly receive.

Miracles just don’t happen you have to expect. Be open, and flexible, don’t limit Him using your own intellect.

Run fast into the Presence of your Lord and Savior, trust in the Heavenly Father embrace the one you love.

Through the Holy Spirit He will have the readiness to supply provision that only comes from above.

We are like Paul prisoners of Jesus Christ. The "Perfect Sacrifice" has complete ownership there was an ultimate price.

First you must get ahold of the Kings of Kings and Lord of Lords, and love Him with a perfect heart and all you might.
The "Blessed One" will anoint your eyes with eye-salve that you may me. Laying before Him seeking His face stretched out that is the Supreme key.

Attention: An urgent call for action has gone out. There is a wide – ranging noise in the Spirit, the grounds are beginning to tremble, and shake, the heavens are getting excited, a greater pulling away to get alone with the Lord.

Groundwork, preparation, foundational truths, a greater dying out of the flesh
It's all for the God's Glory. This train is about to pull off "All Aboard."

Get ready for the signs and wonders and miracles. This loud noise is the
Holy Spirit it’s

              Sounds - (((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((
                                                 OF
                                                “Rival"

Behold this is a dawning of a new day. Surrender your all to the Lord allow Him to have His way.
A very important yet dynamic shift is about to occur great multitudes will be affected it’s about to take place.
Don't get ahead Him allow the Holy Spirit to secure your pace.

Set down your pride, all your rights, pre-concede thoughts humble self-put it all at the feet of Jesus and bow.
This super-natural move of God you do not want to miss so come.

Premium Member Undressed

She felt his presence by her side
Her first reaction – unimpressed.
She turned her head, a toss of hair,
The situation she assessed.

Maybe it was the dauntless smile
Perhaps the wicked twinkling eyes
The self-assurance in his poise...
Do warning bells ever suffice?

She sipped her drink and options weighed
He praised her looks and wispy gown
His flavoured words - delicacy
Her guard she weakly lowered down.

Till late at night beneath the stars
They danced to music, hands on hips
If ever doubts had crossed her mind
Erased they were by burning lips.

She found him suave and debonair
His face, ethereal, divine
Attentive eyes looked deep within
His lips still tasted of sweet wine.

The music played; he held her tight
Each sense alive and needing more
She whispered breathlessly to him,
"There's more to me you must explore."

Behind closed doors, he lay her down
And kissed each part that he undressed
Before her nakedness was shown
Her face he tenderly caressed.

"I will not take what is not mine;
You will not be a one night stand."
"My love," she said with bated breath,
You'll guide my life; I'll guide your hand."

Stillness

Where do I begin
I mean time has provided me with a coping mechanism not to antagonize the worlds belief of a better view version of the story

On how it started and how it will end
The flaws on the path became a flow of obstacle charmer, escaping the chamber of darkness constantly chasing the light
It went from a mission of hope and forgotten about faith
Leaving me torn daily, the hope of breaking through became a hobby of hopping the truth

Self assurance started to feel like an assessment of living
Breathing continueslly became a choice
The sudden shift of shiver waving down my spine, hugging my questionnaire of the purpose of living
In the mist of cold a warm tear drop drip down my nose rushing for attendance
Creating an audience of whipping

The emptiness swept me off my dear feet
I couldn't compete with the choking hazard fisting down my throat
I couldn't make a sound within my very own world
I tasted death by emotions that made my heart to race like a mustang, pledging a high value bounty up for grabs like the boundaries I should have had before
While the days went by, my surroundings only saw the stillness
During my internal captivity, traveling inside looking for relief to spur me out.

Till one saver brushed my walls of faith that I never thought I had.
Carefully painting them with cream in inviting light in creating a home of safety
With my last break ...I murmured
Save me please...
