The love of God so utterly amazing
it astounds the mind to think upon
how is it possible that God of very God
should die, yes die indeed it's no con
This God put all my sin on His Son
to pay the perfect sacrifice for my salvation
what amazing perfect love can one believe
this is my God who planned my redemption
So long my inward spirit lay in chains
dark by my sin covered by nature's night
there seemed no way of gaining escape
my heart blackened left to humanities plight
Within feeling a quickening unknown
eyes came upon me like never before
inside my jail cell, all was light
blazing aglow it opened my door
Then I knew I had been loosed
from the chains of sin that bound me
arose did I went forth following on
Jesus died indeed for me! and can it be?
(This is based on an excerpt from the hymn 'And can it be?' by Charles Wesley.
Psalm 107: 13-16(ESV)
"Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble,
and he delivered them from their distress.
He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death,
and burst their bonds apart.
Let them thank the Lord for his steadfast love,
for his wondrous works to the children of man!
For he shatters the doors of bronze
and cuts in two the bars of iron.")
Under the silken whispers of twilight, where shadows waltz in the embrace of memories,
You do not have to be good, nor walk
Through the desert of repentance for endless miles,
You only need to let the gentle creature of your body
Love what it loves.
Meanwhile, the world continues its journey,
Meanwhile, the sun and the clear droplets of rain
Cross the landscapes, over verdant meadows and deep, ancient forests,
Mountains that stand like ancient sentinels, rivers weaving silver threads.
In this cosmic theater, the albatross charts its course,
High up in the pure blue heavens,
Returning home once more, faithful to its stellar paths.
Whoever you are, no matter how lonely,
The world reveals itself to your imagination,
Calling you like the albatross, harsh and full of vitality,
Announcing again and again your unique place
In the grand tapestry of existence.
In the flow of consciousness, shadows of the past waltzed,
I sought answers in the whispers of caves, in the song of springs,
But the voices of summer and the breaths of autumn
Taught me that redemption needn't be sought for every lost dream,
But to let the soul rest in nature’s tender embrace,
Feeling the Earth's pulse within your skin.
Just as rivers journey towards unknown oceans,
So too does each person's story flow through the labyrinth of time,
And in each call of nature, fragments of ourselves are found,
We are migratory birds, forever in search of home.
Beyond hills and valleys, beyond the turmoil of the day,
The world always offers itself to your heart,
Like a rainbow after the storm, an unspoken promise,
That we are part of this vast whole,
And in this cosmic dance, no matter how lonely we might be,
The world whispers, reassuringly, that we belong to it.
In the endless flow of my consciousness, I weave threads of longing and hope,
And let myself be carried by the song of the albatross,
Slowly understanding that each moment is a verse
In the infinite poem of existence, magical and profound.
April 23 Faith in God Bible Meditations Based on 2Kings 6-8
Key Verse – 2Kings 6:17 And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.
FAITH IN GOD WHO OPENS OUR EYES
God opens our eyes that we may see His divine treasure
By His riches for our faith’s wealth against earthly leisure
Since He is our gracious Blesser amidst earthly pressure
In our contentment according to what His promises assure.
God opens our eyes that we may depend on Him with His valor
By His strength for our faith’s vigor
Since He is our wise Counsellor
In our obedience despite challenging rigor.
God opens our eyes that we may behold His holiness
By His sanctification for our faith’s righteousness
Since He is our magnificent Saviour granting redemption fullness
In our regeneration toward our worship’s joyfulness.
God opens our eyes that we may serve Him through His appointed course
By His direction for our faith’s work force
Since He is our great Instructor of knowledge source
In our tasks along the roles that for us He does endorse.
God opens our eyes that we may submit to His leadership
By His authority for our faith’s stewardship
Since He is our great King reaching down, offering His fellowship
In our partnership as we enjoy our discipleship.
God opens our eyes that we may acknowledge His ready aid
By His hands for our faith’s increase toward progress-upgrade
Since He is our available Helper midst doubt’s raid
In our decision to prioritize Him which our commitment made.
God opens our eyes that we may seek His favor always
By His Word for our faith’s steadfastness with His approval rays
Since He is our merciful Lord all through the days
In our supplication as our soul along fervency prays.

For this wondrous blessed adventure
My faith revisits divine stones’ feature
Commencing from great Creator’s gesture
for Eden garden’s functional posture.
Toward gem stones’ trip showcasing beauty
I behold them displayed with dignity
Adorning high priest of integrity
Twelve of them sparkled midst obscurity.
Along valley-battle where God’s might reigned
David’s stone prevailed; championship gained
Over Goliath’s force, haughtily stained
Proving the power of child-like trust, unfeigned.
Magnificent upon the holy land
Flashing redemption encounters so grand
Chief corner stone* stays as foundation-stand
Saviour reaching-out by His loving hand.
The lively stones** midst revival-worship
Testified about the Lord’s leadership
Thanking Him for entrusted stewardship
While triumphing in His gracious kingship.
Finally, my heart sings with blest praise-delight
Enthralled by precious stones*** before my sight
New heaven and new earth radiantly bright
Where Jesus Christ is forever the light!
*Ephesians 2:20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone.
**1Peter 2:5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
***Revelation 21:19 And the foundations of the wall of the city were garnished with all manner of precious stones…

God's great gift marks glorious Christmas scene
Lingering marvelously in my heart
Emmanuel's birth ---so divinely serene
Granting life's sweet bliss, never to depart.
Lingering marvelously in my heart
Christ's love and mercy midst hope-freedom's light
Granting life's sweet bliss, never to depart
Redemption from sin, forgiveness delight.
Christ's love and mercy midst hope-freedom's light
Indeed good will of peaceful abundance
Redemption from sin, forgiveness delight
Vanquishing selfishness, vain arrogance.
Indeed good will of peaceful abundance
Emmanuel's birth ---so divinely serene
Vanquishing selfishness, vain arrogance
God's great gift marks glorious Christmas scene.
*Matthew 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

He rode the wind on mighty steed
He drove it fast to gain more speed
To win maiden in noble deed
As he galloped in the night…
He found his damsel in distress
With dragon claws clutching her dress
Disheveled hair and heart astress
As he galloped within sight…
One swift leap and he came aground
His rebel yell a mighty sound
Courage to fight in her he found
As he strode into her plight…
She gazed at eyes of azure blue
A depth of love she never knew
For handsome knight so brave and true
As she held on with her might…
He sunk he sword in to the hilt
Dragon heart blood to ground was spilt
Caught the damsel about to wilt
As his valor set things right…
In his strong arms she found her place
She gazed into his angel face
Between their bodies not a space
As the night was tinged with light…
He bowed his head to plant a kiss
A song of love, no dragon hiss
Her world now filled with utter bliss
As to heaven they took flight….

Forgiveness; an absolution, great redemption, release of guilt
I believe forgiveness is what will bring peace on earth
Peace of mind is a calmness deep down in our soul
I believe that peace will bring us beautiful triumph
Triumph is a victorious win for all, what a reward
I believe that triumph will bring us all precious love
Love is a warmth so kind and there is nothing like it
I believe that this love can bring many of us so much joy
Joy is a true happiness, we will find bliss rest assure
Joy will bring amiable spirits, the amiable spirited will be blessed
I believe that we can have heaven right here on earth
A natural world home and its natural people who care for it
I believe that if we let the Lord in we may still have a chance
Make it the world that Jesus wants it to be, for each and every one
of us who are real enough to believe in this with me say; I Am A Believer

Oh Sweet Saviour
Son of Man Son of God above
He sent you here to banish fear
And fill this world with love
You came to teach us how to live
And be the best we can
You came to teach us not to judge
Or condemn our fellow man
You came to bring redemption
To redeem us for our sin
And if we will be born again
Our new life can begin
Though you were only thirty
When your ministry began
They could tell you had more wisdom
Than any other man
You gathered twelve disciples
And many others too
They followed you and loved you
And walked the way with you
You healed the sick you cured the lame
You even raised the dead
You fed five thousand men and more
With two small fishes and some bread
I wish I could have been there
At your miraculous birth
I wish I could have walked with you
When you walked this earth
I wish I could have heard you preach
On the mountain side
I would have treasured every word
And kept them here inside
2
I wish I could have been there
To stand beneath the cross
To witness your great sacrifice
And to mourn your loss
I know what sacrifice you made
From sin to set us free
You died to save Gods Children
And yes you died for me
For how many Sabbaths we waited and prayed
To see his redemption before us displayed
We yearned for his mercy, and begged Him with tears
To see the Messiah come now, in our years
For we have inherited unending hope
A promise passed down and confirmed by God’s oath
That to Abram’s children a Savior would come
One greater than David, yet called David’s son
Here out with the sheep God has placed in our care
His glory came down—caught our hearts unaware
We all were afraid, but the angels sent joy
In small Beit-Lechem had been born a small boy
The promised Messiah had finally come
God’s grace and perfection revealed in the Son
In awestruck delight we all hastened to go
And see what this was that the Master made known
And there was the baby, laid down in the trough
He lifted His voice, and we heard His first cough
We knew God was with us—that there was our King
The hope of millennia our eyes have seen
Growing up just outside the CHI
I would spy
Always wondering what lied inside
Waiting for my turn to slide
Then I got the call homie Bob had died
While chasing a sack inside
No time to say goodbye
I cant lie I cried while I was high
Putting on my tie to see him lie
Smoked till I was fried my tears finally dried
Now I'm back on stride
On my way to find where they hide
So they can all die that's my way to say bye
First time in the CHI what a sin
Getting redemption for my kin with a grin
I knew I would win
Then everything started to spin
As the bullets sprayed against the tin
Hoping I killed the twin
Now I'm always sipping gin with an unlocked pin
And the lights dim feeling sad for him
As I wake not knowing my fate there's a sudden quake
Am I to late what a mistake
Just need to focus on whats at stake
And not flake like the rest of these fakes
Do it for my families sake
No time to wait cant hesitate
Don't want to be late
Need to escape the state of hate
That's sealing my fate
Wishing I would have kept a clean slate
