Reclaimation
Recyclation
Drilling into
stone to
manage water
waters to be
reclaimed
stored and
reused.
Then how might
I speak such when
My existence can
be questioned in
opposition to my
Claim.
Fro. Stranger to
Less strained.
Might the freindly
way of sacred
trust trickle upon
the stranger
Uncitifed to be
Country enough
to be Human!
The bassoons stopped when
the piccalos spoke of reclaimation
and desaltifcation
To let the cymbals speak to
trumpeted muses.
Oh clear!
Might my waters
Quinch my thirsty
Palate.
When they speak me
as existed, to make
Me evil and my
exhistance vain!

RED MOON RISING
Red Moon rising
on a total lunar Eclipse!
Reddish tinge ! A glimpse.
not surprising !
Bubbling bloody Moon !
Mellow mystic maroon.
Science announcing :
Raleigh Scattering .
Under umbrella
of the umbra
Moon catching reddish hue
displays red shade on view.
More cloud, more dust
in Earth's atmosphere
The more redder
Moon to appear.
as eclipse to last.
Poet feels lunatic passion,
blazing fiery fusion.
igniting dormant desires to burst.
Entwined emotive urge and lust.
Red Moon Rising above,
enchanting, surprising couple , in love.

Azeur Seme fleur-de-lis, Spencer's chivalry.
Within my soul my hearts sings sonneting
Of Raleigh Medieval poetry, I set sail the seven seas ;
Tis the dance of a B Minor melodic symphony,
The horizon of an adventure awakens in me
Oh how sweet an anthropology gently upon my Ebony and Ivory ,
Azure Seme fleur-de-lis heralds our welcome home
Within my soul I draw near to land ;
Every note my diaries quill penned
Ne er will my adoration fail your fair hand
And the Sun riseth once again upon our welcome home
Oh how sweet an anthropology gently sings in harmony
Azeur Seme fleur-de-lis harks the Angelic symphony;
Sings my heart and my soul together in sychronicity.
“Our own Festival of Youth Sport reminds
us that the potential to achieving the highest
starts with home grown talent.” It's no jest.
Karen works for the Girl Guides, the finest.
She has spina bifida causing weak legs,
And started shooting in the year of 1984,
With the Duke of Edinburgh, open door,
The top award scheme where you core.
Stoke Mandeville introduced her to guns,
And she first shot in 1991 at the Euros,
Which were there with Belgium portfolios,
In the big West Flanders city of Bruges.
Karen made her debut at the Paralympics
Of Barcelona in Spain in the year 1992,
And went on to enjoy more Paras, due:
Three - Atlanta, Sydney and Rio with ado.
She thoroughly enjoyed Operation Raleigh,
Which was a disability trek to two islands,
Over the Atlantic to Turks, Caicos sands,
Where she dived among the coral strands.
Merge with me
Together we will be sky.
You the black phoebe
And I the magpie
Primping our faces
And our favourite places
With our feathery youth
Our soft-spoken truth
Knowing for always
That we belong in a song
lock our eyes in avian gaze!
what could be so wrong?
I am half of me and half of you.
And you are too.
By my side, clouds we ride.
Be my man, I be your bride.
Hold me in harmony, tell me all your names.
I feel not forsaken.
In your arms I awaken
To honey pouring morning
Where crows need not croak warnings
There is no danger here.
No hawk or falcon come near
No blight, famine, or fear
just Raleigh scattering
across the horizon
an endless blue
a hopeful hue
love under you.
Merge with me,
We'll be sky
Half of you, half of I.
Variations on a Theme of Red
Color of bold that daubs the sunset bright
Old fair weather friend of shepherd’s delight
That taints the emblazoned rays of gold
Displayed a glorious red for all to behold
Rare crimson moon adorns a shady backdrop
A Raleigh scattering miracle of red that’s set to shock
Its sign of fate that casts a gloom upon the earth
For some at least who warn of pending doom and death
Blood red that gives the erythrocyte its hue
When paired with oxygen a healthy glow anew
When starved of red, blood slowly turns to blue
A drop in oxygen levels is certain to ensue
Poppy red defines this flower in silent meadow strewn
Whose fragile petals reflect frail life that’s prematurely hewn
These sanguine emblems stand firm upon the plaintive ground
Lest we forget the bravery of which we are so proud
Bright red fans the fiery flames that make a grateful warmth
And cheers and lights a chilly night seated round the hearth
But when misused, this type of red becomes a thing of danger
As out of control this wildfire, is certain to endanger
Rusty red boasts taints of brown with coppery appeal
Less blatant, an iron oxide, for stage lighting it’s ideal
But cardinal red stands lofty as a churchman’s stately dress
This red adorned at conclave is destined to impress
And like the rose my love appears, a summer beauty born
But when the red petals disband, reveals the hardy thorn
Blush red will grant the skin, its rueful splash of cringe
As well as blotchy red after a night out on the binge
So red is the color of differing shades and styles and taints
Its variations abound amongst a multitude of paints
Seeing red at life will give you great feelings of anger
But when upon a canvas, will make it look much grander
I think smoking is quite funny,
Stuck in the mouth, like a dummy
Smoke billowing out from the ***
After every single drag
Eyes get tired from the smoke
You cough so much you nearly choke
Tobacco rolled up on a piece of paper
Sir Walter Raleigh started this caper
One wonders if this Raleigh bloke
Thought of cigarettes as a joke
As he saw people cough and splutter
And once or twice, was heard to mutter
I have started a trend
That some will not comprehend
Or understand
They were aware it could be addictive.
If afflicted,
And will always need a cigarette at hand.
Some thought smoking was sophisticated
And not related
To a threat to one's health
The sellers were only concerned with the wealth
Not the health of the user,
Perhaps Sir Walter didn't know
How much the sale of cigarettes would grow
Why is smoking so attractive
When it can make smokers inactive
When your lungs get full of smoke
And you want another Puff
Will you think it is a joke
And realize enough is enough
Old Charleston Charlie is sick of waiting
For all of the haters to stop hating
So is his friend Savannah Sue
She’s fed up with all of the poo
Birmingham Bob recalling Bull’s dogs
And how that history changed in the log
Atlanta Alice while cleaning her palace
Decided it was time to drink from a new chalice
Ollie from Raleigh while riding the trolly
Had this epiphany, his choices had brought folly
Suffering in the malaise of old slipping Jimmy
Breach of their trust, by young slick Willie
A failure of go, lasting legacy of the big O
Their dreams washing away in the sea of rhetoric
So little hope, yet so much changed
So much was lost, for so little gain
Washington crushing the folks on Main
Now is their time for thinking anew
Perhaps they may change your point of view
