Red, Blue, And Yellow

                                                     Palette of pigments
                                                 Oil blenders evolvements
                                                   To manipulate, soften,
Conformation, on a canvas I have fashion
With brushes, a medium I can discipline
An attitude I can get lost in
A dream land of fairyland or reality of my choosing
                                               Is drawing my heart strings

OBSESSED ABOUT VISUALS

How time grows quiet and immensely spent
When a dab of mixed hues ignite the embers,
That hands dip into oils, a livid intent
As brushes splash the grass and wildflowers
While etching a landscape of trees on bowers,
Contoured forms intoxicate down the spine…
Where words are but mute from a view quite fine.

Shapes become fuller on an easel’s rail,
O birth on canvas fills my soul’s passion
Until resplendent images unveil :
This palette of eyes wet with impression
Comes from life’s need to quench true obsession;
For Art’s desire I cannot leave behind
Enticing new paintings that flame my mind.

Turn to quenching winds; cherish what you can't see.
Learn to study vastness rippling at sea.

Birds watch you from high as they tranquilly soar.
Words elevated mend a heart that's sore.

Songs of praise are the greatest compliment.
Strong and gentle, our natures complement.

Thoughts of gratitude charm, expressed aloud.
Cots, blankets, and laughter are allowed.

Shells cling to sea rocks; we harvest mussels.
Swells hug your tee shirt, revealing muscles.

Pull me close like friendly breezes that blew.
Full of mysteries are diverse realms blue.

Sky's palette blends at a quarter past eight.
Eyes twinkle from marshmallows we ate.

You strum your ukulele; we become a band.
Two voices that melt cannot be banned.

Seagull calls merge in a tune that's choral.
Regal beauty flaps around hidden coral.

Sway like moonlit, twinkling leaves of beech.
Stay with me tonight upon this lot of beach.

Inky dark night. Jewels in the heavens sparkle like diamonds in a necklace. The Seven Sisters wink seductively while trying to sit in Cassiopeia’s Chair. Orion chases Ursa Major and her cub when he stops to slake his thirst from the Big Dipper. Great Leo butts’ heads with mighty Aries. Sirius, the Dog Star, is the glowing eye of Canis Major as she helps Orion track Ursa. Faint Polaris guides mariners to home port from the tail of The Little Dipper.

new moon
a black palette rules the sky
stars come out to play

The distant galaxies show off their faint light as clustered pinpoints as if the black curtain were pricked multiple times by a needle. Sagittarius points the way to the center of the Milky Way. Nurseries of star forming clusters birth new babies to populate the sky as old ones blow up and die. In the middle lie the monstrous supermassive black holes which suck all light in to their mighty maws bending time and gravity to their will.

	are they our ancient home
	signals from a distant past
	will we return to them

INSPIRATION

On the shopping chanel
They sold a watch
Not the chanel
I wanted to watch

Inspiration I need
Not a watch
Come on please
Help me plot

Seen a sketch show
The other night
Would you know
Not a drawing in sight

Fact of the mattter
Was total uncanny
A bunch of actors
Revealing their insanity

I shook my head
Questioning my entire
Turned to Bob Ross instead
Didn't help me inspire

Asked a friends help
To Paint my living room
Detail the shelves
Make it all bloom

They turned up confused
With eyes like starlets
As I started to use
My easel and palette

Maybe I had the answer
Hopefully not too late
To copy Frida Kahlo
I tried a self portrait

I set up my Canvas
And got a bit confused
After a few hours past
I got a bit amused

With all to two and fro
Heads start to spinner
I really let it go
And painted the mirror

Maybe Art ain't my passion
As I can't find Inspiration
I could try Fashion
But sharp pins and perspiration

Not to mention scissors slips
May be a big disaster
Fingers and meat that fits
Like that dress by Lady Ga Ga

Premium Member Mind the Paint

Mind the wet paint.
My mind is just simple and quaint.
A breath that strolls in the morning,
slumbers while the sun is not shining.
Of style and originality,
an art gallery
made of various sizes of canvas
color palette of madness;
abstract scenes of hopes and dreams,
a universe trying to break free,
hungry as the sea.
Splashes of summer, fall, winter, and spring.
Whiz it sometimes does bring.
Touched with inner muse,
florets of cardinal hues,
an abstract mind still creating, nor yet set.
Now, mind that the paints still wet.

autumn's palette colours fauna and flora - amber and brown shades spread

golden flames too timid to enkindle - last rose turns rusty from red

tears of mercy bleed from heaven's garden - dewdrops drip on naked thorns

clouds compose in charcoal clumps of miserable gloom - chill in the air

in the silence of mute birds - flock of feathers emigrate - meadows sleep

moon shivers in lonesome polluted horizons - darkness veils daylight

morning frost shrouds evergreen foliage - icicles and iced cobwebs

inhale arctic zephyrs from blustery breeze - breathe out white bitter breaths

gently nature expires leaving a trail of decay - kingdom of death

Premium Member Churning Chyme Vogon Poetry

If stars could see the sun~
slurping the grunglethorp grains
from sweat-soaked streams,
purging puddles of blurmorgris,
you’d hear the phazephonyx symphony
of my intestines churning chyme
into acidic rhymes~
releasing piled pain upon
a peezling palette of biled ballads.

But why are the whistling whirls
tangled in throttled thickets,
weeping amidst the periwinkle werifesteria,
grooving to the garglesome wind
that suffocated the cartilage
within the dry throat of wilderness~
ready to lure purple, perplexed pupils
to the reeking ruins of once upon
a rosy rendezvous,
where picturesque polaroids
of thanatophobic thistles
fear the pungent aroma
of decayed desires~
drenched in the stale shadows
of whiskey specters,
cloaking wisteria wishes
fluffed with puffs of fluorescent fleur,
designing a sky dressed
in the darkest dews of rainbow rhinestones.

So let the grotesque seeds
of passion-fruit moon
embrace the fossilized fragrance
of fated flames,
flickering mercuric beams
splattering grubblortz
sherbet of seven stars,
for between the rising of blortmusk blurs
and setting of fermented fog
you will see the light~
awakening the parietal lobe
of cracked constellations,
merging rivers and lakes
like the calloused corpus callosum,
while mumbling gibberish in
sheer eloquence…

If to live,
I shall master the sticky sails
across saccharine deceit,
I will forever steer
letters glazed with remnants of pests
to land in a canvas of magnified grey matter,
an embodiment of an aesthetic disaster.

A stoic
shall wear
it like a smuggled soldier,
masquerading eclipsed heartbeats
with crystal-clear
carpe-diem calligraphies,
until the sun and moon forget
the putrid recipe
of a philosophical ponderer,
waltzing through
corridors of cathartic crumble,
frogs cradling crashed
comets dusted with cosmic chemicals
regurgitating unicorn droppings
     and cavalry waste.
