Dance to the rhythm of my heart

ghosts of my wicked past and pray my happiness will never last
Reap me away from the faces of life.
Pull me toward that endless burning light.
Discovery the eternal enjoyment living life thought God's eyes.
Overwhelming by the portrait God stored of me and mine.
The danger that I only see it is so near.
Deep within my heart growing impatiently is fear.
The lust I once seek out to concord and conquest.
It is really the love that I'll miss out of all this mess.
Who's to say, "You are the fool, who took her back home."
I reply, "I don't want to be a fool home all alone!"
In a role of being a father all of your options are limit.
You work for everything in life, but your money is already spent.
Remember life is one big emotional roller coaster ride.
Inside of you that heartbeat will tell you not to hide.

I've been shot and my life is about to end.
I took a bullet to save my wife from her ex-boyfriend.
He regards her as a piece of his property.
What he intended to happen to her, happened to me.
The cops just arrested him and took him away.
He's a violent and crazy man and now he will pay.
I love my wife more than life itself and without her, I wouldn't have wanted to go on.
I don't regret taking the bullet for her even though I'll soon be gone.
She's holding my hand and she's crying.
It's tearing her apart because I'm dying.
Everything is getting dark and I feel so cold, I can hear the angels calling on me.
I regret that I'm going to lose the love of my life but one day she and I will be together for eternity.

One true love
Through all of life's storms
Through sad times
Through happy times
Our path may be strewn
With obstacles
But the bottom line
Is triumph in the end
Ability to look back and say
All things considered
It couldn't have been better
Love will always carry us through
It's what makes us tick
It's food for our soul
A reason to go on
In spite of the challenges
For when that special someone
Turns to you and says

My one and only love
It's music to our ears
Worth more than all the world's riches
More than life itself

Electric dreams of better feelings,
Running through my veins.

When she didn’t kiss me goodbye.
She kicked my backside out of the door

She broke me, so I can no longer find love.
She broke me; I am in need of a hug.
I loved her like I loved my drug,
But she broke me and left me for dead in the mud.

And she hurt me more than anyone else.
I wanted her love more than I feared going to Hell,
But she broke me and I am in need of some medical help.
Alone with my misery,
Alone with my thoughts.
Feeling fragility,
There is a fight to be fought.
I must beat this anger out of my mind,
Because a loss of direction is all I am able to find.
I need to fix myself or get some help,
Or fail to crave love and lose a piece of myself.
Here is my heart; it is pointless to me,
When all it does is pump blood through my body
And allow me to be.
Love is dead on this cold hard floor,
So I am heading through a different door.
Electric love was amazing, but she was never pure,
So love is no more and living life is now just a chore.

All I have to say is thanks
Through the seasons of life
I say thanks to those that disappointed me
Thanks for your betrayals
Thanks for giving up on me
Thanks for your jealousy
Thanks for your gossip
Thanks for your blockages
Thanks for hatreds
Thanks for your isolation
Thanks for your intimidation
Thanks for your mind set of thief

Life is a beautiful place

The seasons of life
Is the biggest teacher of my kind

I didn't think id do it,

I loved her more than life itself,
I could of made her mine.
Everyday id give my life for her,
She meant the world to me.

She smiled each time i grimaced,
Contented with my pain.
I didn't mean to hurt her,

Is this not punishment enough,

If time could change id turn the clocks,

Id pour the warmth back in her heart,

I heard these words whispered in the bookstore yesterday…
words I’ve heard a thousand times before.
One person whispered, “I love you” the other smiled and whispered,
“I love you more.”
These words can bring a smile to one’s face…or tears of joy into one’s eyes….
For some reason, yesterday, I started wondering…just what this phrase implies….
When we respond , ‘I love you more’…I think these four words should….
Mean…I love you more…than I ever thought I could.
I love you more than rainbows…more than anyone I’ve ever met.
I love you more than chocolate…more than Romeo loved Juliet.
I love you more than life itself…more than vodka or champagne.
I love you more than bees love honey…or the flowers love the rain.
I love you more than ice cream…more than bluebirds love to fly.
I love you more than sunsets, pepperoni pizza…more than pizza or French fries.
I love you more than hiking in the mountain…or walks along the shore.
I love you more today…than I did the day before.
Yes, whenever I hear the words ‘I love you more’
shouted from across the room…or whispered soft and low…
I like to think what these words mean is….
I love you….more than you can ever know.
