Guilt........
I didn't think id do it,
Just a second passed in time.
I loved her more than life itself,
I could of made her mine.
Everyday id give my life for her,
She meant the world to me.
I never meant to hurt her,
I loved her cant you see.
She pushed me more and more each day,
Driving me insane.
She smiled each time i grimaced,
Contented with my pain.
I didn't mean to hurt her,
God i wanted her so bad.
Is this not punishment enough,
Ive lost the only thing i had.
If time could change id turn the clocks,
And give her back her life.
Id pour the warmth back in her heart,
And throw away the knife.
Since the day it happened ive done nothing but to cry.
Please forgive me Jesus Christ,
And sentence me to die.
