Praying
In the silence
Longing
For the kindness
Of a God who listens
And forever whispers
Of love that completes hearts
A love that brings hope and warmth
A love that is alive with joy
A love that sings light and shimmers
With inspiration discovered
On the hearts of those who know Him
The Savior, the King, the Creator
The One who made me and saved me
And gave me… love that is without conditions
Love that is kind, wise and brilliant
A love that fills minds with tenderness
And gives hearts a feeling of serenity

Praying
In the stillness
Yearning
For the wisdom
Discovered in the prayer
Abiding on a heart that cares
Reflecting inspiration and praise
For the One who gave us
Hope, faith and love
Assurance that He is alive
Faithful as the sunrise
Filling our hearts with joy
And our lives with a cure
For every worry and pain
Every thought that dismays
Every single way that drains
He is there inside, a friend alive
Keeping the heart aflame
Burning with elation and love
All the good things
Sent from above

Praying
In the silence
Hoping
For the kiss
Of spiritual enlightenment
Divine insight
Marvelous comprehension
Revealing all that is precious
Grace that guides
Mercy that survives
Tenderness so inspired
That God comes to life
On the air that delights
Celestial fire
Dancing through the skies
Enchanting the soul
With a heavenly glow
Precious passion
For the One who knows
Our hearts and souls
The way we should go
How it feels to be human…
Yet, God at the same time….

Jesus is alive
Living on the inside
Preparing my life
To bring hope of paradise
Where we will all be together
With the King of our lives

Kissed his student.
Punched his friend.
Accused her lover.

What if China's navy asserts control where our navy also patrols?
Should we concede the South China Sea? Not on your life! Or maybe.
Lives may be lost but so what. There's so much biomass in the
      crosswalks.

Lord have mercy on my soul
Which means bring my confusion into an expressible state before it's too
      late.
Sal went to jail. I belong to the loved ones. Never may the anarchic
man's thoughts be my thoughts. Not one.

It could be cancer or just a cyst
That killed Frost's considerable speck
Instead of considering its considerable intelligence.

Although bottomless ancient night stretches
From your short life forward, remember
It also stretches backward without measure.

There are few straight lines in nature and only one alternative to ageing,
      so suck it up!
Suppose everything's fine and you've wasted your time wearing
      sackcloth over your soul?
Start now knowing joy.

Premium Member You Are Alive - 2

You smile down
Your lemony dawn
Whispering joy
Through my thoughts
Inspiring my heart
To listen to the grace
Pouring over me
With a song of praise

You laugh through the skies
Brightening my life
With music that never fades
It’s sweet and awakens
My soul to the radiance
Of silent sighs
Reassurance, breathtaking
Serenity, so soothing
So captivating

You gentle even the wind
With your kindness
Your mercy and peace
The way You have, so generous
With love that is healing
Stirring the soul to believe
Coloring the life
In soft swirls of appreciation
Sense of admiration

You baptize my spirit
In faith that comforts, uplifts
Guides me through
All the worry and fear
Pain, struggles and tears
Encouraging me to keep dreaming
Keep believing in my dreams
And listening to the Holy Spirit
Who dwells inside of me
Breathing hope into my yearnings
Sighs so calm, so consoling
I know the love that You give
Is a love that will forever live

You are the One
Who makes my life complete
You light the heart and soul
With love that is devoted
To giving, fulfilling, revealing
All the wonder of Your gifts
The kindness that sustains
The beauty in everything

Your love is like a star shining
Down into the thoughts
Coloring the mind in hope
Forbidding the heart to pine
Leaving only the glow
An extraordinary love
Burning through the dark
Stealing the hearts
Who know that You are alive
You are mightier than time
Your light will forever be mine

Thank You, dear God
For Your light, Your love
Your inspiration and encouragement
You are wise, insightful, compassionate
And, I love YOU!

The Dead End

The echo of the hollow the emptiness of distress
The guilty pointed finger of a calculated guess
The dust left unattended leaves such a filthy mess
When it settles on the hollow of all the emptiness

The fire and the flicker and the ever burning flame
The color rogue on a cheek brightened by the shame
The tragedy embroidered and pictured in a frame
Has changed life forever and nothing is the same

The whisper in the ear that blows lies in the wind
The equation of the math unable to comprehend
The smoke slowly rises into skies where it blends
When life makes its final turn into its dead end

The eternal creature laughs over and over again
To God you pray in fear begging for mercy, Amen

Two Sides of a Coin: Summer and Rain

The sunny days have arrived
The lost warmth has been revived
yes! the one lost in the winters behind
amidst the cold and windy weather on every side.

The increasing heat of this warm hug
will surely ripen the corn fields
and the flourish of gold on vast lands
will bring smiles to many lips.

But there are still some unlucky subjects under the Crown of the ruling monarch
who suffer from drought and are often thirsty
and no drop of water is shed as mercy.

The suffering awarded to the people around
isn't really on the will of the mighty king
it's indeed the punishment for their own faults
that led to these miserables scenarios.

But times to come have a lot more to offer
because soothing showers are destined to come forward
after long hours of unshattered hope and perseverance
our Earth shall be rewarded a great deal of contentedness.....

Premium Member Lord God, You Are My Great Honour

June 11 Relationship to God Bible Meditations Based on Psalms 104-106

Key Verse – Psalm 104:1 Bless the LORD, O my soul. O LORD my God, thou art very great; thou art clothed with honour and majesty.

LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY GREAT HONOUR

Lord God, You are my great Honour
Who grants me Your lovingkindness
Thank You for strengthening me with Your imputed righteousness
As You set a bound against my sinfulness
While leading my heart to Your perfect will of gladness.

Lord God, You are my great Honour
Who enriches me with Your works so manifold
Thank You for restoring me with Your grace and mercy-power’s two-fold
As You open to me servanthood pursuits ready to unfold
While correcting my pride and hypocrisy’s blindfold.

Lord God, You are my great Honour
Who keeps me in Your covenant
Thank You for reproving me for staying fruitlessly stagnant
As You give me Your inheritance of divine grant
While binding my mind with Your wisdom that’s truthfully constant.

Lord God, You are my great Honour
Who shows me Your wonders
Thank You for smiting me of iniquity that hinders
As You bring me to follow Your orders
While turning my perspective to Your victory of labouring life-builders.

Lord God, You are my great Honour
Who visits me with joy of Your salvation
Thank You for counselling me through Your instruction
As You lead me with against affliction
While kindling my devotion with Your revival’s jubilation.

Lord God, You are my great Honour
Who transforms me for eternal glory
Thank You for redeeming me with Your sacrifices’ victory
As You lift me up from misery of frustration-caused fury
While commanding my soul to overcome defilements that make me sorry.

Lord God, You are my great Honour
Who rescues me from hell’s wrath-enslavement
Thank You for satisfying me with holiness’ contentment
As You free me from carnal bondage of fleshly and worldly involvement
While upholding my faith to engage in Your mission-fulfillment.

Social Security Electronic Deposit ruff lee = A Dog Send!

Node out if Trump
     pad hiz way...
this scrivener would
     batten down in skidrow
with the missus,
    the latter who would veto
such misery, none
     the less, she would

     most likely experience
a sense of helplessness too,
which poetic title just came
     to mum mind, cuz panic
     stricken thoughts rue
asper what if that figurative
     wellspring of government
     small largesse

     (electronically deposited
     beginning of each month)

sink lee forcing me out
     onto the brutally cold
     bleak domain queue
wing up to the next

     me tug hoe to Peru
walking all the
     way there (devoid
     of money, would disallow
     choice to drive or access
public transit), ooh
such hardship would

     constitute an offal
     spell, which more
     likely, would find me
dead aah with new
more hardship,
     (yea of corpse
this chap joking,
     but gallows hue

     more about cease
     sing to exists),
     but forced at the
mercy of teenage mew
ninja turtles, or
     worse...stuck in rat
     infested hole in wall
     smelling like a loo

hmm...juiced perhaps
     rapping on the door
     of a Synagogue, could allow
     admittance for this
     enthusiastic, basic atheistic
Unitarian, though of Jew
whoosh heritage,
     though aye knew

nary a whit aboot Semitic culture,
I maze well high tail north
     in search for cold
     storage in an igloo
calling out across the
     miles of frozen tundra
"YOU HOO...LUCY?...DESI?...
...ANY BODY HOME?" when

     of course irritable bowel

on my mind, and/or
     same in his pants!

Premium Member WORKING TOGETHER FOR GOOD

"And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28 of the Bible's King James Version

“All things work together for good” indeed
Thus declares the Scriptures of divine creed
Illumining minds midst spiritual feed
For perspective, breeding cheerfulness’ seed.

Toward a better end along faith’s might
“All things work together for good” sheds light
Serving as wisdom’s inspiring insight
Toward blest jubilant heavenly flight.

Despite a seemingly wrong and flawed start
That can put despair to a hopeful heart
“All things work together for good” shields dart
Against staying futile, not doing best part.

Along God’s compassion, mercy and grace
Triumph is assured in running life’s race
Conquering guilt with His forgiveness-brace
“All things work together for good” always.

Premium Member Callings

Some are called to preach or teach
Others, those in need they reach.
A few, great eloquence of speech,
One, is holy, none can breach.

Some are called to full surrender
Others, sacrifice is rendered.
A few, a costly price is tendered
One, to me, gives love its splendor.

Some are called to lead a nation
Others, serve a single station.
A few, know God in low prostration
One, gives mercy full translation.

Some are called to fatherhood
Others, to a common good.
A few, His grace is understood
One, fulfills as none else could.

Some skim the fringe of sacrifice
Others, feel the edges slice.
A few, the severance of a life
One, for you, paid sin's price.
