Not content with just penurious loaves
Wretched pauper for richer diet strove
Seeking treasure from a wealthier trove
Delicate crumbs from hearty stoves;
Pungent fruit from well-stocked groves
Poached sustenance frail body did gladly receive
Yet of better fare covetous mind did conceive
Then with guile from gullible hearts lucrative profits deceive
'Til stitched threads a fine, seamless tapestry did weave
O'er time malfeasance with cankering anger did twain
With licentious craft bartered for wanton gain
Still, embittered spirit did all the world ruefully disdain
Tethered to earthly mammon; eternal soul did enchain
Moral, be content with the goods you have
A shriveled piece of bread better than a poached calf
With tendered tissue your festering wants salve
Lest infectious greed spread to heart's valve
Why are there others,
When there's only ourselves,
Primary,
Secondary,
Who goes first,
Who leaves last,
Who gets more,
Who drives fast,
Interconnected?
To that guy?
Why, he will never,
Ever,
Affect my outcome,
He could deliberate,
Dangle,
Debate,
And I'll keep moving,
Living,
Thriving, despite,
His malfeasance,
And her?
She's a mess,
A plodding set,
Of devastating circumstances,
She'll leave,
Move on,
And I'll keep moving,
Living,
Surviving, in spite of,
Her disapproval,
And she of mine,
Yet each,
He and she,
To one another,
And to me,
Together,
And separate,
As one,
Without knowing,
Only showing,
The prickly bit,
Of ourselves,
Standing firm,
Left foot,
Right foot,
Protecting turf,
And things,
Continuing our beliefs,
Mine is mine,
The rest,
To be delivered,
Thinking,
A little deeper,
Deeper,
Hmmm,
Wait a minute,
Can't get more,
Without him,
Can't have more,
Without her,
Can't be more,
Unless,
We all chip in,
It's time,
Ante up.

Loitering in the lair of incontinence without askance
Chaufeured by alter ego looking for any appealing circumstance
Besieged by an uncontrollable libido that craves a licentious remonstrance
Bridled by an insecure complex that insists on a meaningless dalliance
Bethrothed a licentious title by my consort's malfeasance
Bartering for a brokered, fatuous, amorous romance
Initiating a coarse, trite parlance
Scoring a lusty, lively, lurid dance
Surrendering to the leveraged buy out with due penance
Shearing, shackled inhibitions for a night of undocumented remittance
Shackled by a conscience that bears the reproach of my debauched demonstrance
Shielded from the mediating law of recompence by my willful ignorance
Surrounded by the guilt of my insatiable intemperance
Struggling to find the source of my carnal provenance
Sheltered by a boorish pride that stifles availing repentance
Separated from a mitigating mercy by a lingering recalcitrance
Sequestered from a graceful respite because of my strident indifference
Shamelessing skirting sanctifying succor through my froward inconstance
Stubbornly languishing in the throes of an indomitable, fleshly resistance
Shaking as I continuously ponder the deeds of my immoral exuberance
Spontaneously trembling as my jaded psche haunts with an eternal vigilance
Summoning power, courage
To wage against torrents
Those unsympathetic to my cause
My faith
At times shaky and rhetorical
Bleeds through the cracks of despair
The porous granite of frustration
Breathing, injecting life
Where only desolation savors
Permanence and ownership
Stronger men
Have been whittled to rare pulp
Weaker men
Have given up at the earliest signs
Of misty dawns
I must be either
Blindly unrealistic
Pried from sanity's bosom
Or severely convinced
Of my abilities, zeal and destiny
That reason only knows one course
Through the poisonous thorns
Fecal malfeasance
Explosive diversity
And culpable agony
Arriving at
Surviving for
My own brand of glory.

What hallucinations I spy
things skeletal defy…
Intellectual apes as pale figures conspire expires
in the deep dark pools of infinity.
Do you, kin?
Lost along the way from the Holly Cost?
I spy you there a pale thing of obscenity,
obsession with desires deep,
words do offend?
Indeed?
Yes, they Do!
Come a little closer my abortive twisted malfeasance.
Will you taste my razor edge of sliver serenity?
Of course, you will, you're oblique and obsolete.
A pale skeletal thing of fragile machinery!
What hallucinations do you bring?
A pale fawning entity, a continual flicker, dancing flame, a glow, in perpetual ink…
Of Melancholy and pail machinery in third parts of symmetry.
Thus thou thinks?
Looking over the infinite sea of mercury.
something seeps, creeps,
down deep,
furies!
It crawls lurching and clawing onto heavens door breeds, seeds, forsaken monstrosities…
Of pale machinery and mythic beings,
The melancholy of humanity!
My how it makes sounds so sweet,
bitter things weep
like you my dear, I fear.
Come a little closer,
your experience is unique and abstract.
You are not long to last here in these spheres.
You as believe yourself the intellectual ape, skeletal pale skinny frail…
But, like all pale figures do they conspire, expire?
…in the deep dark pools of infinity.
Yes, they do.
They do indeed.
Don’t you see…
I have such sights to show…
Of holocaustic ash!
Can you feel the coming wind of the Inferno…?
YES?
………yes, indeed!
You, shall…
Boston Legal raises jurisprudence burdens of proof to a more realistic level
Observant fans of Bergen, Shatner, Spader, David Kelley could be seen as rebels,
Savoring games of assault and battery on real life large and small actualities
Testifying every act negligent or malfeasance and trivial grotesque fatalities.
Opinionated obscure minds, open up objectionable hearts and bankrupt eyes
Negligently embracing the politicians easily spoken but perjured lies.
Larceny lessons from history's changing more lenient laws is unmistaken
Evidentiary episodes expunge the human condition without real exoneration.
Guilty grievances gain feelings of raw emotional desire for monetary recovery
Arresting allegations appealing callous affidavits of due process inspired discovery
Legal litigations of ridiculous actions sequester every man's cross examination.
For - Your Favorite Habit-Forming TV Show - poetry contest
Thank you David E, Kelley- creator of shows like Ally McBeal and Boston Legal. you stinker.
This is not a recrudescence of sexism and racism
In America or in the entire world, but rather
A continuum of malfeasance, antagonism
And hardcore cruelty of the systemic horror
That Blacks and other minorities have endured
As slaves whose future was obscured or uninsured.
From the nascence of this evil and odious society
Filthy cowboys have killed Indians and Africans selfishly
And inhumanely. Horse mounting agents or criminals
With police or law and order credentials
Hoisting or twirling whips and menacing deadly weapons
Have acted like obnoxious western movies actors or fripons.
This is not a bit surprising in this day and time
Where old images have stained their brains
Hardened their hearts made of acidic stains
And their internal organs are nothing but slime
We all have seen the racist, ugly, repugnant and grubby picture
Of these devils who blatantly violated the laws of nature
Thinking that they will get away with murder and sins again
While bragging that the innocent migrant victims are not human
They were wrong yesterday and this morning: Black Lives Matter
Haitian Lives Matter and American Indian Lives Matter
These coward cowboys will go down, as scuzzbags, in history
And they'll be punished for being cruel, aggressive and creepy.

Urgent Tea Party
Mrs. Jet sent out the invitations in a fever and a heat
Envelops sealed with royal wax and stamps she licked herself
The tea would be at Meadow Marsh Retreat two weeks from now
Appropriate attire is required for all attending this event
Pleated blouse and sleeves for women, tux and tie for men
“No extraneous unknown entities will be permitted
No other friends, family, dogs, or fish will be let in”
Attendees are sworn to secrecy
It must be something serious! It must be something dire!
Mrs. Jet intimated in her letter with some guile
In her subtle way by way of content details; “Oolong Da-Hong Pao and Dragon
Well Bud Tea will be prepared”, she wrote
These teas are only served in emergencies, as we all know
This must be something grandiose indeed
Two weeks later to the minute
Mrs. Jet and company sat under the ulmus trees at Meadow Marsh
Sipping the lovely teas when she stood up to make remarks
Welcome one and all to this Urgent Meeting on this urgent matter.
My credit score is perfect every time
I’m about to lose my mind
3 weeks ago my credit report was due
It was released but to who?
Perhaps they forgot to mail it
I fear it must be lost or stolen
The perpetrator of this malfeasance must be jailed
The TV says my credit score is needed
It must be repeated daily
Mrs. Jet set out to make this point
Without a credit report and score, what’s the use of going on?
Many of the honored guests were equally offended and annoyed
Some gasped. Some even fainted.
Who would take your credit score?!
One man interjected as he roared
This means war!
We agonize in defeats, but thrill over the games we've WON.
There's a time and season for every purpose under the SUN.
May we not allow our personal purposes to go UNDONE.
The time is approaching when God will determine the SUM.
Of times and seasons, may there be no pleads of IGNORANCE.
Everyone will be accountable, and there will be no NDIFERENCE.
This is the time, the season, whereby knowledge has INCREASED.
At the end in Noah's day, everyone was forced to end the FEAST.
There is a grieving time to be ill; and a happy time to be HEALED;
There were times we spent and spent; now it's time to pay the BILLS.
In such times as these, mysteries and revelations are to be REVEALED.
Leaders must surround themselves with those who can open the SEALS.
Seasons often have no reason for their malfeasance, and their lyrics do not always RHYME. But there must be a time to understand the TIMES.
King Xerxes and King David, both had and utilized men who understood the times*. Their understandings allowed them to give the right and proper advice to their KING. Sometimes the words of the wise were challenging, often threatening, and seldom did they cause anyone to SING.
Those Golden Seals, so desperately needed in our time, are aligned with the times like seeds awaiting to germinate. We have a date with destiny; the hour is late, but let us seek to understand the times and never cease to pray.
