alienated and separated has become society
disenfranchised and distant are now the state of families
all of those systems designed to make us feel connected
have fallen short and now we feel rejected
we're just a bunch of numbers and no one even knows our names
we're just a group of digits and that's a darn shame
but we're more than pieces of silver for we do have hearts
for we are the blessed children of the Lord Of Lords, Our God
and it's only in the church where we've kept our sanity
for out in the world it's just total anarchy
we're more than just objects to be used and misused
we're more than just bodies who by our bosses are being abused
dehumanized and desensitized is how we've been treated by the status quo
but we are treasures in the eyes of the God we all love and know
God loves us and it's time we loved ourselves
Jesus loves us and died to give us an eternal wealth
yet people are more concerned with amassing monetary hordes
no compassion for each other and no love for the Lord
we need to seek the word of God with a desire to be changed
for now is the time for our spirits to be rearranged
no longer to take each other for granted but to treat each other with respect
to see ourselves as more than pieces of silver as more than just objects
to be like that woman who lost her coin and diligently searched until it was traced
and then to rejoice upon finding it for her treasure was now fully replaced
to diligently seek the treasure that is the word of God
and then to apply it directly to our hearts
to comprehend the true value of our fellow sisters and brothers
and come to understand that we need to treasure one another
for at some point in life you will need someone's support
for life is like a basketball game you need a team on the court

just take it to Jesus and lay it on the cross

Mankind’s act of rebellion did not catch You by surprise and without a plan,
Before the foundation of the world, redemption was conceived for fallen man.
In the fullness of time You sent Your Son, implanted in a virgin’s womb,
Like Adam’s race He must experience the darkness of the watery tomb,
And then be expelled by the powerful contractions of the uterine wall,
Because the purpose of His coming was to rescue mankind from the fall.
From the moment He emerged from the womb, the battle with evil was enjoined,
The lives of many infants were sacrificed in an effort by king Herod to destroy His,
O what cruel irony that one in need of rescue would seek to kill his rescuer,
And that the redeemer will be rejected and annihilated by those He came to save.
From the elevated position on a cross, He was then placed in the darkness of a tomb,
Reminiscent of His condescension from perfect heaven to sinful earth,
But death and the tomb could not restrain the Creator of heaven and earth and life,
On first day of the week, with life that was within Him, He arose victorious over death.
So, for us lost and wretched creatures, trapped in a prison of sin.
There is good news in the offing for the Savior is about to return,
Not as babe in Bethlehem’s manger, but as Lord of Lords and King of Kings,
With healing and salvation in His glorious and mighty wings.
To accept God’s plan of salvation and experience peace and joy within,
You must turn from your life of rebellion and accept His sacrifice for your sin,
And then the Holy Spirit He will give you, to guide, transform and help you,
Gain victory over sin and be ready to spend eternity with Him.

To every soul, the Holy Spirit voiced
Acknowledgement of the presence that was
The Lord of Lords as Jesus spirit filling them
To each one, the Holy Spirit uttered
Words of grace to completely amaze
Giving forgiveness and a second chance
To every thought, the Holy Spirit declared
He would bring love that would abound
Filling them up with kindness that would always last
They spoke to the people
In the language they could understand
Left them with assurance
That salvation had been found
And God would always be there
Alive within – where He is always
A friend, a comfort, a wisdom
Leaving the heart with the feeling
That God has touched them deeply
And given them a sense of acceptance
Never rejecting or neglecting
But always assuring there is the blessing
Of knowing the God of heaven
Through His Spirit, who will tell them
Everything God would like to convey
Through light, love and laughter that comes
From knowing this Spirit who brings us
Through every storm and across every worry
Into the sweet peace of God’s love
To each life, the Holy Spirit expressed
His holy impression through the sensation
That comes from knowing Him and listening
To that still, small voice
That is such a delightful mystery!

Deliverer when life let through arrow and dart the hurt the pain in the land of a strange foe name called evil eye the tears fell but not for long. For my mind gazed upon an Everlasting Father my Eternal Life Faithful and True Faithful Witness to the people places and others that pass through with gifts in their hands that may cause some hurt pain maybe not. For the Father firstborn is my best friend Head of the Church Good Shepherd High Priest Holy and true Holy Ones hope where there is no hope at all! Prayer
I worship You as My God because of Your almighty power. I magnify You as my Lord because of all You’ve done for me. I follow You as my Master because of Your wisdom and miracles. But I know You intimately because You are my Father.
My heavenly Father, hallowed be Your name in my thoughts, actions and service. Father, I love Your name. It cheers me when I am down. It gives me strength to serve when I am weak.
It guards me against evil when I’m tempted. Because I know You by Your name, I come calling You Father. Amen.
