You Always Know the Answer

You always know the answer
By Michelle Morris
13/08/2020

When you're feeling uncertain,
Unsure about which way to go,
Remember your inner compass,
And feel your inner glow...

You always know the answer,
You always know the way;
You just have to trust your instincts -
Have faith in what your higher self has to say...

So sit still and be at peace with yourself,
Breathe deeply and let your guides loose;
Feel the energy so powerful and good,
Expand your vision like only your
Higher self could...

And no matter what the situation,
Your higher self and guides will
Find the right location,
To where you are meant to be
At any given time;
You'll feel the déjà vu of
Serendipity sublime...

Investment In Heaven
Written: by Miracle Man
2-20-2020

My finances never deprive me of needed sleep,
though thoughts of collecting, find me somewhat beguiled.
Because I enumerate blessings, not counting sheep,
In Heaven you'll find my retirement plan is now filed.

Proactively I check on its growth each Sunday,
Its invested in a place where it can't be stolen.
A location where no sin will be found on display,
where's no depreciation and balance found swollen.

Proverbs Chapter 3
9 Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase:
10 So shall thy barns be filled with plenty, and thy presses shall burst out with new wine.

Most Dope Part Two

A legend once said, "I should have died already...faces..."
So, let's face it
Life can be the best day ever
But life is what you make it
Instead of questioning my blackness, question where my heart is
I know you can't see it but that doesn't mean it is not there
Their accusations race behind and across my back enough to hang me with no nails
So, put the crown on me not to mock me but because I'm a son of the true king
I don't worry about King Kong, Satan either, they got nothing on me
Shout out to Mr. Washington
I'm feeling presidential today
But I got Denzel vibes in me
One day I'm going to have a couple Grammy's with me
One for myself, and one for I
Speak it into existence and the future you will see
Confidence is locked, but you are the key
So, leave behind your doubts, fears, and let them get brushed up like leaves
Leaving to a new location carried by the wind, and no this is not the end,
But this is so dope I could just stop here
However, my story is just starting, and you have barely opened the book
So don't judge my cover
I'm a shooting star you can't blow my cover
Because this ending is better than happily ever after
They hate to see it so the distain comes in waves
I love it because it motivates me and proves these words are not just a one-time thing
This is poetry so no one hit wonders, but pay attention because if you miss something these words will make you wonder
Don't get lost wandering through life looking for purpose, it's not hiding
Your eyes are just closed, and no I don't need a third eye to know
Psychology major so I know common sense is not common
Like the saying goes
Mac Miller told me, So It Goes
I'm so dope I could be a part of the most dope family
Couple of books coming soon and I'm not even the goat
p.s. yet...

Is this a poem? -- I'd say so!
Near my home, convenient, clean
and comfy. Very low prices.
Varied delicious specials.
Slogans artistically painted
in strategically located spots --
poetic samples of our regional
colorful cuisine and culture:
"I like my cafecito with a little chisme"
(I like my coffee with a little gossip);
"Y la dieta?" (And the diet?)
and near the register, another:
"Hay que empezar el dia con
         HUEVOS,*
frijoles, chilaquiles, y cafe"
(You have to start the day with
         EGGS,
beans, chilaquiles, and coffee).
At the exit, beside the door:
"Si acabas de llegar bienvenidos,
y si ya se vas vuelve pronto"
(If you have just arrived welcome,
and if you are already going
come back soon!)
An important part of home.
At this location since 1984.
Friendly and familiar.
Puro poesia. Pure poetry.

*"con huevos", here has double meaning

Tarred and Feathered

Written By: D. Collins 11/9/21

In my mind I have this picture of Ahmaud Arbery.
Being tarred, feathered, then hung from a tree.
Hunted like a runaway slave with dogs in pursuit.
Five-O treated the scene like "Good 'Ole Boys" do.

The truck was the horses, and guns were the whips.
Chased down and slain, became this Bruthaz end.
His killing strikes up some old time memories.
And, remind me of how I made it through the Ancestry.

Some had to be tarred and feathered, which still exists.
Just in a different location, such as Minneapolis.
Black women sacrificed based on the 3-strike rule.
Get the the next generation, the objective is proved.

Arbery got treated like teachings of Willie Lynch.
In the public of slaves, stretch a man in different directions.
Lynch taught all his disciples, it would last 400 years.
Passed down through generations to the Great-Grankids.

Premium Member A Toddler In the Well

Just like his custom, he sparks to frolic in the encompassing.
But when he tumbled to get back home, the frenzy was beginning.

Ryan 5 fell under a 30 meter well, a ton like Joseph.
Individuals of the small town hurried to the kid are harsh.

Horribly, the interaction was bare from the temptation.
The town is amply a harsh region of the mountain location.

Morocco's tale goes spreading out via media focal points and dozers.
Ryan was as yet alive twenty hours after the event did meanderers.

Backhoes burrow, and a mass wishes the kid's strain lives on TV.
Each endeavor to assuage Ryan since today has been phony.

Heros utilized a video phone to witness the child in the well.
Giving oxygen, food, and water keeps up with his sharpness in hell.

The errand will carry on as expected with lights, and cams turned on.
Past dozers, Ryan's parents are alleviated by individuals thereupon.

Dealing With Distraction

Walking or wading in water
Along life's way
I could sense a pull toward
Something...no someone

The life-laden leaves
Drew out breath from my being
I grew greater in the moment
If not for the pleasure of knowing
.....who or what I would be seeing

The birds of the air gathered
In a location, around the noun
Light gathered at a spot and shone
As if there were no sky or ground

Closer and closer I come to the moment
Revelation would soon be mine
I would know and be known
By something or someone above humanity
    ....divine

I heard movement and looked left
I saw Him, if only for a glance
I knew Him, and He knew me
But someone smeared my screen
............I awoke without a second chance

To possess the image

Was that what I was pushing for
To own experience, unique to me
Was I placing my identity in the natural
Trying to prove value on what others see
......coming through my creativity???

Stupid distractions with magnetic attractions
Pulling and fooling the bird in flight
I don't want to be grounded in order be founded
In the legality of level-headed laws...that bite
.......and eat the heart of man

LOVE is all I want
........all circumstantial evidence is distraction
                       The End

Premium Member James Bond Island

A breathtaking panoramic view fascinated my sight into the offing,
As the sea gloriously shows its precious treasure magnificently floating;
Making me wish to be an albatross to hover and hop around;
On those beautiful islands highlighted by a single beauty named, James Bond.

This place is known originally and locally as Nail Island,
It’s one of the best tourists’ spots found in Phang Nga Bay at Phuket, Thailand
A prominent tall stone coated with green nailed unto the sea amidst the others,
Which you and I will surely be amazed by its spectacular beauty and wonder.

Sightseeing trip is priceless while on your way to its exact location,
You can pass by at the Monkey Caves with golden Buddha - another real attraction,
Taking a convenient long-tailed boat as you finally tour along the bay,
Stop by at floating Bin Laden Village to complete your day.

Note:
I've visited this place once & it's really beautiful. To view the pictures, you can google it or watch the movie of James Bond;))) TY

Premium Member The Awe of His Glory

Out on the porch, a jet streaks
across the sky~no sound
How high, how fast, and just where
Is it at such speed to bound?

Life seems like that sometimes~so fast
And most don't even know
Where they've been or where they're going
Just an out of control boat~rowing

The rising sun cast pink upon cobalt
Intermingled with sand
A glorious sunrise against
Silhouetted pines with raised hands

The coolness and beauty will be short
lived, soon the heat will scorch
Almost like a hunter in the dark
Who carries a fiery torch

If only for a minute longer
The awe of His glory
in the rising sun changing tints,
colors, location~ what stories

Now an orange floats behind the pines
Almost touching the tops
In an hour the heat will sting
Destroying even some crops
