Gustav Klimt adored for his murals and paintings
Turned life in poverty into art of awesome glory
Pioneering erotic paintings depicting female body
Moving boldly to shape pages of his artistic story.
Honored for murals painted in famous public places
Klimt became renowned at relatively young age,
Soon changing course of his creative endeavors
Crossing boundaries of norm to launch a new phase.
Paintings like Philosophy, Medicine, Jurisprudence
Quickly became symbolic of his early innovation,
Yet, he was shunned due to misplaced objections,
His trio was later destroyed by ignorant generation.
Moving boldly to declare freedom of expression
Painting Nuda Veritas to foretell his intentions
Achieving critical acclaim using gold in his portraits,
The Kiss raised his profile to yet higher dimension.
Exotic naked women became hallmark of his art,
Depicting Girlfriends in colors of nude confluence,
Drawing Adele Bloch-Bauer I as an elegant woman
Wrapped in a golden gown of rich Asian influence.
So many paintings became renowned masterpieces
As Death and Life won first prize in world exhibition
And Adele Bloch-Bauer sold for huge remuneration
Rejoicing art lovers who seek to own his creations.
The Apple Tree I, Birch Forest, Litzlberg am Attersee,
Adorned with nature, joining ranks of so many more,
Upon Klimt's death became tremendously valuable
As admirers of his art continue to cherish and adore.

I wait for the sound of keys at the door,
A prelude to your eyes in mine,
For your presence to affirm me more,
Like the timeless aging of fine wine –
Left un-tasted now, ‘til evermore.
The paper awaits your keenly sage
Review in comforted, shoeless wit.
The subject ever stays unchanged.
At least you’re spared reliving it -
Our story merged on unturned page.
To your return, our kids look anxiously
For jurisprudence and example,
And the reassurance of authority.
Of you they are molded and resemble –
Ever yours, in loving paternity.
Your dinner on the stove, still good,
Awaits adventure on your palate.
It matters less your taste for food,
Than that we share what’s on our plate -
Our table’s set, with thanks to God.
The scent of your life still hangs, you see,
Expectantly in the empty air,
Waiting there to rejoin with me
In that balance of chemistry we share –
Our formula viewed as the enemy.
Time is as short as yesterday,
And as long as just one second.
In our fate, we have scarcely a say,
As to when we shall be beckoned –
For hope and grace, we can only pray.
The world stopped turning on that date,
When rage was lifted over love.
But I refuse to be consoled by hate,
For fear that love be lost thereof –
Like the sun going down on me tonight.
Wondrously divine in its transcendence
God’s love* affirms kindness of providence
Radiating tender mercy’s resplendence
Defying any counter evidence….
My heart does claim with grateful confidence.
Marked by compassionate condescendence
Christ’s love is offered with heaven’s credence
Midst His sacrifice against impudence
Asserting biblical jurisprudence…
My faith accepts along praise-filled prudence.
Wrought with sovereign superintendence
The Lord’s love marches through grace-incidence
Redeeming those in sin-guilt despondence
Pardoning them from confessed decadence…
My soul receives midst earnest dependence.
Blest to grant everlasting residence
Saviour’s love gives hope of trust’s precedence
From hell’s eternal evil dissidence
Imputing righteousness with peace cadence…
My life owns against selfish diffidence.
*1John 4:9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.

BLACK DEFORESTATION
Like innocent trees rooted and growing
In a black social forest, we’re being chopped
down by roving lumberjack officers of the law,
as if we were arboreal-like diseased black growths:-
Ironically, such deforestation, is a view of jurisprudence
Along this forest trail, least traveled by the blind goddess
Of justice, as she forgivingly hugs guilt with minor reprimand:-
While it is true that natural nature has a way of self-redeeming,
Far be it, it seems, for human nature to be of the same purview;
Particularly, when it has been demonstrated that today’s
Social-forest rangers are above and beyond the law.
How long must we allow the black forest of humanity
To be the victim of wildfire bigotry and its blazing bullets?
How long must we allow it to be a burned-out hued field of tears?
Indeed, how long will we just sit like frogs on lily pads of apathy?
Forgiveness is not to forget the offense and take care of the offender;
Rather, it must be about assuring that the offense never occurs again:-
Indeed, an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth, never solved anything;
But there is nothing wrong with soothing a pain, and prohibiting its recurrence:
Let us now be about the cancellation and prevention of Black Deforestation;
There is a time for everything, and it is now the time for us to be doing our thing:-
EPISODIC POLITICAL MOCKERY
Legislative trials are roaming;
Congressional criminals
Gaining more freedom to re-chain
Our growing liberty:-
Today’s bombed and pre-bombed
Societies and us are becoming
So similar in judicial acts of inequality:-
For us, the Constitution has become
As a stretched rubber band
Of negative jurisprudence—
And in today’s apathetic joyous modernity,
We too, seem to approach a modern-day
Diabolical bombing Civil War situation:-
Remember, all choices have their
Accompanying consequences;
Be they sweet Moonlake-like
Or geyser waterfall-like:-
After today’s extended Breaking News episodes,
I am praying this Just Different poetic prose flow,
Will be of an awareness thought-provoking
Brain-shore frothing consequence:-
Reclaim Justice
To Ignite Spark
To bring in Light
Restating morals
Universal Appeal
To correct wrongs
It involves a hearing
It also involves seeing
Witnesses are called in
It involves building a case
It involves cross examination
Justice involves arguments, for and against
Jurisprudence is at call, when morals are eroded
Justice is arrived at, we can err, we demand justice
Justice is a result of application of all human things
Justice is what makes Us humans and A just society
What is Justification ?
It’s Sound construct
Fallacious Argument
Is short on hearing
blinded by doctrine
refuses to examine
refusal of seeing
is authoritarian
It obfuscates
it covers up
as a rock
Is deaf
BarB
Deceit
is Artless
It is A Craft
Manner of Dark
In absence of Light
Often Sound is applied
To strike at the subconscious
In A dark room There’s a Black Cat
No time to verify, flight before you Awake
Manner of Deceit; It manouveres best in Darkness
Craft is to douse the Spark; It is the manner of the Dark
TO THE INNOCENCE OF LOVE OF SELF
Dwelling in the court
Of the inner sanctum
Of self-contemplation,
Sage mind of jurisprudence,
Charged my heart
With abject neglect:-
Not of cherished others,
But of the me that I am;
And that I must love myself
As much—if not more–
Than I love others:-
And furthermore,
That me, myself and I,
Should love each other,
As the God of love loves us:-
Oh, my God! The mind
Reprimanding the heart!
Am I forced to take
The 5th, lest I self-incriminate
My poor self by subjecting my heart
To become a pawn of the mind??
For so long–in innocence–I’ve been guilty
Of backwards love, leaving self-love,
Collecting dust on the shelf of self:-
Jesus! Me, myself, and I, for so long,
Have been strangers to each other:
We each, giving unto others, all that love
Which loving God long ago sanctioned,
That as one, should be given unto self:-
Yes, "to err is human; to forgive is divine."
Aren’t I, myself, and me worthy of earthly divinity?
Forgive me, self–please forgive me–little did I know
That self-love never needs any defense or acquittal;
And this is irrespective of it being found guilty of purpose:
Loving who I am, who I have been, and who I always will be:-
Hey, welcome home: you, me, and myself, I’ve dearly missed y’all:-
Self reliancy stimulates political independence,
pragmatic critical thinking spurs revocation of spurious Partisan information,
vigilanteism guards against the Juntas,
systematic interdiction of peoples' ability to to procure food, self educate,
self medicate, and to self defense is a vital instrument in disabling citizens' morale,
it is true that several Companies provide 'civil rights' that are subject to repeal,
but these liberties must conform to security & production for the State,
the more detached we become from the land the more immense our collective ignorance,
Will to struggle recedes like red from the dying rose, spirit is sterile,
sciences are employed to subvert the passion of men, to mire the maternity of women,
to emasculate the youth, to assault the temperance of ladies,
as the bison were decimated so to fascilitate the conquest of the feral Indian,
the Anglo-Saxon farmer & tradesman were displaced by manipulated Markets,
corporations rabid with greed, fawning to increase world trade
and to blowt stock exchanges, enlarging theaters of war & dictating foriegn policies,
an arsenal & circus of judges, lawyers, politicians, academics, entertainers,
elastic options such as Inflation, minting money, loans, and criminal dockets,
Abraham Lincolon & John Kennedy desired to reestablish democratic banking
and were both slain as dangerous heros,
cartel suzerainity always wins,
an agrian ethos is too intractable an opponent for oligarchial commerce,
as laws are ineffectual to dissuade a starving man, leaves don't stop the rains,
there is no need for insatiable government when one can grow crops, build homes & and micro manufacturies, where trade is honest& equitable, no swindles,
division of labor for maximum productivity at the expense of individual health,
eradication of heritage to ease trade, passivity in exchange for integrity,
can libertarianism be retrieved from the vice of the mold maker,
will we deliver this odious model into the depths of the galaxy,
will there always be captivity,
regulated life is controlled life, and that is enslaved living,
words ' make the world go round ',
we are subjects of international law codes,
Freedom dwindles -

"Fall seven times and stand up eight." — Old Proverb
"You can never cross the ocean until you have the courage to lose sight of the shore." — Christopher Columbus
There dawn full oft an undiscerning hour
When every charter yieldeth unto mist,
And Confidence, relinquishing her power,
Must sue to Faith where Reason doth desist.
Yet Providence, whose counsels never sleep,
Keeps hidden harvests for the souls that keep.
Then from antiquity there soundeth clear
The ancient benison no years abate:
"Fall seven times and stand up eight."
Not as a charm to banish grief or fear,
But as the covenant whereby we prove
That steadfast hearts outlive the wounds they move.
For overthrow is but the sterner school
Wherein the unconquered spirit learns her art;
Adversity, though tyrannous in rule,
Refines the adamant within the heart.
The oak's dominion, vast against the sky,
Was once a hope no eye could descry.
Thereafter comes another sovereign word,
Whose summons biddeth timid spirits soar:
"You can never cross the ocean until you have the courage to lose sight of the shore."
No mariner hath any kingdom won
Who hugged the haven fear had sanctified;
New continents await the faithful tide.
For every noble vocation asketh this:
Some cherished certainty must be resigned;
No higher benediction comes amiss
Unto the soul still fettered in the mind.
The eagle claimeth not empyreal air
Until it trust the currents hidden there.
Thus have these venerable sayings wrought
A jurisprudence graven on my breast:
That every trial beareth secret thought,
And every tempest laboureth our best.
The darkest vigil, faithfully endured,
Leaves inward realms for evermore secured.
Therefore I leave one sentence of mine own,
Not born of ease, but long affliction's fire:
"Whoso keepeth faith with the highest good, though every visible warrant perish, shall discover that Providence hath already builded the bridge whereunto his steadfast feet were called."
The mason left
three stones
beside the wall.
Nothing
prevented him.
The wall
had merely ceased
to require
his hand.
For years
I could not.
Each thought,
arriving,
claimed
precedence.
I convened
an inward assize,
awarding
credence,
reprieve,
exile—
until my days
became
the jurisprudence
of echoes.
Meanwhile
rain
never argued.
The ash
added one leaf
to the wind.
A blackbird
crossed the morning
without ambition.
Roots,
beneath the path,
advanced
through darkness
that required
no witness.
Then,
while the kettle
raised
its small republic
of steam,
a thought
called me.
I did not answer.
Nothing followed
except
what had always
been following.
Steam
ascended.
The bird
completed
its silence.
Evening
entered
every object
equally.
The thought
went on
without me.
There,
if there
it may be called,
Silence
relinquished
its ancient misnomer.
It was never
the absence
of voices.
It was
everything
that had never
petitioned
belief.
Then Observation,
long usurped
by governance,
remembered
its elder office.
Not to choose.
Not to refuse.
Only
to behold
that Reality
had never once
competed
for my attention.
The mountain
remained
where no distance
could improve it.
The sea
arrived
without travelling.
The stars
required
no heaven.
Since then,
whenever thought
pronounces
my name,
I wait
for what
has never
spoken—
and it is always
first.
