HE STILL SEE’S ME!
The sun follows her shadow
and backlights her aging hair
She emits the warmth of God’s
Justice, wisdom, love, and care.
Her aging eyes light up air
When she’s speaking of God’s Grace
Explains God’s love’s ...impartial
How embraces every race.
Truth shine’s from within her heart
When Bible truth’s tries to share
Into all men’s neighborhoods
“Jehovah’s name …proudly declares.
Still lives life with intention
God’s purposes loves to explain
God’s kingdom ...solves men’s problems
Paradise will exist again!
Faith and trust ignite her hope
Believes when dies in grave she’ll sleep
Earthly resurrection loves preach
God wakes dead… His promise keeps.
The She is Me… a shadow
Of teacher I use to be
How grateful to Jehovah,
His “Witness”…He still see’s me!

In A World Where I Do Not Exist Poetry Contest
This is a place where I live;
In force a residing space;
I am redundant yet,
In a world where I do not exist;
No one sees inter grace;
But I, yet I am instilled;
I am billed
This is a place where I live;
In said force a residing space;
I am redundant yet,
In a world where I do not exist
Won’t be judged by the color of my skin;
Won’t be set apart from other national beings;
I- we be noticed spot on focus;
Included not excluded
Be all that I am, that-that I am of God almighty;
In a world where I do not exit;
I’ll be qualified, and not rejected
For this terrain, place this plain;
This ain’t my home I am a spaced being;
In a world where I do not exist
I am of Jehovah-Jireh

Our current political identity
is not exclusively red conservative
or blue liberal atheist/humanist
We are also
pissed off sheep
who have gone astray
of richly green domesticated economies,
instead red enslaved,
blue judiciously penned
incorporated property
belonging to the utmost
OmniPotentating Jehovah
Descending from a long
royalist
blue blood-hierarchy
of Straight White Male
red-blooded religious

and economic privilege.
Our anti-PatriarchalCapitalist anger
is our potential bipartisan win/win
supreme civil citizenship
delivering us from this
Sky Is Falling Kingdom
of win/lose zero-sum
nationalistic segregated purgatory
And, we bring our angry
fearful,
anxious
depressed bicameral values
into all our cisbinary/transbinary political

For the woke glory

Voices in my mind I hear I heard, reciting revealing words
Radiant verses, some words misspoken are curses
Humanity prime objectives numeral story tellers
Social modern time twenty-first century verses

There’s a greater power to be shown

Purposeful will story teller

Not a unsolved riddle
There’s a greater power to be shown

There's a master crafter, a grander poet
A one whom creator of all words
He spoke the first words so stoic
Let there be light
And that point all was right

Written words by James Edward Lee Sr. 2024© from anthology "COGNISANT”
A man acquainted with sorrows and grief
be it then was bruised for our relief
the ones ruling over them kept them in pain
but struck was he so we might Life regain
All like sheep have wandered astray
but he announced to the crowds Gods new day
no violence could be found in his actions done
he spoke of peace in the kingdom to come
He fed the hungry and gave to the poor
tender of heart and kind to his core
oppressed was he and sore afflicted
falsely accused by traditionalists indicted
A quiet man who spoke of verity
taught of loving kindness and mercies charity
the man he was did the broken draw
in every point did he fulfill Gods Law
The works of his hands righteous and clean
his judgment was pure and never mean
a candle whose light has dispelled the dark
his praise for his Father did all his works mark
Jehovah pronounced this the Son he approved
to him was beloved and the World reproved
no harm could be found in his heart or hand
those who follow him will the same stance stand
He sought not mens praise or their vainglory
yet acquired Gods love but by man treated poorly
unlike the kings who Lord over their kin
washed the feet of disciples those lower than him
Did demonstrate he how to walk Truths Way
by example showed traits his disciples display
with accurate judgment in all that he did
to become like him to his disciples he bid
We are not worthy of God to approve
if we do not from our lives violence remove
those who hate and practice manslaughter
cannot become his Son or his daughter
To become like him the Truth you must drink
it must cleanse from you what the world think
upon his teaching consume as your bread
without his life in you , you are still dead..

Two black soul brothers
Standing on the corner
In front of Metro center
On a Friday night
In the heart of the new evil empire
The center of the beast
Hell Central
Preaching the word of god
The news of the end of the world
The proverbial end times
Were upon us and coming soon
The commuters, workers and bemused tourists
Walk on by the preacher men
Some pay attention, most walk on by
They did not want to hear
They did not understand
And the preacher man kept
Preaching the word of god
And no one paid any attention
None at all
God is going to punish us
God is coming soon
To punish the wicked and the evil
And to set things right
God is going to punish the U.S.
For its arrogance, hubris and hypocrisy
For its greed and evil
Disguised as saving the world
From the evil ones
God is coming, oh yeah he is on his way
And boy is he angry at us
At the entire human race
And God, let me tell yah
He ain't the wimpy, wampy pappy
White boy false god of the New Testament
The false deity that the evil Reverend Farwell
And the smarmy Pat Robinson worship
Hell no
God ain't that god
God is a mean, angry powerful God
The god of the Old Testament
The god of the Koran and the god of old
The god that man once feared
Yeah, I am talking about that god
Jehovah, Zeus, Allah and a thousand other names
The god that our ancestors feared
The real deal, and boy is he pissed off
And he is coming to set up straight
And send most of us straight to hell
When we sit and reflect on the blessings we have
And take time to appreciate the gifts in life,
When we feel inwardly soothed by the comfort he offers,
He remembers it all.
He remembers our thoughts, our love and our works.
He remembers the context of our growth and being.
He remembers our fight to do what is right.
Jehovah remembers it all.
When we demonstrate kindness to those in need.
When we care for our family and friends.
When we acknowledge our strength is not always our own,
These things he will recall.
When we error or deviate from the course.
When we vent rage and grief through "wild talk",
When our conscience bleeds guilt and we feel ashamed,
He tenderly remembers we all fall.
He remembers our human need for hope.
He sees how much we condemn ourselves.
He won't let our trials extend beyond our limits.
He remembers this promise of his and all.
Because he remembers who we truly are,
He values the good that resides in our hearts.
He raises us up and directs our steps.
For about us, Jehovah knows all.

Key Verse – Isaiah 26:4 Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength.
LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY EVERLASTING STRENGTH
Lord God, You are my everlasting Strength
Who supports me with Your uprightness
Thank You that Your salvation assures my everlasting blessedness
Help me always to behold Your majestic gloriousness…
Keep my soul in Your righteousness.
Lord God, You are my everlasting Strength
Who visits me with Your mercy
Thank You that Your Word increases my faith’s fervency
Help me always to dwell in Your grace-excellency…
Keep my heart in Your compassion’s consistency.
Lord God, You are my everlasting Strength
Who upholds me with Your peace
Thank You that Your sanctification cleanses my transgression-grease
Help me always to seek Your truth that does not cease…
Keep my spirit in Your favour as You I desire to please.
Lord God, You are my everlasting Strength
Who crowns me with Your divine beauty
Thank You that Your leadership smites my pride to practice humility
Help me always to learn from Your precepts of sovereign authority…
Keep my vow in Your covenant’s certainty.
Lord God, You are my everlasting Strength
Who establishes me with Your foundation
Thank You that Your doctrine guards my decisions against perversion
Help me always to listen to Your instruction…
Keep my discretion in Your wisdom’s direction.
Lord God, You are my everlasting Strength
Who revives me with Your might
Thank You that Your power fortifies my servanthood delight
Help me always to share Your Gospel, so good and right…
Keep my commitment in Your guidance-light.
Lord God, You are my everlasting Strength
Who nurtures me with Your counsel
Thank You that Your pardon works for my purification against sin-hassle
Help me always to abide in Your plan despite worldliness’ bustle…
Keep my life preserved in Your love midst unbelief’s thistle.

(Wems Henry Temmy Psalm 80)
I have avoid many a problem
My own way painting lines of poem
None solved or boost my morale
I just ended up being a chorale
But You; oh Lord, when You are here
My low self esteem saddened and disappear
Arrogance has filled the emptiness
Pride has always cause clumsiness
Self worth has never been of value
Challenges are to me impromptu
But You; oh Jehovah, when You show
My focus beats its best reality to grow
Many certainly don't want to fall
Some honorary adhere to its call
Attitudinal ego may not be of pride
If it turns out to fix right every tide
But You; oh God, when You give a hand
My doubts couldn't convincingly stand
Few wish but couldn't stand right
Others whose strength bear the fight
Can't conquer the least in their efforts
For on it they solely depend in comforts
But You; oh Alpha and Omega, when You hint
My mind; its influences, cautions imprint
Unseen is for compliment so nasty
Seen is weak more like a rhinoplasty
Everyone is just different in grace
To sail through huddles of time cum race
But You; oh Trinity, when You shed radiance
My heart retreats all pleasing deviance
The debt is settled on the cross
In the grave, the battle is won -- bye loss
Getting the home prepared for every guest
Training work and faith to the time of rest
Yes You; oh Jesus, when You shall tell
My ears the earthly story, let me be off hell.
Amen!
