Malo Prido Factius- Championio Plexussiuss

"he might seek redemption
he has right of his passion
his journey is storied
which details describe
the path a peasant takes
to stardom
soughted details of working
soughted by those who
have guided and undermined
his career
spek of him as best
and they shall say yet
he never reached the level
of success we had created for him
we allowed him to be a combatant
he'd reach heights of stardom
yet would falture when tested
the levels
were men
reach agreements
and gentlemen
chore in task
he stood next to the best
and never
over came the obstacles set before him
he might frown to hear this
yet his mind understand's
that he must overcome these challenges to be the top
of this heap!"

I Don’t Wanna Die

In the dim light of a room, shadows cling tight,
A girl faces her fate, Stage III breast cancer in sight.
With courage so soft, and grace in her eyes,
She endures each day as her life slowly dies.

Her beauty, unspoken, her spirit so bright,
Yet no one dared to love, no tender delight.
Men admired her grace, but their fear held them back,
Unable to see the love in her heart’s quiet track.

Then from nowhere, a stranger came near,
A man whose gaze was both kind and sincere.
He loved her fiercely, despite her cruel fate,
His love untouched by the shadows of hate.

Now, as the days drift away like sand in the breeze,
She sings a prayer, her heart begging please.
“God, grant me more time to cherish his grace,
To hold him close, to see his sweet face.”

“Let not my end come before I’ve seen,
More moments with him, where our love can convene.
For in his arms, I’ve found what’s true,
A love so deep, so pure, so new.”

With each note, her plea rises high,
A song of love, a soul’s desperate cry.
“Give me a few more days,” she pleads in pain,
“To be with him, to hold him again.”

Her voice falters, a whisper in the night,
A prayer of love, a final fight.
In the silence that follows, tears fall free,
For the love she cherishes and the life she longs to see.

Premium Member My Great Uncle, John Craig of Nashville

Great Uncle was a musician
He chased his dream on a mission
He never penned a song
Folks knew him well down in Nashville
Though music paid no big gas bill
He had true ambition

His songs found a sweet rendition
He played with open admission
His true love was lifelong
John picked his guitar with goodwill
With joy, the music he instilled
Sharing tunes, his mission

To make music his tradition
Spontaneous compositions
If I could string along
I'd play it with my own free will
John Craig showed such a master skill
He strummed strings all day long!

John Craig rode as a musician
With grit and a deep ambition
Just pickin' it along
John would pluck out his chords at will
With six-strings he'd ride and travel
Playing good tunes, headstrong!

He was a slick string technician
A musical aesthetician!
He played for trav'lers all night long
I'm not sure he knew a playbill
His playin' was a sweet earful
John Craig's songs still roll along!

[Even if in my mind!]

Proclaim Him Master

O shout the lordship of our King
Proclaim Him Master over all
May countless trumps and voices ring
May every knee before Him fall

Proclaim Him Master o’er this earth
Return He shall, once all is done
The infant of a lowly birth
Is now the high, exalted One!

Behold, He sits on David’s throne
To rule forever, with no end
The right to judge is His alone
He only reads the hearts of men

Proclaim Him ruler o’er all souls
For He gives life and He can kill
Amidst earth’s mess, He still controls
For naught can stand against His will

O praise the great Chief Cornerstone
Who pulls down reigns, and builds them up
He suffered much to gain His throne
His flesh the bread, His blood the cup

O praise the One Who heals dry bones
Who holds all hope, who earned all praise
O may we be His living stones
And see His Temple in our days!

Jerusalem, rejoice and sing
For He shall soon return to you
The Lord of Lords and King of Kings
The One called faithful, just, and true

Can you give us another try? I miss you.
Only you can soothe my aching heart.
My mind is searching for peace; I'm so blue,
I long to see your face; let's make a new start.
Nothing felt like home until you; you're my center.
Give me the chance to win your heart again.

Baby, you're so kind; you were a good mentor,
Always so positive, you uplift and don't drain.
Can you imagine our happy ending, my love?
Keep the front porch light on; I'm almost there.

Honey, we fit together like hand and glove,
October would've been two years; you're my air.
My fear caused me to run; absence is not fun,
Each second apart hurts, because you're the one.

THE BEAUTY CALLED HIM BEAST

[Verse 1]
They built their fences high and wide,
White porches where their secrets hide.
Laughed in rooms where he’d never belong,
Called him Beast when he walked too strong.

No shoes, no name, just dirt and fire,
Scars from hands and hired liars.
He kept his voice down, learned to crawl—
But they still prayed he’d never stand tall.

[Verse 2]
She came in lace with a crooked grin,
Smelled like roses, spoke of sin.
Eyes like winter, cold and proud,
A whisper soft, a promise loud.

"I’ll fix him," Belle said behind her glass,
As if a soul was hers to pass.
Took his hand with a velvet chain,
Smiled sweet while she carved his name.

[Chorus]
But oh—
This beast was never broken.
He wore their slurs like armor, unspoken.
They called him shadow, called him shame—
But he held the mirror to their names.

She called it love, he saw the trap,
Her hands too smooth, her heart all black.
And when she lied her final breath,
He kissed the ground and wept her death.

[Verse 3]
She wore her beauty like a crown,
But spit on every soul bowed down.
Danced through halls built on the backs
Of beasts and boys they painted black.

He saw her gold, her powdered face,
And heard the screams beneath her grace.
No sword in hand, no royal blood—
Just truth that rose up from the mud.

[Bridge]
When justice came, she tried to cry—
But even roses learn to lie.
And every beast she ever named
Stood at her grave, unashamed.

"You feared my face," he said aloud,
"And wore your privilege like a shroud."
"You smiled while calling me the curse—
But now you see who needed worse."

[Final Chorus]
Now fox and man, now claw and hand
Walk side by side across the land.
No more masks and no more chains—
Just soil fed with old bloodstains.

They called him beast, but he forgave.
He carved a world from what they gave.
And in the wind, you’ll hear his song—
The one they feared… was right all along.

[Outro]
"Beauty ain't in mirrors made...
It's in the hands that plant the grave.
They feared the fur, the flame, the scar...
But the monster's not the one who starves."

Racism is the wicked twist of all!

WAITING

I SIT IN STILLNESS, HOURS UNFOLD,
THE SKY TURNS SILVER, THEN DEEP GOLD.
A CLOCK TICKS SOFT UPON THE WALL,
A VOICE TO FAINT, A DISTANT CALL.

THE AIR IS THICK WITH MIGHT-HAVE-BEENS,
LIKE WHISPERED THOUGHTS ON QUIET WINDS.
EACH BREATH A PAUSE, EACH PAUSE A PRAYER,
FOR SOMETHING MORE THAN EMPTY AIR.

I PLANT MY HOPES LIKE SEEDS IN SAND,
AND STRETCH TIME OUT WITH OPEN HANDS.
THE WORLD KEEPS MOVING, UNAWARE,
WHILE I REMAIN, JUST WAITING THERE.

NOT ALL WHO WAIT ARE LOST OR WEAK,
SOME HOLD THEIR SILENCE WHILE THEY SEEK.
A LOVER'S STEP, A SIGN, A FLAME,
THE THINGS THAT COME BUT NEVER NAME.

SO I WILL WAIT, NOT OUT OF FEAR,
BUT FOR THE THING I HOLD MOST DEAR.
AND THOUGH IT HURTS, I STILL BELIEVE,
SOME GIFTS ARE SLOW, BUT WORTH THE GRIEF.

I watch him

I watch him from across the hall
He has no knowledge I'm here at all
He casually saunters past my door
Along the polished squeaky floor
He jokes with friends, I hear his laugh
I even have his photograph

I watch him from across the way
He does not know how long I'll stay
How long I'll wait to see his face
How long I'll hide here in this place
He turns my way, but does not see
Caught up in his frivolity

I watch him going down the stair
Hiding in a new found lair
I listen to his heartbeat flutter
He finally sees and starts to stutter
The bleakness of the sharpened blade
His face a picture, so afraid

I get impatient waiting now
The time to take my final bow
The plotting done, the plan in motion
He'll get to see my true devotion
Idling the time away
Until I take him down as prey

Damaged

Damaged
A fragile beauty, with scars that shine like stars, her soul entwined in thorns, yet her spirit glows with love"s sweet fire. Her eyes hold whispers of forgotten dreams, tears etched on porcelain skin, a heart once broken, now mended with a strength unspoken. And so, she stands, her head held high, through wounded, she refuses to die. For in the depths of her pain, she finds a reason to continue, to heal to love again. With hope in her voice, she sings a melody of resilience, her song echoes across the landscape, reminding us all that even in darkness, there is light waiting to be found.
