Premium Member This Girl Is Mine-

There is only one love for me
One with truth and honesty
How can she ever be, for me

For me

There is only, just one for
And she is, she is

For she is mine
Forever mine, she's mine
And I tell her all the time, she is my girl

There is only God's will
There is only God's way
And I'm here to tell the world back away
Because she is mine and I only share her with God

How can she ever be for me
As this world was tries to steal her away from me
I'm involved in this tapestry
Trapped In The weeds garden terrains mystery

There is only God's will
There is only God's way
And I'm here to tell all others, back away
Because she is mine and I only share her with God

She's truly awesome and I love her in regardless
Of mine and her faults you see nobody's perfect
For she is all mine beyond the end of time
Forever mine and I tell her all the time, she's mine
There is only just one
One love for me
Why would true love and honesty
Come and then shun me
How can she ever be for me
For me this girl is mine

This girl is mine

Premium Member Home For Now

Home for now!

The coffee is cold,
even though I used the
microwave.
Funny.
I was around
when the first one
was sold.
We were so amazed!
Magic in a box...
but not a miracle.

My guy is home,
but he is still sick.
I can not beat the phantom
of bad with a stick...
or I would!
A lot of times,
I would never stop.

I pray now for all that is to happen.
Each day a gift to be opened anew.
Every part in my heart stable,
but un-accepting of the inevitable.
The predictable,
the foreseeable,
the expected...
denied!

Cherished small talk.
Skipping stones,
and long walks.
Summer breezes,
until the winter freezes.
That is the "gift" of now,
and the promise of...
forever.

Lillith's Passing

What is it called?

When thousands of bats
Come pouring out the mouth of a cave
For the black gold of sunset?

Like that
The late autumn leaves tear from their branches
In a spooky warm gale
Misplaced this Halloween night

Buries the party of cars parked on the street
For the last three days of vigil
Tending to 100-year-old Lillith
Next door

Her bedroom window 30 feet from me
Where I stand in short sleeves
Amazingly
This time of year

I too wait for news

As I watch the tree tops crumble
And the puzzle pieces of starry sky
Connect their arms and fill the gaps

Creamy river Milky Way

Maybe they are holding Lillith’s hands
Asking her questions about the beyond

And knowing Lillith
She’s ignoring them all or mumbling
Oh yes yes

Peering outdoors through her curtains

Listening to my wind chimes
Ding
Like a harbored sailboat’s mast
Lashed by its pulleys and hoists

Nothing left of Lillith’s sail

Of course it would be a wind like this
On a magical night like this
That carries her away in its arms

Over the roofs and pumpkin streets
To the new October stars.

Proposal for Love

You want to write her something,
Which she will cherish forever?
Then write her a love letter.
A love letter full of mistakes,
 Imperfections and uncertainties.
For once, put that pen of sorrows down
And keep your insecurities aside for a while.
Think of your mistakes and failures
And slowly write a letter to your beloved with that. Tell your beloved, how you experienced not just
Sorrow or joy, but everything which, One can get under the Sun!
Tell your beloved, how you hold the ups and Downs of life in
warm embrace and love,
The certainty of uncertainties in life.
Let your love letter be imperfectly perfect,
Just like your life! Or let your love letter,
Be your life! People often forget to celebrate
Life in love.

Premium Member My God, Thank You For Fueling Me With Your Zeal

March 19 Scripture Meditations Based on 2Kings 10-13

Key Verse – 2Kings 10:16 … Come with me, and see my zeal for the LORD….

MY GOD, THANK YOU FOR FUELING ME WITH YOUR ZEAL

Thank You for fueling me with Your zeal’s presence
So I can come to Your fellowship’s warm fluorescence
Being blessed along Your salvation-iridescence
To please You with biblical faith’s essence.

Thank You for fueling me with Your zeal’s worship-jubilation
So I can praise You midst evil tiding’s proclamation
Being purified along Your sanctification
To honour You with my devotion.

Thank You for fueling me with Your zeal’s righteousness
So I can fight against idolatry’s wickedness
Being guarded by Your holiness
To serve You according to Your kindness.

Thank You for fueling me with Your zeal’s commitment
So I can obey You against worldly allurement
Being called through Your strengthening empowerment
To live for You with grateful contentment.

Thank You for fueling me with Your zeal’s might
So I can continue toward kingdom-advancement’s height
Being revived through Your Word’s delight
To seek You first always along prayer-plight.

Thank You for fueling me with Your zeal’s leadership
So I can submit to You upon Your offered relationship
Being encouraged by Your loving partnership
To labour for You with fruitful and faithful stewardship.

Not Me

My past
My mistakes
The right and wrong choices
My failures and successes
My hopes and dreams
The man looking at me in the mirror
The man you see with your eyes
All my physical homeliness and imperfections
All the words said behind my back
The good and the bad
The rumors and the gossip
The facts and the fiction
The lies and the truth

That’s not me, and that’s not who I want to be…

I’m the sad music that makes me feel there is love to gain through the pain.
I’m the cheek you can hit on one side and then again on the other.
I’m the walking mat you can clean your feet on.
I’m the laughter that comes easy and is given freely.
I’m the friend to the not-so-friendly.
I’m the heart you can wear on your sleeve for you to break over and over again.
I’m the life that matters less so yours can matter more.

Flower Songs For Emily

She lay on a hospital bed like a pale rose wilting on a pillow sham
done were her days of counting every morsel of food and gram

they told her if she stopped eating she would cease to live and die
feeding tubes inside her nose, she stared into an anemic blue sky

knowing that her final breath was near, she took her mother's hand
as tears spilled on her hair of gold, she whispered, "mom, I can't "

the girl who removed the chaff from the wheat no longer had to eat
they placed a large sheet on her tiny frame and tiny little feet

later as she lowered to the ground all of life just went askew
an invisible waif had flown away without a change or point of view

scent of green tea, honey, vine, moss and fruit, finally empirically ground
flower songs of beauty, she ate and drank, without making a single sound

as she lay on a cloud and watched the sun go down, it was the final call
she felt thin, she felt beautiful, she wasn't hungry, no, not at all ...

I Seek Not For Power

O ye that love to stay higher
Above others like a tower,
Where lies Goliath with his power,
When David defeated power,
And cut every pride like a mower?

O ye that boast of thy power;
What good is in thy power?
I do not fear thy power,
For I seek not for power,
But to pull down power.

Behold, he that feasts on power,
Sucks power
Like a bird sucking the soul of a flower;
He never acknowledge God's power;
Sad mortality is the implication of his power.

Hath thou considered the extent of thy power?
O remember, the Almighty's power,
When thou shalt be condemned by his power,
And shrink in shame that same hour;
O remember, the limitation of thy power.

Premium Member Our World Changing, Not For the Better - Potd

It's not hard to see or tell this world of ours
Isn't the same as it used to be. Granted, it has
Never been perfect, but I've seen better days
I've become numb to a cavalcade of bad news
That saturate the television, social media
The radio, the newspapers.

I see our world changing with my own eyes
Every day, and not for the better. Sometimes I feel
As if I'm dreaming, but it's not a dream. It's reality
It's like I went to sleep one fine day, and woke up
To a world gone mad. A world, like crumbs
Falling off bread being sliced

What happened to the state of civility? What happened
To the nature of our social fabric? What is happening
To our country?

I'm so sick of Liar-In-Chief Donald Trump spewing
Hundreds of lies every day, further breaking
His unbreakable record of falsehoods. But why stop there?
Since his presidency, racism, xenophobia
Fear-mongering, corruption, foreign and domestic
Terrorism all surged exponentially

Under his watch, police brutality is at an all-time high
What is the world coming to when our "President"
Sides with foreign cold-blooded dictators
Over America's intelligence agencies?
What is wrong with that picture? This nation, this world
We're living in just isn't the same as it used to be

More and more African-Americans are ending up
Dead at the hands of trigger-happy police officers
More and more celebrities are falling from grace
Many emerging as sexual predators since
The inception of the "MeToo Movement"
Oh, and let's not forget about the Catholic priests!

The never-ending wars in Iraq and Afghanistan
Continue to claim the lives of American soldiers
Needlessly. When will our heroes finally come home?
What happened to the political climate?
It has grown so toxic. Washington politicians
Are failing to do the job the American people
Elected them to do.

The GOP has become the party of Trump
A so-called leader who stays up all night
Tweeting more nonsensical lies, who continually fan
The flames of division, continually assault
Freedom of the press, calling a legitimate investigation
Of Russia's meddling in America's election process
A "Hoax" and "Witch Hunt." But we all know better, don't we?

I wish I could go back to sleep and wake up
To the way the world used to be...
