Sassanid Sun reborn as the Divine Khan Part 2

He awoke as Bögü Qaghan, Khan of the Uyghurs, Great East Wise Prince
He heard the words “Visit the seven petal lotus of times since
And breathe in that lotus flower’s scent, by the holy wind, to convince
Your heart to be born again in spirit, without needing to rinse”
Bögü Qaghan put on his armour for another day of battle
And worshipped Tengri, god of the heavens, despite earthly prattle

He successfully fought Yan, to aid the Tang, as if it was fate
Travelled to the city of Luoyang to pray, wish and contemplate
Exhausted after the fight, four angels came, each carrying a plate
Carrying a petal from a white lotus flower that grew great
Nostalgia grew in Bögü Qaghan’s heart, recollecting an old bond
An old friend called from beyond, a lotus grew out of his soul’s pond

"The bright crowned Hearer, the Keeper of Faithfulness
Whose virtue upholds the state of holiness
May the eons guard the defenders of greatness
And the commanders of the divine highness
May they all be crowned with the gold of the sages
May it be so for ages upon ages"

He bowed his head and smelled the small petals of splendorous moonlight
And the heavens opened, the world shook, and all the world was bathed in light
The indiscriminate sun rose in the Orkhon Valley of might
Almost five hundred years after the sun set into a pond in plight
The King of Kings was born as the Divine Khan of countless many
The Son of a King was born again as the Emanation of Mani

Premium Member Gravitational Pull

I center myself from within
Toward the gravitational pull of the Ibis
Toward the whiteness that I wish to wear
Away from the darkness of despair.

I am suspended from within.
Suspended between the nothingness
The nothingness between the evil and the right
The nothingness between the darkness and the light.

My lefthandness leading to my right
To a possession of my memory not just for reminiscence
But for wisdom and the sacred knowledge
Of Theuth and of all the Earth.

I do not want to be hearer of nothing
I desire a reputation of understanding
And care not for the approval or disapproval
Of those of forgetfullness and Thebes who know not of the Ibis.

Premium Member Capricorn mind

When my mind is aligned
with my astrological sign
my poetical energy flow intensifies
and the power
of the Capricorn mind comes alive
so I can verbalize
the inner thoughts of my mind
and spout poetry
that can touch the public mind
beautifully
because the synergy
of my mind and spirit
gives birth to a soulful vibe
which allows my words to glide
through the air
and slide
through your earlobes
and probe your mental
penetrate your membranes
tickle your senses
while putting you in harmony
with reality
when it comes to life and love
my spoken words
have the power to inspire
to lift you higher
inject you with the desire
to see things from
a different perspective
you see
my message is to edify
uplift
educate the hearer
to feed the hungry mind
through lyrical rhyme
the strength of my dialogue
is designed
is designed to be a thought
rearranger
to turn a procrastinator
into a dream chaser
to make a follower
become a visionary
to teach someone to be
objective
and selective
when choosing the right roads
to travel
in their journey through life
let's be clear
I'm not a motivational speaker
I'm just a deep-thinker
and when my mind is aligned
with my astrological sign
my poetical energy intensifies
and the power
of the Capricorn mind
comes alive
and I can create
a well blended melody
in my mind
which has the capability
to put sweet music
in the heart of the listener
at least
this is the mind-set
of this Capricorn poet

Premium Member O God of Our Salvation -Psalm 65

God is due all our praise
for He's done many a great thing
the hearer of all our prayers
as all flesh to He will they bring

Such is the blessing on His elect
that the Lord will draw to His court
satisfaction it is for God's good
watered by His holiness based at port

Righteousness comes through God's awesomeness
for all our hopes are set in the Lord's salvation
every mountain was established at His hand
the sea's roar powerfully ever since creation

God waters the earth to the brim
His rivers are overflowing and full
the plants and flowers send forth colour
showing God's handiwork like a jewel

This is the God of our salvation
His bounty is of fullest abundance
the hills show such great joyfulness
so evident this is in a glance

God's harvest is in His covenant
these promises so faithfully true
be glad to thank this awesome Lord
He achieves all He sets out to do

Premium Member The Cost of Words Not Cheap

They say that words are cheap,

                                                  Yet I differ,

                                       Diamonds, Gold, are costly,

                                           Words? Much costlier.

                                     Words of peace and kindness

Can heal a heart of blindness,

                                         For souls that somehow

                                               Could not see,

                                      Hearts and souls of others

                                         Throughout Humanity.

                                      Humble words, soft spoken,

                                     Which made the hearer sigh,

Words like keys to human hearts,

                                      To hear the orphan's cry.

Words can also break a heart,

But worse, can break a soul,

The cost of this weighs heavy

For those who pay that toll.

                                      Words more costly than

                                         Diamonds adorning

                                          A queen's throat,

                                 Or devastation's rampant, of

                                    A tyrant's words of gloat.

                                 Words spoken in harshness,

                                   Can break a child's heart,

                               But gentle word's of friendship

Help that child heal in part.

They say that words are cheap,

                                         I totally differ,

                                Diamonds, Gold, are costly,

                                             But...

                                  Words much Costlier.

God whispers through the silence
Awakening my heart’s impression
With tender faith and tranquility
Gentle inspirations to calm my spirit
~
God sighs through stunning rainbows
Lifting up the one who is downhearted
With sweetest colors of creativeness
Sent through the clear, multihued skies
~
God breathes expressions of satisfaction
Sending contentment to the troubled soul
With kind words spoken in scriptures
Of all that love brings to us who believe
~
God murmurs charming words of cheer
Reassuring the heart that will listen to Him
That everywhere, in everything, always
He is sending us the glories of heaven
~
God reads the yearning through our prayers
With a sensitivity to all that we may need
Giving hope and renewal to every hearer
Of His tender words that heal the worst sinner
~
God listens to our praises with a sensitivity
That reveals His heart’s compassion and gentleness
The way that He gives so very generously
A love without conditions that continues eternally
~
God gives each one of us an altruistic understanding
That flows with the way, the truth and the life
Jesus’ salvation clearly delivering us from our sins
And creating a new heart brought by the Holy Spirit

With God’s great hand* of uplifting power

Hoisting stewardship’s grand effectiveness

I yield to Him, my reaching-out Tower

Midst gracious call for service-faithfulness

Being a Bible-hearer and doer

For Gospel seed-sowing fruitfulness.

Indeed, I claim His assured victory

While proclaiming His wondrous love story.

Premium Member Hear and Do - James 1: 21-25

The production of godly living
means to put filth and sin away
this is done by being meek
receive the implanted word to stay

Having this word for your souls good
so do what God’s words clearly says
but not just to hear these scriptures only
commit to do this in all your earthly days

Don’t be like that mirror man
looks at himself then does forget
what he has seen there pone wonders
deceiving himself of who he has met

The one who will fully persevere
who’s seen freedom’s law perfectly
will act on what’s been heard
to do God’s revealed will correctly

This is indeed the blessed child of God
receiving grace from their merciful Lord

(James 1:21-25
"Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of
naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted
word, which is able to save your souls.
But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only,
deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer
of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man
beholding his natural face in a glass: For he beholdeth
himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth
what manner of man he was. But whoso looketh into
the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein,
he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the
work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.")

Premium Member Living Inconsistently From Sunday To Monday - James 1: 22-25

The Christian life is no easy task
it requires you to be considered last
to give yourself to serve others
moving on forward forget the past

When one comes to know Christ
life changes in so many ways
one wants to worship the living God
listening much to what God says

God's purpose in His word preached
is always for people to change
never is His will to stay the same
for those that do God thinks it strange

So what's the point of attending church
to just drive home again just the same
then to rise as you are on Monday morn
surely that can't be your lifelong aim

The world itself is lost in its sin
you don't want to be like them
aimless, powerless, and with no purpose
rather be consistent in step with His holy anthem

("But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks intently at his natural face in a mirror. For he looks at himself and goes away and at once forgets what he was like. But the one who looks into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and perseveres, being no hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, he will be blessed in his doing.")
James 1: 22-25

(Quote:
" Why dedicate every Sunday morning of your life to going to church to hear God's word preached only to drive home and live like the rest of the world the rest of the week" -Anon.)

Patterns, Self-Portrait

I never know my body has rotten
until it appears through the wall mirror
these remains are heaped upon an autan
next spire takes a hearer turn for queerer

now urban commercial cores of gulag
      I am a particular schlockier
for signs which are cheap to erect as clague
extensions can be found from that nearer

    some convergent, others conflicting stun
I suspect having to do with my craag
this penetrates deeply into a gun
     into the family into dague

extreme lengths to which I loosely spun
remain a shadow in place to slither
