Difference Iz Vol. 2

I guess to me vol. 1 just wasn't enough
so I guess it's time I refill this lyrical cup
the difference is I gotta explain how different I really am
the depths of a real nigga has just began
concerning this world I guess it don't amaze me
how men & women use each other is far from crazy
but maybe I just reached my spiritual peak
like I told yall love is what I continue to seek
most men can't seem to look a woman
expect by the way her body looks
I guess the difference is I'm on a different page
matter fact a whole nother book
difference is I'm talking to women to see where there heart is
I could careless how many baby fathers you got & how many kids
I'm on a mission just to talk to women because I respect their convo
it sometimes amazes me how a man could make a woman feel so low
but thats the world its lost and don't wanna be found
so if anyone hears God's voice they recognize this heavenly sound
difference is I'm on a love search yeah It might hurt
but one thing I realized is you gotta put God 1st
difference is I'd take a woman with a good heart gladly
for the simple fact I know with this woman
I'd be eternally happy

No More Miracles

No more miracles

Doctors said,
I have a few months left to live
how can that be,
when I have so much left to give?
Now I just can't believe,
there's no more miracles, left for me

When I go out,
I put on a brave face,
what would you do,
if you were in my place
No, I just can't believe,
there's no more miracles, left for me

I want to tell her,
about all the things I feel
even now,
I can't believe that this is real
How can I tell her, that,
there's, no more miracles left for me?

Chorus
The futures not ours, I guess it all was a lie
the damage has been done, there's no way to deny
the tale has been spun, there's no way to untie
and, I still can't believe,
there's no more miracles left for me

All my friends ask me how are you doin'
how can I tell them, my life is in ruins
how can I tell them?
that, there's no more miracles left for me

Just a few days left now,
and I'm in such pain
My life wasn't supposed,
to end up this way
my time's coming fast
there's no more miracles left for me

Chorus
The futures not ours, I guess it all was a lie
the damage has been done, there's no way to deny
the tale has been spun, there's no way to untie
and, I still can't believe,
there's no more miracles left for me

Now...time stands still...
silence fills the room...
I'm here all alone...
in this cold tomb
I can see it clearly now,
that eternity is waiting for me

I can see it clearly now,
that eternity is waiting for me
I can see it clearly now,
that eternity is waiting for me

Premium Member The Memory Caves

In the chambers of the caves,
I sought refuge from all the moral forgeries
spreading over the land. Holding my lamp aloft,
I pursued solace in childhood alcoves.

In the chambers of endless caves,
I explored myriad twisting pathways
longing for the playful mirth of recall.
But Cerberus confronted me, snarling,
preventing my passage beyond his gate.

In the chambers of the caves,
I descended deeper into unconscious cavities,
finding vast chasms of terror, and
winding tunnels leading to oblivion.
I wept like a summer rain cloud.
This was all a terrible mistake, I decided.
How do I escape?

In the chambers of the caves,
I wandered, panicking aimlessly until
I stumbled into an illuminated hollow.
Suddenly, I was surrounded by dancers.
Festive music played as they circled me.
Here, I felt safety and delight.
Laughing and clapping, the dancers pranced.
How this confusing labyrinth brought me
here, I couldn’t guess.

In the chambers of the caves,
I soon learned I must continue my exploration.
Everywhere, there were caves for living and dying,
deep subterranes of experience. Jung called it
collective and archetypal. Others declared it
the physics of the soul, the quantum consciousness
of reincarnation.

Sorry -I Will Not Let You Win

I wish I could say sorry
I wish my ego would allow me to reach out to you .
So much to say but no voice to say it
I refuse to let you win
I refuse to say sorry
I love you and I forgive you ,words I wish I could say ...sorry
I refuse to let you win
I refuse to say sorry
My heart is sorry that you are not here
I just can't open my mouth to say sorry
I am walking away hoping you would say dont leave
Praying that you could see how much I need you to say sorry
How sorry I am ...I just refuse to say it
I guess we both dont know how to say sorry
It's too hard to say
I am angry at you for leaving me
I dont know how to say sorry
I am too proud to say I am sorry
I love you and need you but I refuse to say sorry
Sorry a word I will not speak
My heart is heavy my tears are real but I refuse to let you win so I will not say sorry .
I walk away in pain
Broken and shattered but I refuse to say sorry.
A word I will not speak
Saying I am sorry is letting you win
Saying I am sorry means I am wrong and you are right
I refuse to say sorry
I refuse to let you win but I am sorry
I just cant say the word and let you win.

Premium Member Up in Smoke, Part Two

Hello, calling Sergeant Stedenko,
Stedenko, we all just want to know!
Sarge, we just breezed the "Ghanja Boys" toke,
And then we seized the "Ghanja Boys" smoke!

Hell Sarge, we all found weed by the pound!
And, not one goddamn seed could be found!
It was sticky, stinky, funky, funk!
It was stinkin' funky from their trunk!

So, then we just gagged 'em and racked 'em,
After that, we tagged 'em and stacked 'em!
We need your okay just to proceed,
Meanwhile, we'll watch as those boys just bleed!

Or, we could opt or adopt your church,
And give those boys a cavity search!
If they pass anymore gas or grass,
Guess we'll just have to firebrand their ass!

What the Hell? So what do you say, Sarge?
Cuz...we know that "today" you're in charge!
But, we'd really get a big "charge" if...
We could just take a really big whiff!

Premium Member Christmas Day

Our whole house was concrete, and we had a real chimney. Santa inside a chimney? Such a reality never made sense to me. At some point that only God knows for sure, I discovered without dismay that my dear parents were the real Clause.

I was a Southern boy, and they said we were poor.
I suppose we were a bit deprived, but I wasn’t sad.
Mom and dad always found a way to make us glad.
We were always blessed with plenty on Christmas Day.

We had plenty of good fruits and sweet foods to eat.
If it was cold, we came inside and got close to the heat.
We had pistols and BB guns, and lots of toys with which to play. I think most of all, I remember the trains and red wagons.

Regarding toys, I never got what I wanted most for Christmas. As a little boy I enjoyed the joyful rides on my tricycle; but when I came of age, I longed to own a nice red bicycle.

A longing to die for, but I guess we were just a bit too poor for that.
Anyway, I also think that there was simply too much fun and love
To be bothered about that. 12122016 PS Contest, Christmas day, Alexis Y

The Askance Chapter 4 Part 5d

{And as we progress ever onward, I related all that need be said
Recounting only of recent and never the past for Twit to partake
Astonishingly for one as he, Twit’s astounding silence was almost unbearable
Listening too attentively, yet his welcoming approach was indeed charitable
And with the last of detail conveyed, we finally reach the summit
Though knowing time is against, my this one little time I’ll permit
There were breaths of splendour in company of unearthly delights
Leaves of green ever so rich with touches of dew in dusky sight
It was a moment so calm, where dreams are believable to come true
So full of divinity is the place and to think it even exist from few
Evermore so, with streaming waters running alongside so pure
Angelic times in melodic chimes in gentle harmony whence of yore
Breathtaking was the only thought in mind, yet I must press on
Laying Alkaiya on an enormous stone, I stood forth with Twit to guide along
Yet… of time within The Ancients exhausting away momentarily
An inevitable cause to open my eyes to see, I’m no more within flights of fantasy}

Was it a night I’ve slept to?
Was it a night before to remember?
Myself I awoke knowing not who?
Is there ever a moment to remember forever?

Ever once more, is the adventure to take root?
And once again, is adversity being the bringer of cause?
Are answers found in momentary neighbourhood?
Or be there givens to think always… for the lost!

Love in reality has nothing to compare…
Be it felt, be it dealt, simply misgivings to give
Yet threefold were in grievance to be aware
When its love in disorder and disarray to receive

I guess how I feel I haven’t the final say
Too much to consider, too much in deliberation about
Yet, whether reality or fantasy, them isn’t to sway
Is there a God or perhaps a Devil I can consult?

Love is there, love is where, love is everywhere
Whether in reality, either in dreams
With time only to belong an instance to share
Cause nothing in ever is ever to seem

                      I am...
      quintessential optimism;
         the rainbow you see
         after the rain is gone.
                        I am...
         order amid the chaos;
                 l reconstruct
     life's crumbled foundation.
                         I am...
             beauty in ugliness;
         don't avert your eyes!
                        I am...
        a celestial messenger,
         so prick up your ears.
                 I'm asking you
        to choose faith over fear;
things aren't as bad as they seem.
               I'm asking you
       to walk out on darkness,
               to me, the light.
                I'm asking you
           to believe in dreams;
          they are real and true.
                I'm asking you
              to look to the sky
              when you're lost;
           I am your North star.
             David Bowie sang
              a song about me;
             yes, you guessed it
                          I am...
                      Starman,
                    but, I'm also...
                     guess who?

Evil deeds, evils done
Just for cause of the false righteous ones
Hey Mr. white supremist, something bout to happen, I love you
And Mr. Klan-man won’t you understand that, I love you
Oh, Mr. Muslim one guess what I’m talkin only to the bad ones;
Those of you who hate me for my Christianity;
Those of you who hate me for my religious views;
…………………guess what I love you
Preudicuary
Evil deeds, evils done
Just for cause of the false righteous ones

Hey Mr. Soviet USSR what?
What about Poland, Bosnia the Ugrian?
Nazi’s whom supreme beings what about me
The evil Caucasians whom believe in the hatred
Believe in white separating the races;
Those evil races whom don’t always show their faces;
If you peel our skins away…
If you cut down to the marrow…
If you just look at are soul and spirits…
Mandisa says in her song that is…
“We all bleed the same”;
Let’s stop the hatred;
We all need each other;
Preudicuary
Evil deeds, evils done
Just for cause of the false righteous ones
Lets live like God promised;
Something bout to happen
Those of you with prejudice views;
Please unwind and be in kind;
The same God that sanctions you;
Is the same God whom condemns your views;
Who are those that are against Israel;
Those of you be careful, better watch out;
Preudicuary
Evil deeds, evils done
Just for cause of the false righteous ones
For those that are first Gods peoples;
Are those that we should protect;
For the first is last and the last is first;
Those whom are malfunctioned with there sins;
Those of smiling facings upside down grins;
Those evil races whom don’t always show their faces;
If you peel our skins away…
If you cut down to the marrow…
If you just look at are soul and spirits…
If not careful they won’t go where God goes;
Preudicuary
Evil deeds, evils done
Just for cause of the false righteous ones
Needless to say I love you anyway

-----From forthcoming anthology “Reality Realm”

Patient wait, I fight my fate

why cant i disconnect when i stop having fun,
leave this server and find a new one,
I know we never ask to play,
but still im begging anyway,
I’m sick and tired of this game,
and struggle hiding my disdain,
for still having to entertain,
these words inscribed inside my brain,
written red, its better than
the awful things i’d do instead,
so here in bed, ill chain my head,
and think of ways theyll find me dead,
till something cracks, i tend to laugh
and then these awful feelings pass
and i’ll look back eventually
upon my whole cacophony
and wonder how that once was me,
but just for now i guess ill be,
the one who waits here patiently
