Premium Member Who do you think of

Who do you often think of?
Is it God? Or is it man?
Should I think of God?
That is a funny question
Should your problems be of God’s?
Or should your problems be of man’s?
The higher One?
Or the lower one?
You choose
Set your mind straight
Choose one?
Or choose many?
Serve God?
Or serve man?
God can take you far
Man can lead you to a standstill
God does not stumble you
Man will lead you astray
The roads God leads lead to life
Man’s roads full of gravels and consequences
God edifies
Man magnifies
Full of sorrows?
Or full of sun?
Light?
Or darkness?
The narrow way?
Or the high way - your way?
Be of solutions?
Or be of thorns?
God knows

A Crooners Song

Seasoned and primed for performance.
It draws attraction to feed it's need to
be seen. How different one might
 compare. Each difference than
 spoken as favored
from such comparison. It's
 maintenance and upkeep creates
a jargon for those who wish to follow
and participate. It's dues are allocated
from the works of it's possessor. Those
who have been allowed to be great
 from mere ownership.Yond beyond
 the edge; the gravels create the road;
it squarks and squeaks from it's lack of
attention, but breezes to carry the load!
Each of one's five fingers wrapped around
the baton to conduct the Muses of people.
Simple for the trained and difficult for the
untrained to fathom. Yet all in attendance
marvel at the spectacle. To applaud

     Forcefully flung fast frolic fountain
from deep core in chasm of mountain,
                  grey grave gravels to entertain.

Stiff cliff up on high altitude
                                   Water falling in plenitude.
                             Splattering splintering solitude

                                          Vivacious spirited spring.
                                     Lovely water droplets to sing.
Jingle bells of pebbles to ring
                               .
                                     Gorgeous fall immense intense
                                          oozes, cascades in opulence
                                            deserving respect reverence.

Ceaseless downpour in joy and spree
                                            sprinkling aqua drops in glee
                                               Lively waterfall dancing free.

Aphrodite's Tied Up Delights

Running on cliff edges cranked her adrenalin
Stagger of gravels' release, tipped in avalanche
Scared her terrifically, able to surrendour then
Driven to dare's taunt irresistible, emancipated

Victims of her craft came willingly to her dim den
Always too enthused, wiped smiles with debauchery
Fools drooled like puppies, helpless lap belt men
Guzzled foggy grape juice, succumbed to her sorcery

Smoothly blended purple potion contained correct mix
Floppy neck despondent combined tiger voracious
Aphrodite's ribs thronged with rotten achievement, a fix
Light in guy's terrified faces fed her climb solacious

Absolute conquer of weakened ones, without any speech
Gleam in their pupil huge grape gluttoned eyes, pleadingly
Waist up incapable, claimed her pleasure self beseeched
Entire body force in their groins satiated men immediately

Squared claws clamped concave flanks, rose from exhale
Her wearer's temperature sat at forty degree celcius fever
Tigers never went down without a fight, Aphrodite impaled
Traipsed her way stickily to the tip, slide down took forever

Lame, head spin sickened, next hour's lure gladly drags
Fish lipped flung fellow to her front yard, under a shrub
Sombre, cynical, sneer mouth man, her true rival, perhaps
- maybe Aphrodite would let this one remain undrugged

Gracious Glory

Gracious green glow garners my garden
God's glorious gifts given to me.
Grand gospels of generosity fill my heart
I enter his golden gates with goodness galore.
Gorgeous gale gushes with grace
Growing my gleaming gazebo of faith.
Glittering grapevine guides my hopes
Gratitude glorifies my gaiety soul.
God's greatness generated in ecstasy
guards galactic gravels with gratuity.
Gems glistening with galloping gaze
gradually gather on glass of prayer.
Gradient of gentle graffiti is my language
gullible gestures greeting with goodwill.
God is my generous guest for eternity.

ALLITERATION REGARDING RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD Poetry Contest

Premium Member superficial solace

  O river of moon roses
                ferry me home....
I weep in quivering quiescence
      like a weathered wild petal~
  healing and hurting
            in my p o e t i c recluse..

perhaps there is no word
to depict your thunder-struck garden
as breathless stars
             shiver in solitude
tasting the pulse of betrayal
from the veins of grieving gravels…

I ponder ~ must I brush
     skin of dusk
with angst of dawn
believe in self-spun delusions,
and drown in dahlia deception?

I have known truth as a masked lie
    fed from familiar hands
                  of superficial solace...

I trusted the darker face of twilight
oblivious to the
             sage flickering within...
following the fading silver
of the fickle Luna~
a willing mistress
            to ethereal torment…

             forgive me
I have no adjectives nor rhyme
left to right the love turned cold
I wove across
    hyacinth horizon
that
     feels not silent sighs
  remember
      you'll search for my silhouette
          in valleys of vain violets
             wicked-white winds
when the sun blemishes the sky
   with colors of
                ice-blue
                         r e v e r i e s
  O dream-weaver
                           soul-kisser....

I ache for an esoteric escape ~
    to relearn the unwritten rhythm,
 lost in the gravity
              of your gossamer gaze,
where the sun
                   no longer dawns
as a sinister star ~
   and the dust
               of monsoon skies
 rains soulful sonatas,
     while mellifluous mists
             merge with silence,
 to paint
   a porcelain portrait
         that feels like forever ~
not merely
    a picturesque prison,
but a place that houses love,
       beyond uncertainties
            framed in fear…

but now we meet and muse
in the realm of garnet gravels,
      a dream delicately composed
  in roseate reverie
     where this becomes
                 more than a portrait,
   a poem woven with patience,
when heavy is the past
   that
     pushes, pulls,
                   presses ~
  while leaves sigh and
  drift through skies of
                        autumnal elegance…

I surrender to your balmy blues
 the ocean-deep devotion.
I long to devour and remain
  consumed
  amidst the
       boulevard of divine doves
           a field of freedom
                         until every evening
 envelops our thoughts
  with tender teal ~ timelessness
      and soul-prints pulse
               and glimmer
    tracing twilight’s melodies
like silk-laced stars
      spinning through
      the cashmere cadence
           of everlasting Eden…

Premium Member All our tomorrows

The mist of time unravels
As people slam gravels
Making a piece of history disappear
Does it not make you fear
The time of no past is here
You do not like how it was two hundred years ago
So you make a big show
How unfair
Does not anyone care
The past paints an ugly picture of us
So let's all make a fuss
We can make it go away
Now even the past is not here to stay
Not even today
The past is something we earned
Just to watch it burn
Burn every book
Before we can have a look
Yesterday was our education on how things should not be today
We have changed our way
By learning from what we did wrong
Time moves along
You hide the past
The future will not last
Will fade out fast
Our high and our low
Lets people today know
Where not to go
What we was is not who we are
Like most pain we may carry some scar
Let the past be
So people may see
The best way to go
Learn what time has to show
Helps with the onward flow
So our future does not become the past
So all our tomorrows.....
.. will last..

INFLICTION IN ACTION

        Infliction silent or sonorous,
        disguised or detectable
run parallel with journey of life.

        Sterile born clad in innocence
       through childhood carrying painful experience.
       Me confronting hostile domestic front
devoid of Mom’s affection and care.
       A helpless resistless powerless child
grinded in grave gravels of neglect and disregard.

Counted my days to reach adulthood
         to escape from antagonistic atmosphere
searching at least a peaceful sphere to roam
        in a sweet home.

Worked vigorous taking life as challenge.
Proceeded as lone fighter, life to arrange.
Thanks to my nature holding hope and courage.

         Met my desired goal.
         Performed own successful role
         guided by my sublime soul,
         honoring Dad as my idol.

        Enjoyed life and love
       Shocked on infliction to observe.
yet only pleasant things cannot recur
       Constriction- infliction will occur.

Till heart pulsates, infliction will make upset.
But at least delicate defenseless childhood
      should be exempted.

No Kissing In the Ring Light

No doubt you have an unending smile
even when you're not wearing it.
The heart of a Gold we can say.
Caring, supportive and
Autographed with Diamonds

It's okay to want to feel like
wrapping some arms
Around a sexy living demi god
You know? Slowly deeply, take a lip
close to yours, remove a shirt, slowly
put a lip close to the hearing glands,
down to the neck
And you react trying to move.
Probably a little bite on it
Moving down to the nipples
if there's one around,
down down the belly button
Oh wait! Come on! Snap out!
Just another fairy tale from the spring.

Sometimes I feel like you're an Armed Army
in a video game trying to catch the invaders.
Then I realize you could freeze there on the
mission just hearing a tear drop from an unknown.

You already look like a survivor, beside the gravels on this piece can only echo gunshots, it'll cease at your panting, so you'll live to survive it.
I should have tagged you a vamp
But vampires don't come out in the sun.
And the last I remember,
you're not a night walker.

But deep under the mat,
there could be an unseen
green light you know?
Well? I'll just cough and pass..
Nah! I won't even make a noise
cos we could be in the Wolf's Den,
And I certainly don't wanna see
leafs fall down, neither would I
tell you to go under so I'll cover you.
I've got no mind myself.

So I hope you pray for strength to defeat
an uneasy life.
Watch out for oil puddles, they might ignite
Success!
lastly get your eyes off me,
I doubt we could have a thing...
I'm still stuck in diamonds.
