I see expressions of people and sensing motions to hide,
natures reflections by images of an observing mind.
Some harsh landscapes, deserted dry plain,
or a suburban garden styled in vain.
Some are consumed by smoke and fire,
where others pounding like waves in righteous desire.
Tired horses one can easily see, paving the stony bill,
pulling the ideal reason up the hill.
Broken in freedom of limited free will,
struggling with the concept of being still.
When virtue like twilight showing the all one got,
keeping on wondering is it static or not.
The uniformed cloudy outfitted fear,
convenience makes that dress fit to wear.
Where honor and ego is calculated by the wind,
and young trees tied and pruned for life, to begin.
The right consequence as island of individuality,
taken the heart at ease by scavengers morality.
Color fields through the season,
same patriotic vulnerability and reason.
At places in time a strong Tree in graceful light,
creates a comfortable shade in pleasing sight.
Thanks nature and its unconditional light through light,
that some souls who know their purpose, get it right.
Passing celestial compositions in hues of transparency,
for generations to observe the texture of motions clearly.
Interpretations from seers have values of reflections to see,
all in grace and enlighten mystery.
In this blest childhood stature, may I stay
Savoring God’s goodness day after day
Cheerfully walking upon peaceful way
Basking under freedom, so purely gay.
With child*-like faith, I please my Christ today
Devoid of pretense along heaven’s ray
Verily trusting, while hope-propped to pray
Guarded by angels whenever I play.
Midst childish game, I fulfill roles’ array
A mom feeding dolls through flowery tray
Doctor nursing patients without delay
Teacher asserting between yea or nay.
As my child-star sparkle goes for display
I forsake shoes meant for graceful ballet
“Charity princess now serves you,” I say
Shining as light to those who go astray.
Allowing the child in me to sashay
I let myself frolic there on the bay
Learning enigmatic tones, shading gray
Singing, “Baby Jesus sleeps on the hay.”
Never outgrowing fave child toy of clay
My heart longs for parents’ love I can’t pay
Their molding nurture of caring bouquet
Keeps on wafting kindness-scent they did spray.
Now to the Lord --- my child spirit I lay
Always exploring as He drives fears away
Still advancing with faith from evil sway
“Praising You, Father” I’m blest to relay.
*Luke 18:17 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall in no wise enter therein.

She is the Flower Amongst the Flowers
Like her fellow kind she is graceful as her petals reach for the morning sunlight
Soft and gentle in the cool morning breeze she sways
In that moment there is calmness that belies her truth
For she sheds the morning dew drops like the tears of someone you hold dear
Her long slender neck carries the heavy load which grows with time and maturity
If she had lips one would need to be cautious for she is laced with thorns
Thorns that can stab you whether wittingly or unwittingly and make you bleed
The cuts sharp and piercing and not something to be taken lightly
They will leave you in pain like a heart that has been torn
Her beginning is like most from a small acorn of a seed she begins to sprout
Only a glimpse of what she will ultimately become shows in those early days
But one day her long stem like the legs of a shapely woman will be firm and supple
Time will pass and she will outgrow many of her family
She will be more popular and hold a special place
When selected for meaning in people’s lives
Like the moods of a woman her colors are varied
And carry with them the potential for an array of emotions
The deepness of meaning representing the well of life
Sometimes half full and sometimes half empty but always refreshing
Each color part of a spectrum and the bounty of feelings it can bring
The folds of her blossom are complicated and intricate yet delicate
From a distance she stands out to your eye, her beauty catching your breath
Her shapeliness recognizable on sight like a familiar friend, relative or lover
She is the flower among flowers
She is the rose

When Love forgets, for once, to pass me by,
And bats her lashes, smiles, and slows her walk,
Then, I’m a baby chick, that wants to fly...
Oft, Fortune, not forgetful, makes me ply
My patience, when I’d rather jump in... talk...
When Love forgets, for once, to pass me by...
I weigh desire against the value of pi,
This calculus: I run against the flock!
Then, I’m a baby chick, that wants to fly...
I have no manly grace to guide the eye,
I’m graceful as a teenager! I gawk!
When Love forgets, for once, to pass me by!
I cannot tell, at all, when Love is nigh!
Unless She spells it out for me, in chalk!
Then, I’m a baby chick, that wants to fly...
Then, I meet you, Sun smile against the sky,
And all within that Bumbles, fails to balk!
When Love forgets, for once, to pass me by,
Then, I’m a baby chick, that wants to fly.

My famished vision looks out for you,
the moment you are out of my sight.
My heart throbs with the tune of my yearning,
as my essence embraces your graceful soul.
I follow your enticing footprints
to the fervent destination of desire,
where I envelop you with the ardor of my love
to turn into burning ember of unfading amour.
When I feel I have fallen within fathomless void,
hover in the dark horizon of the wasteland,
you give me the shining sunrays of your charisma,
make me the colorful collage of the dawn sky.
When in the deprived life losing the river of longing,
I get desiccated like a dry depression in the desert,
you shower for me the soothing rain of fondness,
make in me an adorable oasis of your beauty.
When in the labyrinthine valley of passion,
I wander as an abandoned channel,
you allure me with the torrent of your fervor,
make for me a cascading stream of dream.
When in winter’s bare garden of emotion,
I am alone like unfurled bud between wilted leaves,
you usher for me the sunburst splendor of spring,
bloom in my heart red roses, I make a bouquet for you.

Erasing the moon,
Sunlight caresses blue
Skies of dawn,
Silent, gazing through the
Fearless, bleached clouds
Speaking of the storm
Who never questioned the
Light just beyond
Rain pouring out tears of heaven,
Where this huge pearl,
Glowing and growing oddly
Rounded, like the marble
Hung across the azure…
Their heavenly home the only room
They’ve ever known, -
When the heart spins its words,
Its prayers and praise…
There is this joy that comes from
Knowing the One who hung
Both sun and moon, stars and hues
In graceful blues, like a dream
Forever true to the crayon He
Used to give them actuality,
The being that is beautiful beyond
Most heart’s comprehension
Beautiful like the color of gentle
Serenity found in the gentle pines, woodland hues
Breathless leaves, rustling softly, heartland muse
Amber and scarlet, fiery shadows, falling to earth
Caressing the light, creative touch, freehand muse
Sunlight shimmering, whispering in intimate truth
Flickering graceful imaginings, a dreamland muse
Risking the moment, silence embraces the spirit
Erasing all sorrow, this hope - a helping hand muse
Glorious prayers, psalms who wipe away the pain
Gifting joy that rises within, a promised land muse
Roaring to life, subtle desires, dancing with elation
Wonders so alive, they thrive on the unplanned muse
Reflections of beauty, inspiring the heart to listen
Truth in the form of a heartbeat, holy land muse
Autumn vibrates, vibrant as the echoing feelings
Blazing through September, the second hand muse

In a world longing for love’s embrace, where whispers and gestures fall from grace, the yearning hearts seek solace and care, to know, beyond words, that someone is there.
For in the realm where love takes flight, it blooms through actions, shining bright, not merely spoken, but shown with might, a language of love, graceful and light.
Words, they hold power, they capture the soul, but love demands more, a tale to unfold, embracing the senses in every degree, a symphony of love, rich and free.
For love is not bound by fleeting emotion, it’s deeper, truer, a boundless devotion, unconditional, it flows endlessly, through time and seasons, consistently.
Love’s canvas expands, never confined, it’s the touch that mends, and the gaze so kind, it’s in the glance, a silent caress, a gentle presence, love’s sweet address.
So let us remember, dear hearts that yearn, love is not solely the words we discern, but in actions, in what we display, in what we see, in love’s vibrant array.
Let us uplift, and let us inspire, with actions that fuel love’s eternal fire, for in the embrace of love’s tender domains, we find solace, and a love that remains.
“Behold deep within, magic of God’s wonder ~
Sound of one hand clapping, resounds like thunder”
~ quote by poet
Beauteous and graceful is the dance divine,
at play within, orbiting our heart centre,
requiring but of us with love to align,
whereupon we feel rapturous bliss canter,
hastening ascent, since love for love does pine,
leaving heart’s door ajar, for us to enter.
Divine energy magically loops form;
we look on awestruck, swept away in this storm.
There is in truth no doing we need to do,
save relinquishing cravings of egoic will,
as polarities orbit heart to renew
flow of soma nectar that does overspill,
igniting soul that shines like fresh morning dew,
urging us to savour bliss to our heart’s fill.
Symbolic language can describe not God’s grace,
transmuting form, yet leaving behind no trace.
winds bluster deep within the sycamore
pulling memories from the strength
of time
as shattered leaves commence their fall
I watch, helplessly/hopelessly
sheltered behind smudged glass
barren as each side thins
looking out at what once was looking in
climbing that sycamore
in all her splendor
rich and full of life
high was I
cherishing the delectation
of a grand blue sky
hushed in amazement
along with the honey bee
flapping magic in her wings
oh my, how graceful was thee
swaying but still
still it always will
•
there's a crackle to the east
the winds bluster again
darkness knocks
I close my eyes and try to remember
the scent of happiness
slowly drifting far far away
