Premium Member Daydreaming

There are some days when I just want to sit around
During certain moments and just relax doing nothing.
In my back porch I just enjoy all the views I can get
It is so nice to dream away and just let go of things.

This day is kind of nice and it is neither cold nor warm
It seems like the perfect day and the sky has a pleasant blue hue.
And as far as I can see now there's not even a single storm
There's nothing in my life right now that could ruin this day for me.

Well that's what I like to think at least especially in a pretty day like this
But well all we know that nothing will stay in this life for us the same way.
I remember all the good times I had and all the people I love so dearly and miss
I see no butterflies fluttering 'bout my garden but still I am having a great day.

I plan to get hold of some of my blank pages and then I'll seize my pen and write too
There's something so wonderful 'round me that can't describe but that's the way I feel today!

The I-thought arises, then disappears,
so the practice is to get hold of it,
before we’re hypnotised and ego leers,
that lamp of awareness in heart be lit.

Blink and we’ll miss it, so hold firm focus,
examining the I-thought’s very source,
which lies far beyond the space-time locus,
cognised in silence, without use of force.

The Self when polarised becomes the ‘I’,
to navigate this earth life’s harsh terrain,
where heart feeling limitations does sigh,
when it chooses to wear the ego-chain.

Freedom or bondage, is for us to choose ~
As both dreamer and dreamed, what’s our excuse

Look Up

Hey children! Listen, I miss your zeal.
The world inside your mobile is surreal.
Look up!
See, I have fixed stronger glasses on my windows,
Get hold of your cricket kit, come back on the street,
I miss watching your games.
I won’t mind, smash all my window panes.

Hackneyed messages,
Dollops of unalloyed twaddle
Tides of trifling emotions!
Baby! You are locked inside your mobile.
Look up!
See, the stadium looks so barren!
Without your mischiefs and fun,
Your irritating jibber- jabber and nonstop run.
I won’t mind, come on burst my eardrum.

Your friends, your pictures, games, tweets and stories
You live in a fantasy world, that’s absolutely unsavoury.
Step back into this beautiful life, create beautiful memories.
Look up!
Don’t waste your time and energy.
Live for a cause, get up and push back your lethargy.
Open the notebook of your life,
Fill it with love, fame and prosperity.
No matter what! You shall thrive.
Don’t be a slave to mobile,
Life isn’t a game!
Dear! You have to survive, mobiles exists just to give a little respite!

Spoiled Rotten

Go on, spoil me rotten
Wrap me in wooly cotton
Enroll me in a class
Where I’m taught the art of grass.
Like your food I always ate
Life is served up on a plate
Now I’m hard to satiate
And you’re the object of my hate.

CH

Give me what I want,
Give it to me now
If you won’t placate me
I take it anyhow
Give it, give it, give it,
Give it to me now,
If you won’t placate me
I take it anyhow.

Go on, spoil me rotten,
Until I’ve forgotten
How to live a decent life
Let alone attract a wife.
But, hey, I’m qualified
To tell lies of how I lied
It’s all music to her ears
It’s the truth mother fears.

CH

Go on, spoil me rotten,
I’m your misbegotten
Eighty pounds over weight
Got a job hauling freight
From Brazil to LA
Where my tic gave me away
To someone from the DEA…
My lawyer had a field day.

CH

I’m no longer spoiled rotten
I wear denim, not cotton
Can’t get hold of a fix
To ease these incessant tics.
I’ve lost weight and all hope
Clinging to an end of rope
Knowing now my selfishness
Was nurtured by your weakness.

Take what you want,
Take it off me now,
If it don’t placate you
I give it anyhow
Take it, take it, take it,
Take it off me now.
If it don’t placate you
I give it anyhow.

The Aftermath

Emotions are still high
But I do think of you still,
You've been in the sky
 For several months now.

Since then, a lot has changed in our lives,
But you are still here with me.
Providing me with direction through
This game is my very own personal hope.

I treasure all of my memories of you,
They will never go away.
You are there with me, even though
I cannot get hold of you.

I constantly shed a torrent of tears
Whenever I go to bed .
However, I am certain that you
Will appear in my dreams and
Shield me from my fears.

Because today is just another
Day, like all the others.
You'll in any case be
Here with me tomorrow.

You were the best NYAWINO
Forever engraved in my heart.

Faith Mission

"All our soldiers died on the battle field,
And its an inspiring awe that the royal euchite never got killed,
Prove to me if it's not a disloyal formatted deal?
Our Emperor's skin was scorchingly peeled,
Inextricably with his scepter and crown uncongealed,
So accept what I'm telling you with a loyal heart,
"Bring to me that euchite,
To whom does he stir pretence against to excite?
He deserves not to feel the rainfall in the savannah zone,
Make sure you get me blush of young males to take on him a toll,
Select from them strong men with healthy head bone,
Whilst you organise an imperial poll,
Weary is my sacred sword to behead that intrusive soul,
He will see the power which sleeps extremely if a chimpanzee starts to groan,
Why should he publish books of demonic role?
Who gave him the previlege to fastened those royal pavillions with a vicious rope?

Politics is now introducing cruel dominion,
Tell me if I'm wrong to take revenge against his acted oppinion,
Day to day it destroys those consecrated trees in the grove,
Take this atlas to lead you through the scaling cone,
Look through the regions of wooldlands hole,
On the desert, follow every caravan in a row,
You can testify how this city is now getting old,
And that gnat want to please the heart of its foe,
Be alert on every step you take on the evil road,
He may also set his prime troops to defend himself with a brutal show,
And I think you being as patriot will fetch us a lifetime bote,
Probably, when you get hold of him outside the cities identified with a stone,
Bring him back to justify himself at home,
If you also catch him anywhere holding the emperor's hone,
Mark his forehead before you bring him to defecate what he'd sold,
For we will then after, enthrone you to play a monarch role,
In order to extend the pastures of our regional mode",
These are the words of a great commander to his descreet servants.

Premium Member The Lone Bicycle

One lone bicycle left in the bicycle rack
Out in front of the town high school
A reminder that he won’t be coming back
After horrific events in these times so cruel

Where do children get hold of assault weapons
In a country we call civilized
Classmates cut down before their prime
Answers buried in political lies

His bicycle serves as a harsh reminder
Of how quickly our world can change
Happily he peddled to school that morning
Before walking in the path of a child deranged

You can’t make me believe that rights are served
By allowing citizens to carry these arms
Just look at that bicycle with no rider to claim
And try convincing me gun controls do harm

Jealousy

He stood upon the parapet
Tittering on the ledge
Giggling to himself
And shuffling closer to the edge

For seven storeys down below
His wife and lover stood
He knew what they were up to
And it surely wasn’t good

Chuckling to himself, and
Moving slowly to the verge
The anger burning deeply, and
It fired a deadly urge

Laughing like a loony
Leaping headlong from his roost
Madly flapping arms to give
His fall an added boost

“Your smiling now you rotten cow
You won’t find this so funny
I’d rather die than let you try
To get hold of my money”

Half way down toward the ground
His progress slowly halted
That crazy grin turned awful thin
He thought his plan was thwarted

His braces caught the flag pole
And it hindered his descent
He hovered for a moment
And then flying up he went

Bouncing up and bouncing down
Till finally it stopped
He smiled a rueful smile, and then
His trouser buttons popped

Continuing his journey
As he hurtled earthward bound
His wife and lover sidestepped
And he crashed into the ground

Laughing like a drain he seemed
To find it awfully funny
Though nearly dead he turned and said
“I really missed you honey”

Premium Member Hope Will Blossom

The way of faith full of turns
turn on that point to have hope
you never know what'll be next
get hold of it cling to that rope

God's filled with mercy for His own
for those that's His people are not
as mercy is for those no mercy
steadfast hope is felt better than taught

judgement comes on house of Israel
for their deeds there seems no cure
but a lion comes in true likeness
so natural coming to ever endure

Punishment comes from the Lord
in forsaking God playing the whore
reaping injustice and fruit of lies
but even faintly hope always in store

Never give up O Israel in God
for the Lord loves you so free
His healing is for all your sins
your hope blossoms for all to see

(I have read through the book of Hosea and I've written this focusing on the HOPE that it brings.)

If God Will

If God will,
it is well
that we love in unity
just for the eternity!

If until now you didn't feel
anything for me;
if until this day you didn't
want to believe me
when I talked to you
about happiness...
now, it's strange that you
realize what my words
can do to an unbeliever,
unbeliever like you!

It could be pity,or
just that you need to talk
to someone about
the long put-off tommorrow
that brought you fear!

Let's love one another...
let's avoid being those two fools
bringing ruin to each other;
if God will,
we'll be happier
than ever before
and we'll never look
at the dark side of things,
because love and closeness
will get hold of us!
If God will,
we'll be dependable from the start
and plan things to improve the weakness
that ripped us apart!

If God will,
it is well
that we love in unity
just for the eternity!
