As we sailed the fast river of Rhône
the steady sun bleached it a sparkling gold
like the treasures of Caesar’s kingdom
A curtain of fawn-silken tackle, shaded
back the fervidly garish star scatter,
and cooling flower-scented airs tickled
the senses like touching down-soft silk
"zhuang hong zhuang sheng" (Chinese)
“Put on airs’ - Peter and I are Gatsby gilded.
Why not dress - on luminous forenoons?
Pick a heart, any heart and prick it, sharply,
with the sight of a handsome man.
I yet breathless, breathe
What weapon is sharper than libido?
I defend myself, with fashion’s sartorial sparkle.
Frankly, I was hoping for something passively erotic,
you know, foment a false perception - dazzle
with fancy outwork to tip the cosmic balance
Men will witness what they believe

song for this:
Desperately Trying by Club des Belugas, Anna Luca
My screams are void
Throughout the circulation of this solid room
Distracted by the solemn night
Interrupted by blurred groans
Sincere in its integrity
Drums are beating,
eating away the deserted sanctuary
Echoes of cruel sounds mix together
as the wind formulates around an unavoidable night
Silent wars has awaken from its casket
Rising up to kidnap the faithful and discernment building up in the household
Kidnapping the love
Throwing away sincere awareness
I finally could utter a few questions to you...
Tell me...who wins?
Who has gone astray...missing forever?
I finally will tell you the distinguished truth
Frankly, my dear friend,
No one knows in silent wars
Many politicians vociferously lie
Many politicians either hide or omit the truth
Many times, I sit down quietly in a booth
Enjoying a glass of chocolate mousse
And drinking orange juice
Serenely to listen and analyze many lawmakers’ words
I laugh like crazy, because they invent many worlds
And mess up like hyperactive toddlers
I bet that many of my readers
Know exactly what I am talking about
Watch their lips and their eyes
And these magicians are full of tricks and lies
Believe me, I never like the notes that they put out
Oh! Yeah, they enjoy displaying their skills on the canvas
Yes, they often raise many doubts in my consciousness
Frankly, I barely believe in less than ten
Percent of what these quintessential whistle-stoppers say
Most of them rely, behind the scene, in pay- to- play
Which is absolutely illegal and verboten
You probably know a few con artists that are
Like that, especially the one who’s not afraid to start a war
Over nonsense or to retaliate, because they have the means
The poor soldiers that they abuse and the deadly guns
That show no mercy
To Humanity
Let me know if you have or have had a similar experience
Where countless officeholders or politicians
Can neither see their shadows nor themselves in the mirror
These days, it is hard to find a good and honest leader
Facts always matter
And lies cause pain, death and despair.

if you have never had crutches you do not know this
but….
they hurt your underarms in the worst kind of way
They are clumsy and difficult to use
Sometimes they pop against a rock and you go down hard
maybe harder than you did when you broke your leg
and had to have crutches in the first place
If you go to San Francisco and a homeless guy runs off with them
you get to sit on a park bench
hoping he will bring them back
This happened to me, and I was there by myself
Not a relative or a friend anywhere around
it was horrible
I frankly hope that crutches never come into my life again
using them is not half as much fun as it looks like
Maleficent was frankly and nefariously magnificent
Evil to her very bones, she had gigantic evil stones.
No one else would blatantly maim and kill.
The way she did, with happy thrill.
Hunting down whoever wronged her, was deadly Maleficent.
Smacking them down left and write, killing as she went.
She was not invited to the castle for the baby’s christening.
Brought herself in from the bowels of hell, devils hands listening,
She wanted the ugly newborn to die, and she was determined to help.
She made it her mission to give her a gift that had everyone all atwitter.
She searched for her for sixteen years, with her trusty crow Dead Kelp.
Those ugly faeries infuriated her, she called them Pip, Pop and Pitter.
Maleficent had many killing ways, but her favorite was the wheel.
Here was how her evil mind worked, this is pretty much the deal.
The princess would prick her finger and fall down hard and dead.
Her face would turn green and ugly, and her eyes would roll back in her head.
Those flipping faeries stole her wish, converting it to something better.
So damned mad, she was ready to kill them too, she sent them a mean letter.
The spinning wheel trick did not work as well as Maleficent had hoped.
The stupid princess did fall down though. Looked like she’d been doped.
Castle slept for a hundred years, but one day Maleficent woke up quickly.
A handsome prince on horseback was chopping down the vines so thickly.
She turned into her most evil self, a dragon with third-degree fire.
He met her at every turn, was frankly endowed with super power desire.
I am sad to say he killed Maleficent, and Dead Kelp Crow, her pet too.
This is how these crazy fairy tales always end, so what could poor M do?
Frankly, My Dear
Oh, yes the saga of scarlet O’Hara
She was a spoiled little twit
She never had a lick of sense
No not even a little bit
She let all her raw emotions
Rule her every day
No matter the cost of it
She would have her way.
Finally she married Rhett Butler
A carpet bagger they said
But she used him all up
All his love for her gone and dead.
But in the end she loved him
But would deal with it all tomorrow
He had all he could stand from her
Later she would deal with the sorrow.
Love doesn’t conquer all
A lesson here well taught
Too much pain and sorrow
Is what their feelings brought
He had loved her through everything
But finally just threw up his hands
As he walked into the mist he just said
“Frankly my dear, I don’t give a damn.

Mystical cat in gray scale jump around blues
Your pink tongue is rougher than the soles on my shoes
You exude a mystique that makes imagination smile
I was so glad to know you after a while.
Mystical cat in gray scale jump around blues,
Your eyes are so beautiful, I easily excuse…
The way you tear up my Kleenex and tissues as well.
And howl at night as if we are living in hell.
The neighbors are having a fit, your serenades must stop
I do not want to have to park you out in the country with Pop
But frankly, my friend, this cat-wallowing has gone way too long.
Continue it and you will have to find a new place to sing your nightly song.
Some things are not funny.
Some words strike terror into our brains
Some ideas will never be popular.
It is difficult to think up a poem
that will not offend someone.
So the trick is to think up a poem
that delights you.
Whether or not it resonates with
any other people at all does not matter
as much as this …..did you enjoy creating it?
You should not pick up the donkey and carry
it to please a neighbor who feels sorry for donkeys, at
the risk of your own back, right?
I had an idea for a poem today that I thought
might offend everyone. It made me smile for just a second.
Then I thought better of it. I am way too socialized to do this to myself.
Some words are not funny. Some words are immediately offensive.
Corpses are not funny. Even if you make them dance and sing.
Can you make them shake their booty? Yes, in poetry you can.
But frankly you might offend everyone.
Warning Will Robinson!
Warning! Some ideas
are offensive.
So
Be
Careful….
